We are very dissatisfied with everything about the hotel. Our minimum requirement for the hotel is cleanliness, but he completely failed to do so.
First of all, the hygienic condition of the hotel is very poor. When I checked in on the first day, I found that it was very dirty. There were stains on the shower area. The towels were also extremely dirty. They were not suitable for human use. The sheets and sheets were also stained and my body was dirty when sleeping. It's itchy, and basically doesn't meet the standards of a hotel, nor can it meet the standards of a basic B&B. I can't understand why the previous hand dropped the bottle cap into the faucet and didn't deal with it in time, which caused a blockage when we used it. The service staff's attitude was extremely bad. Instead, they thought it was our fault. They even thought we were joking and playing with him when he saw us taking pictures. Secondly, the attitude of the hotel service staff, especially the room service staff, is extremely bad. As far as I know, we are guests, and the most basic requirement is that we cannot wave instructions or order guests to come to him like dogs, but when we encounter The problem was that he repeatedly ordered us to come to him, which was extremely disrespectful. On the first night, he criticized us for soiling his towel, but his towel was already stained and was even placed on the toilet. For this reason, we were in the hotel There was an argument at the door, and the next day they didn't believe what we said because of the clogged faucet. Their attitude towards the guests was really unfriendly.
When we booked this hotel, we saw that the reviews were all polite. We saw that they were also polite to other people in the hotel, but when it came to us two Asian girls, their attitude was completely different and extremely bad.
Overall, this hotel did not adequately help guests solve their problems and gave people an unfriendly attitude. It is strongly recommended not to stay at this hotel. 

Strong Recommendation to Not Stay

We were thoroughly dissatisfied with every aspect of the hotel. Our most basic expectation was cleanliness, but they completely failed to meet even that.

First, the hygiene conditions were extremely poor. There were stains in the bathing area, the towels were incredibly dirty, and the bed linens had visible stains as well, causing an itchy feeling during sleep. This falls far short of even basic hotel standards.
We also couldn't understand why the staff didn't promptly address the clogged sink that we reported, initially dismissing it as a joke until we showed them a video, at which point he stopped the joke. Furthermore, they slandered us by claiming that we had dropped the bottle cap down the drain, which was not the case.

Moreover, the hotel staff, especially the room service personnel, had an extremely poor attitude. As guests, we expect to be treated with at least basic respect, not ordered which just like dogs. The staff member scolded us for dirtying a towel, when the towels themselves were already stained, even left on the toilet. When we disputed this, on the next day they refused to believe us about the clogged sink issue.

While the reviews we saw beforehand indicated the staff was generally polite, we noticed a stark difference in how they treated us compared to other guests. As two Asian females, we were met with a remarkably unfriendly attitude.

Overall, this hotel failed to properly address our problems, and projected an unwelcoming atmosphere. We strongly recommend against staying at this hotel.

Unfortunately there was nothing deluxe about the room. I had to ask for toilet paper and soap. The toilet continuously leaked over the bathroom floor, even after it was ‘fixed’. Bleach was poured down the drain each morning to drown out the smell. The kettle had to be put on the floor to reach a power point to be plugged in.
