Where to stay in Fira

Must say first time here. And loved it. The hotel is very clean. The rooms a more than big enough. Free wifi very fast, downloaded couple films for the flight home in no time. Had shower gel/shampoo and bars of soap fresh every day with towels. Staff absolutely lovely and friendly all round great value for the money would be happy stay again. Thanks for having us ☀️🌋❤️.

Everyone who works there is so nice and so helpful. It’s really close to the main street of Fira But also away from all of the noise. The rooms are clean. Spacious etc. no compla Complaints whatsoever. It’s kinda like a cute bnb.

I’d give more than 1 star hotel, nice service provided. WiFi didn’t worked at all in my room and this was a problem as there’s not good service even for mobile data. Great Location, price and sevice. Sofia in reservation was helpful in organizing a late check in and transfer. When my connection was missed, she replied to me almost midnight. The apartment could not have been better situated. It was right in the. Entre of everything. We stayed three nights and found it comfortable for that length of time. The staff were all lovely and very helpful and it was kept spotlessly clean with clean towels every day. Tea and coffee in the room every day too. Would definitely use this place again.

Hotel was conveniently located near town center. However, there was no nearby parking available, and we had to walk a distance from the nearest public carpark with more available parking lots. The room was spacious for a triple room, but would have been better to have the sink located within the toilet itself instead of it being separated from the toilet (which had the shower and toilet bowl).

We stayed in the 2 bedroom house, and it was pretty good. It had a large living area and the 2 bedrooms were also spacious. This was a last minute booking after our previous stay didn’t work out! We needed a room and booked late, however, the staff at Hotel Hellas was incredibly understanding and even stayed there late in order to accommodate our check in. They welcomed us with drinks, and the manager at the reception was very accommodating. She explained everything about the island, offered us tours to the caldera, and even gave tips on places to visit by car along with other attractions around the island. Stayed for 5 days in July of 2016. It's located over a main road of the island, but it's not close to Fira (at least not a walking distance). At the time of my stay they offered a shuttle van to Fira every hour. The breakfast options were amazing, I will never forget their Greek Coffee. The view and sunset is what they are famous for. Expensive, but totally worth it in my opinion.
