The view from the front balcony was indescribable – right in front of us stretched the caldera, the endless blue of the sea and every evening we enjoyed one of the most impressive sunsets of our lives

We couldn't be happier and will definitely stay here again. They were just getting things opened up again for the season and the room was great. The staff and service were exceptional

We stayed at Gizis Exclusive and our experience was simply magical! From the first moment we were greeted with kindness and professionalism and, to our great joy, they upgraded our room, giving us accommodation in a larger and more comfortable exclusive room with all the amenities

In the evening, when the sun gave way to the moon, the back balcony gave us another aspect of the beauty of Santorini: a bright full moon, which softly illuminated the landscape and created an atmosphere of absolute peace and romance

The staff on the front desk Greta and Geda made our holiday they were so friendly and helpful a credit to the hotel. If you are looking for a small family run hotel I'm Kamari I cannot recommend Zephyros enough

Rooms are cleaned to a high standard, clean towels daily and clean bedding every day. The pool and surrounding area are well maintained and it is lovely and peaceful. Pool bar open all day for drinks and snacks

We had a fabulous weeks stay here. Stayed late September early October for a week as a couple in room 34 upgraded to a superior double room. It's a small and friendly hotel set in a peaceful location

Highly recommend using the local bus to visit Fira, but go in the afternoon/evening as the cruise ships dock in the morning and it is really busy with tours. Oia is a must! But go early on 7

Breakfast has lots of options something for everyone pastries, breads, fruit, yogurt, meats, cheeses, salad, omelettes, eggs, sausage, bacon and loads of different drinks to choose from

However, MIA, the receptionist, tried to contact the company until the very end. The next morning, she came to inform me that the tour company had acknowledged the issue and offered a refund

Our room was very clean, comfortable and spacious The staff were all very warm and friendly. The young girl who worked in the restaurant was so sweet and kind. We appreciated the delicious breakfast as well

The hotel is less than 1km from the bus stop. It's a small but clean accommodation. I had an issue with the tour I booked, so I couldn't participate

We were greeted by Evaggelia Valvi one of the owners of the hotel, she got us reservations at a famous and beautiful restaurant over looking the Sea and she also got us to take a catamaran dinner cruise around Santorini, we had a great time thanks to her

There are plenty of Tavernas in easy walking distance. These were reasonably priced by british standards. There is a good bus service around the Island. We booked a catamaran trip to Oia to see the sunset

Can’t fault anything staff are amazing make you feel incredibly welcome, very helpful with organising transport, days out, a special shout out to Alex who is the best cocktail maker and chef we loved chilling by the beautiful pool and being treated like kings, the rooms are spacious and clean, location is lovely and quiet and a short walk to the beach and mini market, we wish we had longer thank you...

Great comfortable accomodation and Denise was the best host. Close to black beach and street of great eateries. Breakfast was always good and the pool was a treat. Bus access to Fira about 15 mins walk . Top spot

We've just had a lovely week's holiday at the Hotel Bella Santorini. Why on earth didn't we book 2 weeks! The hotel has been recently repainted inside and out. It was very clean and well kept

The breakfast is five-star quality, and sipping coffee while gazing at the Aegean Sea is truly an unforgettable experience. Although the rooms are small, they are very comfortable and the sleep quality is excellent

The room's location is fantastic, situated in the heart of Fira town, just a 3-4 minute walk away. Contacting the hotel in advance ensured a bellhop would bring your luggage from the shuttle point to your room

Secondly, the hotel breakfast was delicious and generously portioned, delivered promptly to the terrace, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful view while savoring your meal. Thirdly, the cave room had two 1

The only minor issue is that the bathroom, due to its structure, can get a little moldy, but it's not a major concern

It's a bustling yet quiet place, so even though there are many parties outside at night, the noise isn't a bother

The terrace offered a superb spot to watch the sunset, avoiding the crowds on the main street

Absolutely loved our holiday here couldn't fault the experience. Front desk staff so knowledgeable and helpful, housekeeping amazing and breakfast looking over the sea perfect

Janis, Aphrodite and Stephanous were so great and spoiled us at the beach. We were there for a wonderful wedding in Greece and between events it was so relaxing being at Hotel Sunshine. Looking forward to coming back

We had an amazing experience at the Mystique hotel. The rooms are like extravagant caves and the views of the cliffs and Aegean Sea are something everyone should see once in a lifetime

This resort is next to Oia by walking 5-10 minutes along cliff top path. It has fantastic sea view from room built on the cliff. There were two pools in this resort

Don't miss the restaurant located on the top with panoramic sea view. Service was professional and efficient

The Mystique Hotel in Oia Santorini is amazing. Ilias greeted us and was a great host. Konstantinos was awesome and took care of us by the pool every day. Be prepared to walk up and down steep stairs

They have spots to grab a drink if you’re looking for a night cap. We will certainly return on our next visit to Santorini

What to say about this place and not to exaggerate. This place is the gem! It's a small 30 rooms family hotel. The breakfast is great(they really try). Hotel is less then 5 min to the beach. People are so plesent and nice

Complimentary breakfast is great - includes many options for a vegetarian - Greek Salads, fresh fruits, fruit juice, coffee, breads, sandwiches, corn flakes, chocos, cheese, etc. View from the balcony is very nice

Ideal location a few minutes away from the beach and endless food & drink options. Will definitely return if we come back to Santorini and recommend Hotel Matina to family & friends!

Hotel Marina is a small family owned hotel with very friendly staff who are very passionate about the island and provides you with a lot of information about what you can do

The rooms are provided with airco, fridge and balcony. The hotel is quiet and provides everything you need. The beach, shops and supermarket is at walking distance

Lovely hotel with friendly staff, central to shops & restaurants, 5 minute walk to Fira Town & bus stop, good breakfast, room spacious & cleaned every day, very reasonably priced for 4 night B & B, would highly recommend this to family and friends

A really lovely hotel, which feels like a sanctuary from the noisy bustle of Fira, although the location is very central. Simple, lovely room, which was spotless and comfortable

The only downfall, it was that the shower was very tiny and the curtain was sticking on you, resulting on water everywhere. However this was a minor issue comparing to the general experience

We were so thankful for this place! Even tho the view of the water was minimal and the shower drainage struggled a bit, we still loved our stay

Also the main bus station is only 5 minutes walking from the hotel making it a great choice if you want to visit other areas of the island. The room was very spacious, clean and had a very needed aircondition

Breakfast was good, the staff was so welcoming, the rooms were clean, and the location was great! It felt like the lady who owned the place actually wanted us to be there and enjoy our stay!

Staff were very helpful in arranging a rental car for us. My only complaint was there did not seem to be any way to recycle but this was a problem at every hotel we stayed at in Greece

Things that aren’t mentioned on the website and maybe should be are the lovely extras such as shampoo and conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, razor kit, cotton buds and cotton wool pads, emery board, toothbrush and toothpaste

Loved our stay at Rimida Villas! Super clean, quiet, and the views were stunning. Marinos was very kind and made everything easy. Would definitely stay again!

The villa and hot tub have been so very quaint and the views could not actually be any more beautiful. We have had many days when we haven’t wanted to go out and explore because the villa is so tranquil and comfortable

The AC worked phenomenally I even got cold! I loved it so much here. I definitely am coming back and recommending to everyone as well. They served us breakfast every morning. Thank you staff at Rimida Villas!

He organised a catamaran boat trip for us, made reservations for us in some lovely restaurants, recommended lots of places to visit, organised a quad bike for us and booked transfers for the airport

The pool with the ocean view is absolutely gorgeous! We had a great time there. But the best of it was the customer service of Cristina, she recommended us beautiful and local restaurants, cool bars, nice beaches

A very nice and well-maintained small hotel with a great pool and delicious breakfasts. It's ideally located in the center of Santorini, yet in a quiet and peaceful area, which is definitely a plus

Great communication with Kristina at the front desk made our stay perfect! We contacted her via WhatsApp before arrival and were even able to check in early and stay by the pool after checkout

1 minutes to supermarket and gasoline, 3 minutes to Imerovigli where you have amazing sunset looking at the caldera, restaurants and the best gyros ever eaten (Let’s Eat restaurant)

Furniture: you have all you need. Service: we met many people at the reception and they were super kind to help us. They offer catamaran cruise and we enjoyed that experience too

There are a lot of restaurants around the hotel and supermarket where you can get everything you need. The hotel is very very clean, the rooms get cleaned every day by the friendly hardworking staff

This is a really lovely, homely, clean hotel. Large rooms with great terraces, continental breakfast & a stunning pool area. Someone came to help us with our bags on arrival & departure

The bathroom was very small, but there was balcony. And, the pool and the view made up for the lack of space. The only issue I did have was that I noticed small ants in the room

She made phone calls & organized taxis & travel arrangements for us, her kindness meant a great deal to us. We would very happily stay here again

We had booked a sunset dinner in Oia, but honestly the view from our room was just as spectacular. It’s the ideal location for a gentle stroll into Oia, and a great base if you want to explore further around the island

Our stay at Perivolas was amazing. Transportation from the seaport and to the airport was seamless. Quiet, great food, spectacular infinity pool, walkable to Oia/Ammoudi Bay, and right off the path for the walk to Fira

We stayed here for two weeks in September 2025. The hotel is absolutely fantastic! Two beautiful pools with different vibes, but both very relaxing and quiet

Located near Kamari seaside, it offers a perfect hub to move either around the little town and the whole Island

As others have said - the receptionist could not do more for you. 2-3 min walk to the beach and restaurants, supermarkets and an array of bars, airport pickups and an ample and well stocked buffet breakfast

The family that run it make this 6 star in my opinion. Such lovely people and even the cleaners would meet you with a smile and a "good morning" - it felt perfect. The pools and recent work ARE 5 star

There was no restaurateur pr bar so if that is your scean this may be a small concern. But overall we highly recondmend it

We had a lovely holiday here, clean room friendly staff, good pool, nice breakfasts and short walk to a great town with loads of tavernas and bars. Beach great, rocky but beautiful. Prepare to haggle down subbeds

The Not-So-Good: Unfortunately, there were several areas that needed improvement. The pools were okay – the water appeared green and murky, and the surrounding tiles looked neglected and in need of a deep clean

Had a very nice stay in the hotel, its located in Kamari, 3-5 min walk to the beach where you have many places to choose to stay and eat, the bus station is also close, nice and clean rooms, nice and help-full personnel

We had a wonderful vacation at Andreas. It was not only about the clean room and the good breakfast, but also the warm atmosphere and, of course, the beautiful yard, where having breakfast felt truly special

We had a nice stay with my family. Very good location close to the beach Kamari, 3- 5 minutes walk. A lot of restaurants and shops around. The breakfast was good and has a good variety both for adults and kids

The gardens are beautiful, gorgeous spot to have your breakfast. Lots of homemade food at breakfast inc jams and cake which was delicious. Location is excellent, 5mins walk to beach and restaurants

The breakfast is very good and healthy, they serv homemade gem and cake. The garden is marvelous (haven’t seen anything like this on the entire island), new pool and nice roof garden

The fresh water pool is a delight, with sun all day and spectacular views of the sea and mountains. The location is perfect, set back for peace and quiet and only a five minute walk to where it's all happening

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Santa Elena in Santorini. The hotel was very clean, cozy, and overall just perfect for a relaxing holiday. It is simply and thoughtfully designed, with everything you need to feel at home

Owners are super friendly and attentive to your needs. Beach is about 15 minute walk and the bus is about 7 minute walk. Bus can take you to Fira and Eau. No food or drinks available at the hotel after breakfast

Transfers, rentals, restaurants, trips and they are also full of wisdom we will never forget. The architecture is beautiful throughout. Breakfast was wonderful and lovingly made and served each morning

This was the best hotel stay I have ever had and I have been to over 40 countries. The hosts are incredible people that you can trust to recommend and arrange everything for you on your holiday

Staff were always friendly and pool area is great. The hotel is away from the madness of Fira and oia but very close to a bus stop (3min walk approx) which has regular busses to Fira and from there you can get to Oia

They have us an actual key to the room that would turn on the lights and keep ac flowing. And then a master key for the front door after 11. The staff was so welcoming felt like they welcomed me into their home

their options about restaurants did not disappointed us. Breakfast absolutely fine, room was cleaned every day which was more than appreciated

Pool and outside area were stunning, and with that the cocktail and snack bar were amazing. For the price of drinks you get more than what u order. Really all in together amazing and beautiful experience

There are lots of steps unless ur on the ground floor, no lifts but staff help with ur luggage. Attentive staff, helpt with our car rental. Plenty of sun loungers nice relaxing music at pool
