From the moment we arrived, Lia the owner went above and beyond to look after us. She made sure we had everything we needed, including a map marked with all the best local spots, super helpful.

The hotel itself was absolutely spotless, easily the cleanest we've ever stayed in, and it always smelled fresh and lovely.
The hotel design is very unique and beautiful.

Lia and her whole team even went the extra mile to make my fiancée's birthday special, which meant a lot to us.

If you're coming to Skiathos, this is the place to stay. You won't find better hospitality and a pretier hotel anywhere else.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Skiathos! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and kindness, immediately feeling at home. Breakfast was simply fantastic: rich, varied, and of excellent quality… and we must give a special mention to the Nespresso coffee, which became our little morning pleasure. A heartfelt thanks goes to the owner, Lia, always smiling and helpful, who made our experience even more enjoyable with her attention and courtesy. The rooms were perfectly cleaned every morning, a detail we truly appreciated. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to the whole staff for their professionalism and hospitality – you gave us a holiday we will always cherish! Thank you from Italy! ♥️🇮🇹

Fantastic family run hidden gem in the centre of Skiathos town. Beautifully decorated inside and out. Lovely staff, where nothing is too much trouble. Leah the owner, puts out breakfast items at no extra cost every morning. The star of this hotel has to be the roof terrace. A lovely shaded area with sunbeds, quiet and peaceful.

WOW…..what a little gem. This place is amazing. Tucked away in the centre off Pappy Street, stunning walk up to reception. Beautifully decorated. Lia her family and all staff are wonderful. The hotel is spotless. Lia offers you a small breakfast of toast, cereal and some pastries/cake. Tea, coffee, milk and some juices which is very helpful. There is also a toaster and kettle in small area for guests to use. It’s extremely quiet and comfortable. Rooms are compact and beju but perfectly functional with a lovely balcony with table and chairs. I would highly recommend. Lia cannot do enough to help you. Will definitely use this little gem again. Lovely family owned hotel. The owners were lovely, very welcoming and took time to chat with my dad and I and help us make the most of our trip and our hiking plans. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned every day and were super quiet, away from the more bustling streets. You were minutes away from the port and main shopping street but the hotel manages to maintain a quiet oasis which is even more beautiful at night with the lights and the plants. Thank you for your lovely hospitality, it really made our trip to Skiathos and we would love to come back if you (and Zabi) will have us ♥️

Charming hotel right in the centre of things. Has absolutely everything you want and great character only. Mentioned a problem with the shower holder when we arrived and it was fixed by the time we came back from the beach! The sun terrace upstairs has to be seen to be believed - fabulous. The hotel is really quiet despite being so central. Loved staying here.

The service was excellent. It is situeted just 5 minutes walking distance from the port and in the hard of the town. Beautiful place with clean rooms.

We loved this boutique hotel on Skiathos. It is so convenient to the port and everything in Skiathos town. A very short walk. The owner Lia is so incredibly helpful and caring. The small complimentary breakfast (breads, biscuits, fruit, cereal, coffee, tea) was perfect for us each morning. It is located on a very quiet, beautiful side street. The room was extremely clean. We will return!

Staying here now and could not fault this place, the rooms are cleaned daily and the owner is lovely and goes out of her way to welcome you. She puts a free simple breakfast every morning which was a great surprise as it wasn't mentioned when booking.
We are staying in the mezonette apartments and they are lovely and very central to all amenities.
