Hotels All-inclusive in Hungary

In the restaurant, the staff were friendly, and we enjoyed the variety of desserts and delicious ice cream. Since we stayed for 7 nights, the all-inclusive alcohol available after lunch was a great bonus

• Poor Housekeeping: One day, they removed dirty towels but provided no replacements, didn't make the bed, and failed to refill toiletries or toilet paper. I had to complain to the front desk twice to get it resolved

The location is also very convenient, within easy walking distance of the bus stop. Cons: • Dishonest Management: The outdoor pool was closed, ruining the spa experience

The hotel failed to disclose this during booking, only emailing us after the cancellation period had expired. This left the indoor pools extremely overcrowded

• Hygiene & Maintenance: The cold plunge pool was located in a corner and was visibly dirty with floating debris, suggesting a failed filtration system

The room's central AC barely worked, making it very stuffy unless we kept the windows open

After arriving the reception service was not so informative, I think a few talk about how It is going here, and If we could have eat our lunch before our rooms are ready, would be nice

This hotel has probably the best location by the lake and probably the best beach area with large territory and a lot of amenities. It's not worth coming in bad weather though as the wellness area is small and outdated

A good European all-inclusive hotel with clean pools, well-maintained, spacious grounds, plenty of space, and plenty of entertainment for small children (half the hotel's guests)

We liked our superior apartment very much, which was spacious, modern, well-equipped and super comfortable. It was totally quiet and we could sleep well with open windows

If they offered some quality half board like similar hotels do instead of the all-inclusive service they have now I would give 5 points

Well, at least after midnight when the German pensioners finished their drinking hours in the terrace. One weakness of the hotel is food

We had a really nice weekend at the Park Inn Hotel in Zalakaros, it's really one of the best hotels in Hungary Their cuisine is simply delicious, huge selection and the All inclusive is just the icing on the cake

A very beautiful and comfortable hotel in Zalakaros, next to the Zalakaros Thermal Bath. The all-inclusive option offered an extremely wide selection. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Well we only stayed short time, but you have quite some stuff to do around there (petting zoo, buffalo farm. The price is very, very good for what you get (all inclusive)

Nice hotel with excellent food , kind staff and good vibes. Perfect for family due to the big and comfortable rooms. Very good quality of food and drinks

Staff was friendly and very quick to keep everything clean - at diner buffet they came to also ask at the table if we would like some beer or wine and they brought it to the table

Everythink meets our expectations. The hotel is a bit vintage, but the rooms are new. Food is excelent. Welness zone is new. There is plenty of activities you can choose from. I would live there If I could :)

Hello, Overall it was our very pleasant stay in your Hotel. We were bit dissapointed regarding partialy not working airconditon and thermal pool out of order, despite that it was enjoyable vacation.

Shame that there was construction was in the wellness area

no cereal for example, same dessert for 2 days in a row for each meal) Some meals had wrong allergy information

The thermal spa itself is definitly worth a visit because of their many pools and large, beautiful park area. Some staff members have been unmotivated, but it was okay. Would definitly stay there again!

The Bükfürdö Therme was included in the room price and is connected via a short hallway, which is great. Not too many glutenfree food options! (e

The thermal spa area has a strong smell because of the healing water, so you have to get used to the smell (not the hotels fault!)

Michelin-starred cuisine Service, staff, cleanliness, treatment and therapeutic care, everything is simply perfect! And the food: if a buffet restaurant could be given Michelin stars, this chef would have to get it! Simply Michelin-starred cuisine and service! We'll be back next year!

The plates too are cold even though they are in a heater unit to warm them up After a week here we have not enjoyed a good, warm meal which we need n mid November

Everything was very clean. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very extensive and there was a large selection. We were less satisfied with the evening buffet. There is room for improvement.

It's a big, busy (in August), probably late socialist-era resort hotel that's actually quite pleasant. For an overnight stay it's excellent and I wouldn't have minded staying longer

I was there for a business trip and forgot my iPad in the room after I checked out. They delivered it to the office. That’s 5 star service! Everything else - rooms/ breakfast/ general service as well was perfect.

Direct access to both the open air bath and to the Aquarious included in the price so you can access it any time during opening hrs. Hotel is family oriented with designated play area within the hotel

Travelled to this hotel all the way from Hong Kong, definitely worth the trip, had an amazing stay

First class hotel just opposite the famous cave baths in Miskolctapolca. The hotel has a fantastic wellness spa of its own which is included in the price of the room. Also a nice restaurant and bar.

Unfortunately, we had to pay separately for drinks at dinner, they were not included in the basic price. I will spend much more time here next time

I am from Brighton, the United Kingdom. The Hotel is amazing, situated in an idyllic place, the closest accommodation to the Cave Bath. The wellness area of the hotel is exquisite, we enjoyed ourselves like in heaven

Breakfast and dinner are buffet-style, and you can choose from high-quality and exceptionally tasty dishes. The restaurant definitely received an excellent rating from me

The cashier in the pool Restaurant fast food were not nice and they talked about us in Hungarian. The guy in checkout reception was very nice

Rooms was good, reception service was very good. I could not enjoy spa access during my 3-day stay, so the reception handed me a card as I was checking out: I could have used that same day in case I had free time

Great location, close to the airport Rooms where a bit dated, not much but just needs a slight facelift i. the apartment rooms contains an old school microwave, decor needs a uplift but otherwise very satisfied

Amazing water park, perfect for both kids and adults! There are so many different types of pools and entertainment areas for children, as well as a great variety of sauna rooms for adults

I especially loved the outdoor pool that connects directly to the indoor one — you can even swim out! We didn’t get a chance to stay in the hotel

But highly recommended for a fun and relaxing day in Budapest! (No phone allowed inside so no pic to show the amazing time we spent there unfortunately

The restaurant in the hotel wasn't big enough during winter time as the terace was closed, the food was average, however the pastries and cake were excellent
