We stayed for three nights and got a really good room rate booking quite far in advance. The room was lovely overlooking the sea towards the sunset

WOW! The views are incredible, the rooms and breakfast were great and the location was perfect! The staff were so friendly and helpful and even helped us with transportation, dinner reservations and recommendations for our trip

The views of the sunset and caldera are unreal, and the rooms are super cozy and unique. The staff makes you feel so welcome and taken care of. Hanging out by the pool with that view is absolute perfection

Would give more stars if I could! Great hotel located right next to all the best sites in Oia. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and you’re able to select your order upon hotel check-in

The day we checked out we could leave our suitcases with them till late, then come back take a shower in their check out guest bathrooms and leave. So very convenient when your flight is much later than the checkout time

Very nice hotel in a great location, good value for money. For the cheaper ones: breakfasts could be more varied (we had 3 sets to choose from) and bar/pool bar prices a bit lower.

Amazing staff and hotel :) On arrival we were greeted and our luggage was taken to our room. We then had a bottle of Prosecco delivered to our room as a welcome gift

The pool was very quiet during our stay and we were the only ones that used it. Breakfast can be served to your room or in the Black Rock restaurant

Joseph, our bartender and receptionist, was very welcoming and great at conversing! The room was absolutely amazing and very comfortable. Everything was available, if not, the staff are quick to accommodate

The staffs are beyond wonderful. They made our stay so comfortable and nice. My host Lilac was so nice and kind. She even called us to have a breakfast when we were overslept

Great stay, very clean and easy process to check in even though we arrived a little later in the day. We found the location to be perfect as it’s next to the caldera without as much people in Oia or in the center of Fira

When our flight was delayed and we arrived very late at night, Maria kindly waited for us, which immediately set the tone for the amazing hospitality we experienced throughout our stay

She went above and beyond in every way, giving us advice on the best places to visit, offering her WhatsApp number in case we needed anything at all (from apartment queries to general tourism tips), and even arranging taxi transfers for a very fair €30

The shower, while clean and nice, is a little small, and having a longer glass panel would help stop water from spilling out. But these are really minor things compared to how lovely everything else was

I had the most incredible stay at this apartment in Santorini and can’t recommend it enough. From start to finish, the whole process was phenomenal

GIOTA has the best customer service skills, took cate of my chekin before she needed to, mafe sure i had Google Maps addrrss to where i should park and also ensured i had someone to carry my luggage for an early checkin

It would have been a more relaxed end to an otherwise wonderful stay if we had been given a bit more flexibility. Still, overall a great experience and we would definitely recommend it!

We had our order for breakfast, which we left in the box at the office door that evening. Our room had its own private balcony with 2 seats and a beautiful view. We walked to Fira to dinner two of the nights

There was a REALLY LONG line to check in for the flight, so I walked next door for pastries while my husband stayed in line. I would highly recommend this hotel. Mina, at the desk, was also very helpful and kind!

Perfect Santorini stay !! Perfect location for a caldera view with perfect sunset viewing from our private terrace !! Good breakfast delivered to our room each day at our chosen time. Great cleaning staff !

If I had it to do over, I'd order double the day before leaving, and have the food in the refrigerator until the morning we left. But there was a bakery next to the entrance to the airport

The hotel was very convenient, and did not have a lot of steps (some of the hotels are down many stairs). The morning we left, it was too early to get breakfast

The hotel is on the walking path, so it was easy for us to hike to Oia and take the bus back (2 E) to Fira and then walk back to Firostefani

You have to leave your key at the front desk to request room service for cleaning and fresh towels. Breakfast was in a beautiful dining area with nice views of the sea if you get the right table

Amazing family run hotel! The staff is so welcoming and really makes you feel at home, very kind and helpful! They helped us plan an excursion to the volcano and hot springs! Gave us cold water bottles for our journey and always asked if we needed anything! Really recommend staying here, the location was great close to all public transport buses! The room has great air conditioning!

The view alone is worth everything! Definitely book one of the 5 rooms with the view. Do yourself a favor and skip the complimentary breakfast and walk down to Confetti next door for breakfast

If I was to say something that this accommodation could improve, it would be the breakfast selection, as well as having a kettle in the room for those that don’t drink coffee (me!)

However, it’s actually an amazing view throughout the day really! We had the honeymoon suite, which had its own terrace with a hot tub from which we had views out to the caldera

It was the only thing really lacking but not enough to deduct a star for because everything else made up

Excellent view of skaro rocks right at your door step! The breakfast is also superb.

Everyone working at the hotel was very welcoming and friendly, especially Maria at the pool bar who made sure we were well looked after during the day! Our stay would not have been the same without her and we miss her daily iced coffees and cocktails (non alcoholic for me)

The location was ideal - only a short walk (no more than 10 minutes) to the beach and a variety of restaurants and bars, all serving amazing food! I’d also highly recommend the open air cinema within walking distance

Our room was spotless, cleaned daily and spacious enough for our needs. The breakfast selection was small (as to be expected from a small hotel) but well cooked and plentiful enough to fill us up for the morning

The selection included toast, pastries, cereal, ham, cheeses, eggs and sausage/bacon. We visited Fira and Oia via bus which was a very cheap and easy way to travel (€2 per journey per person)

Although a small hotel, we never had any trouble finding sunbeds around the pool (at any time). Spending time at the pool was very relaxing and peaceful

I’m glad we took the time to visit as we saw an incredible sunset, but the towns were so busy with tourists (and more expensive) compared to Kamari

We, actually, felt like we visiting family )) Rooms very clean, spacious, all have balconies and little fridge (that important in the warm weather!). Nice lobby, breakfast good, swimming pool area very relaxing

Staff always giving advice where to go and what to see around the island. Location is good for those who like quiet relaxing break. Walk to the beach and Promenade about 8-10 minutes which is not problem

Maybe it should be a little kettle in the room for tea and coffee but, to be fair, we didn't ask. I think if you will ask, you will get it (as we asked for iron)

If you want to feel the sense of original Greek spirit you must visit this hotel at Perivolos of Santorini island. I was there for 3 nights and sincerely I didn't want to leave. Is a family hotel with the best services

The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the beach (the best one on the island) along a narrow street without sidewalks, which isn't optimal and I presume could get pretty dangerous during the high season as people here tend to drive not very reasonably

The rooms was so clean and quietly. Recommended 💯 for all the family. It s situated near to the best beaches. Difront of the hotel there is a big supermarket. I loved the family of this hotel

The breakfast was good. Transportation is convenient; there's a bus stop right across the street, making it easy to get around.

They gave us so much advice and tips, and told us the best spot for the sunset and they absolutely right! It was so quiet in the spot they told us and we spent most of our evenings there watching the sunset! We spoke to the staff every morning and night and they always checked in on us, you can tell it’s a family hotel! They couldnt do enough for us including carrying our bags to and from our room...

I came here a few years ago and it was such a special experience. My friend and I visited for a girls trip. The hotel was lovely, we had bed and breakfast and the breakfast was really good, and refreshing

We would have breakfast and explore for the day, the staff gave us information of excursions in the area and what each one covered, we would be out for lunch and dinner and come back to the hotel for cocktails and their baklava (best baklava ever) the staff were a huge part of our experience when we came here

This place is perfect for your stay in Santorini ! Nice cosy rooms and a delicious restaurant attached next door so they offer breakfast and dinner and the beautiful lady at reception can help you out with beaches to visit, sailing tours and much more

The room is okay. It is in the center of Fira town and very close to the train station and the cliff path. The service is good, but the room smells a bit damp.

Had an amazing stay at luzios. We choose the honeymoon room with Jacuzzi and it was a delight. 100% recommended

What makes it stand out is the service and warm hospitality of the people, especially Irene at the reception and the most amazing Renata in the restaurant

The staff is very friendly I like that it’s close to the bus stop! It is located at the starting point of the photo spot, right next to the downtown area. The sea and village scenery outside the balcony is so pretty

The hotel is really close to sea, whole crew is nice and helpful, airplanes are loud but we quickly adapted and stop hearing them. Our room was cleaned everyday. Definitely would recommend!

We had a lovely stay in this hotel, perfect location across from the beach, has its own sunloungers, we had bed and breakfast and couldn't fault it, everything from bacon, eggs to fresh croissants, the staff were helpful and friendly, rooms serviced daily, only downside for me would be the very small bathroom

The hotel's physical condition is commendable, exhibiting excellent maintenance. However, the assigned room presented space constraints, and the cleanliness standards were not consistently met

Specifically, the bathroom had an unpleasant odor, likely stemming from the rusty drainage and shower pipe. Furthermore, the glass shelf displayed watermarks, and the tap showed residue

Very nice hotel !!! The room is phenomenal, but there is one simple detail: the bathroom needs a shower stall because the curtain doesn't fit.

Visited my friends who stayed here, and the hotel was NICE. Black Beach is nearby with lots of little shops and restaurants

Very warm welcome and very well set up. The only downside was the soundproofing of the black walls, we could hear the cleaning as well as the 7:00 revelation.

I stayed at Hotel Golden Star for 3 nights and couldn’t fault it. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were modern and spotless, and the pool was fantastic

The location is excellent for shops and restaurants and the bus station, making it very convenient

Hotel is located next to the airport and planes fly directly over - however we got used to it and even little bit liked it (quite cool sight, must be dream destination for plane spotters!)

The wine cellar room was very unique, clean and beautiful. The breakfast was simply a luxurious feast. And I must mention the service; the owner and his son were incredibly helpful, proactively helping with our luggage

You can sit on the sunbed and taste the wine brewed by their own winery. Breakfast needs to be selected one day in advance and handed over to the front desk. There are not too many choices but the taste is good
