Lovely place to stay and the pool was good for relaxing in the afternoon. Breakfast was simple but good. Thank you Georgie you were very helpful and lovely. We enjoyed our stay.

The front desk talked me into getting a car for the day and it was the best choice we could've made. The hotel is situated very close to the capital city where many shops are walkable

Everything was great! We stayed in the family suite, which was very clean and spacious. The hotel is in a really convenient location, just a few minutes walk from the Central Square

We loved everything about this place, the view was absolutely incredible, everything was super clean, we had a cleaner that came everyday to clean the room and changed our towels to fresh towels, the staff were all super friendly and informative about where the good places are to eat and swim, the breakfast food was delicious, and we got to choose where we would like to eat every morning

Everything about the bed was so comfortable, blankets, pillows and the mattress. The pool was so clean and relaxing. We also got a beautiful wine on arrival to enjoy while watching the sunset from the apartment

Don't argue with the manager, he is always right. So save your vacation by playing dump. the cave without a view is huge, like 800sqf. the room with view is small, like 200sqf. Think there' are 2 caves and 6 with view

Staff could enter your room to leave u a note, or a drink, but will not clean your room automatically for the name of privacy. The deposit is Eur500 cash or credit card number with cvv, u choose

Didn’t need to find any other spot to watch the sunset, could do it right from our room. The food is outstanding if a little pricey but the real star is the staff whose are amazing and could not do enough for you

Breakfast was delivered to our room every morning, even on windy days. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. Getting around was fairly convenient; there's a bus stop nearby, though the buses aren't very frequent

A taxi ride takes less than 15 minutes and costs around 25 euros. Hotel staff helped us with our luggage. We enjoyed dinner on the balcony, watching the sunset, and even had a stray cat keep us company

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! We visited during the off-season, so it wasn't crowded, and the service was impeccable. We stayed for three days and didn't eat out once

Having the hot tub right outside the door was incredible and, if I had to choose, the best part was having breakfast served on our deck every morning! You can't beat that view! THANK YOU all for the experience you gave us!

Indeed lives up to its name - Athina Luxury Suites! Room was very cleaned and neat and it’s strategic location enables you to have a magnificent view of the caldera. Staffs were very friendly and helpful

The views wow. Sunset drinks by the pool is a must. The inclusive breakfast was amazing. Food so good. Coffee delicious. Freshly squeezed orange juice. Lots of friendly staff so helpful and ready to assist.

The property is really beautiful and has a gorgeous pool and amazing staff who were extremely welcoming.

The views were stunning at all times of day. The communal pool was cold but so refreshing if you spent any time in the sun. We ate breakfast here both mornings of our stay and it was delicious

From the minute we arrived, we were met by a porter who brought our bags from the taxi to the hotel, to the welcome drink and introduction of the hotel and island, to the delicious breakfasts, to the friendly professional staff, everything was perfect

I must have missed the parking situation when I booked - a short walk but can be cumbersome with luggage; thankful for the staff that met us and helped cart our luggage to the hotel

We stayed in the Grand Suite which had its own pool/ hot tub (not that hot but worked for the outdoor temperate as we were end of season), which was amazing

He drove us to the nearest drop-off point near McDonald's, and from there, handsome manager and Edward the porter was already there waiting for us. it was just a 5-minute walk to the hotel

The water was wonderfully warm, and since March was a bit chilly, soaking in the tub became the most relaxing part of each day. We spent hours in there, enjoying the panoramic volcano view — absolutely perfect

Environment: It's very close to the Mediterranean Sea, so you can lie back and gaze at the blue sky. Right outside, you can access the Fira cliffside walkway, perfect for seeing the blue-domed churches

The unit itself was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. The toiletries — shampoo, body lotion, and so on — were from a lovely brand with such a rich, elegant fragrance

Such thoughtful service! During check in, handsome manager was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, taking the time to explain the nearby attractions and facilities in detail

Location and view were of course amazing. We enjoyed the exterior jacuzzi. At night it was noisy + the smoke from the restaurant below just in front of us. , but in the early morning it was beautiful and quiet

The views are stunning and it is in a great location, although it is hard to find initially. Our only negatives would be it was very difficult to check in as we were delayed and arrived late

The reviews don't do this place justice. The junior suite we stayed in was lovely, especially for the money we paid. The room was small but adequate. The hot tub was lovely and warm

There was no one to see and no one answered the phone. It could do with a small kettle and maybe and information sheet with the wi-fi code and what to do when leaving

The room and bathroom were missing some basic stuff like shower gel or soap, hairdryer, etc, but the owner was quick to bring us all we asked for

The room is okay. It is in the center of Fira town and very close to the train station and the cliff path. The service is good, but the room smells a bit damp.

Had an amazing stay at luzios. We choose the honeymoon room with Jacuzzi and it was a delight. 100% recommended

Loved staying at Loizos Perfect little boutique hotel. Clean, comfortable and great location

The only drawback is that the shelves looked a bit run down and also that we could hear some noise from people at the pool, but not a reason not to stay here

What makes it stand out is the service and warm hospitality of the people, especially Irene at the reception and the most amazing Renata in the restaurant

Lovely place with just 3 minutes of walk from the downtown of Fira. Has ample parking space, and great service. Lovely breakfast to start your day with decent choice of items. Rooms are spotless and well furnished

Great hotel with great and helpful staff. Has a good view of the southern portion of the Caldera. You're really paying for the views. Hotel room is nice, but small. Easy walk to the shopping/main areas of Fira

Jacuzzi could be little more warm, but can't complain too much because the view beats everything else. Dimiris & Maria were both very polite and hospitable while taking care of all our needs

Co-hosted a Yoga Retreat at this beautiful hotel. Went beyond expectation in breathtaking location, facilities & service. They made the Yoga Retreat a magnificent experience. Exceptional!

They went out of their way to get us breakfast the night before because we told them we were leaving early morning for the Caldera hike. Very considerate and nice staff

The infinity pool was a little chilly in the evening given the April air, but it was so "lush" and pristine that we couldn't resist. Looking out over the caldera from the pool at sunset is a memory I’ll keep forever

We loved our stay here!!!! We stayed it in Honeymoon cave pool villa and it was beautiful! I didn’t want to leave our room. The staff were friendly and helpful, they took our bags up and down the stairs

We loved Fira over Oia just cause it was a little less crowded and service and location of Dana Villas has made it 10x better

Service & Communication The staff were so friendly and hospitable, helped with the luggage from roadside to the suite. They manage requests and breakfast orders via WhatsApp, which was super efficient

My stay at the Asma Suite was nothing short of perfection. The breathtaking view of the Aegean Sea from my room balcony was simply awe-inspiring. It felt like I was in a dream, surrounded by the beauty of nature

Location location location! I doubt any other hotel vista can compare. Near 180deg views of the Caldera, Santorini end to end & the islands just off Santorini. On a clear day you can see the mainland Greece

I can honestly say this hotel is just lovely Cleaners in everyday,staff friendly. Camas at reception was second to none. Nothing was a problem. Breakfast was lovely too

We missed breakfast a couple times and the lovely Thomas allowed us come in to take what was left! They were honestly like our parents the whole time we were here and our experience in Santorini was made with their recommendations and kindness

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for ten nights and had the best time, the two lovely receptionists could not have been more helpful! I became ill one night and the lovely lady jona/yona helped me to tea and reccomended nearby pharmacies

The property was close to downtown and shopping. Bus station was also close by so very easy. Pool was small but clean.

The pool was filthy and we were told it was due to the prior weather issues in the area which was an unbelievable reason for it when all the other pools in the area were crystal clear

Swimming pool available but not heated, there is a private jacuzzi on the 2nd floor but only available for guests staying in the room beside it

George and Ralitsa where always available to help you out. Eventhough we arrived at nearly 2am, it was no bother to them, there was even good communication before we even got to Santorini

They are very carrying and nice. They will inform you of where to go. You can walk from there to where ever you want to go. But I couldn’t walk, because of a knee replacement

Breakfast is served outside by the pool (or to your room) at a time of your choosing. the excellent, friendly and very helpful Andreas did this every day

We stayed here for our honeymoon at the beginning of October 2025. We loved it! We arrived late (9pm) on a Saturday night, reception wasn't manned at that time but we phoned Kelly and we were soon in our room

Kelly and all of the staff were really friendly and helpful throughout our trip. On arrival and departure our bags were carried for us up and down the many steps to our pickup point and Da Vinci restaurant

The room was clean, the shower excellent and it was very comfortable. Kelly (who is also great, very efficient, friendly and helpful) helped us organise a boat trip - highly recommended - and a hire car

The room was perfect for our needs with the only minor issue being lack of storage for our luggage and not many hangers but we just stored our suitcases on the sofa, no big issue

It is 134 steps down to the hotel with no alternative to walking so be prepared for a workout every time you go out! (I enjoyed the exercise and the views are superb of course)

There are two pools, comfortable sunbeds, and everything you need if you just want to relax and forget about world. Kitchen had everything inside, and the place was super clean and cozy

We had an unforgettable stay in Santorini, and our family suite with three rooms (fits 6 or 3 couples) exceeded our expectations! The spacious living room and kitchen were perfect for relaxation, but the real highlight was the two hot tubs with breathtaking views - one on the first floor and another on the second floor

One of the best hotel (better to called it a Villa) we ever stayed. Large bathroom, with Jacuzzi inside the room, separated kids room, another Jacuzzi on the roof top, and private swimming pool

Breakfast was one of the highlights. You choose from menu and they bring it directly to villa, so every morning we were eating on our terrace, watching the town slowly wake up

We dont even need to head out to take these view (even sunset). The room's design was thoughtful and well-planned, and the guest experience was truly exceptional

It's 15 mins walk from Fira's bus station but be aware that is quite a slope from there. Also you can go up to Imerovigli in another 15 mins to have even better views and sunsets

Staff is very friendly and both the room and breakfast was very complete and nice. It's near the cable for getting down to the old port and very close to nice restaurants

I stayed at Ambience Suites during the off-season in Santorini when there was a small earthquake, but I had a wonderful 3-day stay and left with only good memories

Unfortunately, I dropped my AirPods under the bed and realized it too late. I hope I can come back someday to retrieve them. Thank you for the great hospitality!

- Clean room - Bathroom shower did not have a door or a divider so water went everywhere - Only had one staff, but met expectations - Hot tub was not hot at all, staff said needed attention from maintenance - lots of bugs in the room
