The location is the only reason to stay here - very central but still quiet. The room itself wasn't great - v small for 4 of us, no mirror in bathroom (it was just left on the floor in the room), missing curtain, they don't even provide soap. I think this is supposed to be a very budget backpacker place - literally just a place to sleep.

The hotel is centrally located, with easy access to buses and many nearby attractions. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops in the surrounding area, which made exploring very convenient.
It was a bit difficult to find at first, as the sign isn’t very visible, I ended up walking in circles and had to ask for directions from staff at the restaurant nearby.
The room was spacious and included a fan, which was great for the heat.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Facility & staff were EXCELLENT, but..
The facility and the staff were great and excellent. But I had to put a lower rate because people in the next door were so loud throughout the night. I heard the screaming and banging noise constantly (fighting???), that scared me. Staffs are not at night on site, and I could not ask anybody to check them out.

The property was lovely with a comfy bed and faculties however, they were facilities could not be used due to no electricity for my whole stay and only 20% refund from the property themselves.

Very nice location, they can do better with the cleaning, the sheets had some stains. The bed not very comfortable.

Great area very central and everthing is in walking distance. Check in was super easy. A really nice place overall to stay in Budapest. Would stay again

The whole stay was a nightmare, the drain got clogged right after we arrived (our mistake for not checking it before, it was probably already broken). A 2 year old child was defecating and wiping it with wet toilet paper, which we took a picture of and sent them as proof.
We didn't turn on the water the whole stay so as not to cause people an even bigger problem with the whole apartment floating, we left immediately at 8am in the morning so that I could fix the problem as soon as possible and went home.
The next day they send:

They are waiting for me to do it and after I gave them 5 on Google and Airbnb, they send that the repairman fixed the drain and that we owe 200 euros!
After I refuse to pay because I am not guilty, the repairman did not find anything that is not flushed, only then they write a guest review and smear me.

When we have arrived to the apartment we got inside put out stuff and went to explore then when we returned the code wasn’t working and we couldn’t enter the room we were stuck outside all night we couldn’t get inside touch with the owner we called a million time sent sms even we talked with booking to see if then can get in touch with them but there was no response our stuff were inside the room we don’t have anything when we saw one of the neighbours they told us it’s not the first time something like this happened so WON’T RECOMMEND IT FOR ANYONE it’s not worh the risk of staying outside all night
