We contacted the hotel to arrange for pickup at the pier. The hotel staff was already waiting at the drop-off point and helped with the transportation to the room, which was located on the edge of the cliff and required climbing up and down a flight of stairs. Unfortunately, this was the most expensive but also the most unpleasant stay experience of our entire European trip. Although the staff were very patient in helping to resolve the issues, doing things properly from the beginning would have greatly improved the first impression for guests.

Clean and comfortable, the only downside is the slightly inconvenient transportation. There are buses from Fira to the hotel or from the hotel to Oia, but no buses from Oia to the hotel.

The man who checked us in, couldn’t of been any less helpful if he had tried, he was rude and was only interested in trying to sell us tours. Our room had 2 huge beds in, so no room to walk around ! Perfect place i love the stay and definitely recommend it for summer time. I went on a bad time when they weather was horrible but i had a few days when the sun did come out and save the day. I did enjoy my time there andmost importantly the beautiful sunset view.

The staff is very welcoming, friendly, helpful and courteous. The view from our patio was absolutely beautiful! Breakfast is brought to you each morning at your chosen time. The room was very clean- a bit small- but nice for our two night visit. This is in a very quiet private area. It is a 4 minute walk to the nearest bus station.

This hotel offers the most incredible views of the caldera. Breakfast was served every morning, the room was clean but did smell like sewer most of the time unless we put the AC on. When our room was cleaned daily, the bed was just made. No new towels, no new bedsheets, dishes were not cleaned. We were very pleased with our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The hot tub was not hot, but the view from our terrace was amazing and made up for any small complaint we could have.
