The room had a sleeping area, living area, kitchenette and a terrace with a table and chairs and a hot tub, the best one of our entire trip. The view was of the whole caldera and was simply magnificent

We could choose whether to eat inside at the dining table or out on the terrace. Something different was served each day and all of it was very good indeed

The studios are run by Georgia, such a lovely lady who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire booking process and during our stay. Breakfast was included, and it was brought to our room each morning

The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and shops, and there was a small supermarket close by where we could purchase snacks and wine. It was an easy fifteen minute stroll into Fira

Great sunset views from the terrace of this apartment! Very good service, comfortable bed and pillows! A great place to relax!

We spent three nights at the wonderful Santorini View Studios in Firostefani in October 2025. We reserved the Luxury Suite with Hot Tub and it was absolutely perfect

We stayed 2 night while visiting Santorini. Location was good walking distance to The Fira city center. We liked the room, it’s clean and comfortable.

The hotel at night especially looks so attractive with the lights and the way the exterior is done. From the swimming pool - restaurant area we got the nice view of sun rise as well

The girls in the front desk were super helpful, they helped us to store the luggage after checkout for our day trip and arranged shower room for us before heading to the airport

A very welcoming place and staffs. The moment we arrived they immediately came out to helped with the luggage from the cab. The breakfast here is unbeatable. Buffet and everyday new menus

We had our own Jacuzzi where we stayed that's so wonderful. The resort very close to everywhere. Whenever we sat on the pool they immediately served cold water bottle free of charge

When we arrived at the port the taxi driver we arranged had already gone but one phone call later to the reception and another taxi was there for us within minutes

The hotel provides drinking water bottles free of charge. They had toothpaste and toothbrush in the room. Also close to Carrefour at the front of the hotel. Thank you for a super amazing service

If you have elderly children or don’t like to walk, be sure to choose the Cliff Hotel carefully. Find the way to find the crash. Climbing uphill to the point of doubting life

Location and view were of course amazing. We enjoyed the exterior jacuzzi. At night it was noisy + the smoke from the restaurant below just in front of us. , but in the early morning it was beautiful and quiet

The views are stunning and it is in a great location, although it is hard to find initially. Our only negatives would be it was very difficult to check in as we were delayed and arrived late

The reviews don't do this place justice. The junior suite we stayed in was lovely, especially for the money we paid. The room was small but adequate. The hot tub was lovely and warm

There was no one to see and no one answered the phone. It could do with a small kettle and maybe and information sheet with the wi-fi code and what to do when leaving

The room and bathroom were missing some basic stuff like shower gel or soap, hairdryer, etc, but the owner was quick to bring us all we asked for

The service is good, but the hotel room type is not cost-effective. There are many options at the same price

The hotel is very clean, the waiters are very enthusiastic and greet guests with a smile, the restaurant is also very delicious, and seeing that we had several meals in a row, the chef sent us desserts, which made us happy!

The hotel is only 20-30 min from airport, the hotel admins were very helpful in obtaining visas for us, contacting us before our trip and offering a private airport shuttle at the same price as you could contract from airport (euro 70 round)

No complaints on amenities, everything was just wonderful and perfect. Breakfast is served with what would you select a day before from a nice menu. We also had over dinner at the restaurant, which was great

The hotel is located in the village of Imerovigli, sitting in between of Oia and the island capital, Fira, both within walking distance (hiking routes) or via shuttle bus (Eur 2 per person)

Nearby you can find also great restaurants, for steak or fish or anything else. We booked on the last week before the closure of the hotel at the end of season, October

From hotel you get perfect sunset views, sitting at the restaurant. We stayed at room delta, a nice cave room with private heating pool with whirlpool (jacoozi)

Views from hotel are just spectacular, you see the same beauty of white houses camped vertically, on top of each other on black rocks, famous Santorini caldera

Overall, this hotel was a good choice and we will definitely book here again! PS: we also suggest you to opt for the shuttle service ($) available at the hotel! Markus is a very good driver :)

I absolutely loved staying in Fira during my trip to Santorini. The views are simply breathtaking — white buildings cascading down the cliffs with the deep blue Aegean Sea stretching endlessly below

As far as Santorini goes it is very walkable, but there are a lot of stairs and as it is built into a cliffside so be aware. Panos was a great host and you can tell he is very good at what he does

There are not enough good things to say about this place. We stayed in room 10 and will be returning one day. It's a bit of a hike to get down there but it is worth it 10x over

It turned out that the local driver would automatically call the hotel guys and ask them to pick us up on the street, because the hotel could not Drive the car directly to the door

Nice sunset view from the suite. The room and the pool was clean. The service was excellent but remember to contact the front desk prior to arrival for portering service if you have large luggages.

Just note that its location in the ancient town center does mean accessing it on foot (with suitcases) will require traversing a lot of cobblestone streets, steep inclines, stairs, and the steps within the hotel are quite narrow and steep

Breakfast was delivered to our room every morning, even on windy days. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. Getting around was fairly convenient; there's a bus stop nearby, though the buses aren't very frequent

From the minute we arrived, we were met by a porter who brought our bags from the taxi to the hotel, to the welcome drink and introduction of the hotel and island, to the delicious breakfasts, to the friendly professional staff, everything was perfect

I must have missed the parking situation when I booked - a short walk but can be cumbersome with luggage; thankful for the staff that met us and helped cart our luggage to the hotel

The property is really beautiful and has a gorgeous pool and amazing staff who were extremely welcoming.

The views were stunning at all times of day. The communal pool was cold but so refreshing if you spent any time in the sun. We ate breakfast here both mornings of our stay and it was delicious
