We were impressed by the elegance and exclusivity of Kivotos Santorini. The volcanic-inspired design and panoramic caldera views are simply breathtaking. The rooms are comfortable, some even with private pools, and the service is warm and personalized. The hotel’s Mavro restaurant offers refined and memorable cuisine. An excellent choice for a luxurious and unforgettable stay.

One of the best stays we’ve had in the last few years. The views from anywhere in the hotel were gorgeous. This place is beautiful. Service is fantastic. The on-prem restaurant is very good. It’s near all the bars and restaurants. Rooms are caves, clean, very nice bathrooms and quite romantic. I was a bit worried about staying in Finikia as it was about 15 mins walk from Oia, however the location proved that I was over worrying! Great little hotel up near the path to ancient Thira and a short walk to the beach, restaurants and transit. Staff were very kind and friendly and breakfast was wonderful - thank you Maria. From the time we checked in till the time we checked out, the gentleman at the front desk was always there for us. Supplying everything from sunscreen to mayonnaise. The condo is located perfectly in the heart of Oia with amazing views. The plunge pool has the same amazing view and it is much more private than most plunge pools in Oia.
