It was truly a great stay, the staff were lovely and so was the room. It was always lovely and warm to come back to especially in the cold times over there. The only issues we had were other loud guests standing in the hallways just talking at late times 2/3am and the hotel isn’t actually in the city centre like it says but there is travel nearby and Uber prices were 10 and under. Visited in winter. Very comfortable, clean, peaceful place. My room was warm enough . "Taxi mafia" was brutal - from airport to hotel 90,000 HUF :( . They just have waited for someone tired and disoriented... So on the way back to the airport i asked random taxi near the closest metro station. At night one driver offered 20,000HUF , but in the morning i found other for 10,000HUF

Such an incredible hotel, in such a lovely part of the city. Next to tram 1 and very close to one of the main stations of Budapest (Nepliget) it is simply the perfect spot for your stay. The staff is really friendly, the breakfast was okay, but the rooms WERE ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. Also think of bringing lighter pjs than the ones you have cause their heating system is one of the most effective ones...

The mattress was too soft. The bathroom is very narrow and the shower door was broken and difficult to close and open. We were satisfied with the breakfast. It was plentiful and tasty.

Important to note that currently the hotel is undergoing renovation works so there is often construction workers and it is in essence a construction site. My friend and I where here for 3 days city break. Great hotel. Really good location. Near to most tourist attractions. Staff where very friendly and helpful. It's a basic hotel but very clean and beds are comfortable. Breakfast is basic too. But very good. I would certainly stay here again.

Great location in city. Close by to all the touristy locations & the Xmas markets. Rooms were good, comfortable bed. Not a big fan of the breakfast (but i'm not a huge fan of Continental European breakfasts anyway). No lift in the building.

Such a good location in the city, we stayed for 4 nights on a room only basis, so can't comment on the restaurant or food. The room was great we were on the first floor so didn't have to carry our luggage up to many flights of stairs, beds were comfy and we cast our streaming services to the TV on the room. The service at the hotel, especially at reception, was excellent. One complimentary bottle of wine is provided per room/stay. Additional bottles are given for birthdays. Good but Not for everyone! The hotel is clean and staff is super friendly. But there is zero ventilation. With 4 people in a small room and no air or vent in the bathroom and no window to open, it was super stuffy especially at night. It’s a high tech system that relies on air filters. This now the third time returning to this hotel. Hotel is pretty decent , the rooms are tidy but a little bit small. Maybe a little complaint about the room fridge - too small and not enough strong .I guess for the price I can't really complain . We always had a very friendly receptionist which is always a good start.

If you are looking for somewhere in beautiful Budapest this is not for you. It is set in an industrial landscape a few miles outside the main city. The room was nice, we had a balcony looking out to the city which was a nice bonus but did not get much use in winter. The hotel is well connected via metro to the city but is also walkable.

The overall feeling is poor. The hotel is very small, like a converted villa. The rooms are not big, and there is no bottled water for drinking. The breakfast is very average. The location is not suitable for tourism. The price is not high.

Beautifully renovated hotel however there are issues with how well it’s run. Our room was not cleaned one day, no water in the room, no fridge and no hair dryer.

For the price I paid to stay in the classic hotel for 5days, I am fairly satisfied. I also want to add that the hotel staffs such as the receptionists, the kitchen staffs as well as the staffs whom they kept the hotel clean and tidy, are very friendly and helpful.

Everything is good, but some people may think that the male staff members are not friendly. The female staff members are friendly.

A small, quiet hotel in a beautiful location near the castle. It is a 5 minute walk to a bus stop with a very regular service. Public transport is very good and easy to navigate your way around. Aging property but very clean and fantastic staff.

Hotel was clean but the staff was not helpful. We needed to be picked up by the hotel shuttle from the airport, but the overnight attendee would not answer the phone. We had to pay for taxis from the airport. A/C in the room was broken, told the attendee and he told us to just open the window.

We had to go down for the AC controller. All rooms were open when we arrived. Covered were in the cabinet but only very small pillows. Tiny tv. Refrigerator yes but that’s pretty much it. No elevator. The shuttle was full - driver was really not in a good mood. He loaded the bags but did not offload them. We had food ordered, it was dropped off at the reception - no communication to us about it.

Nice place if you need to stay overnight near Budapest airport

Convenient location for early flights We had an early flight and did not want to wake up too early or travel a lot in the morning. We had a decent sized room, the receptionists were very kind and helpful. I saw the reviews and was slightly concerned but luckily could not find anything negative. We also used the shuttle from the airport and to the airport as well after dropping the hire car off.

Excellent stay, all the staff are friendly and attentive. The room and bathroom were of an exceptional standard, towels changed every day and bottles of water replenished daily. The room is clean and nice. The location is good, in a nice neighborhood, although the train passes by and it makes some noise. A big no is that it doesn't have and elevator and there is no one to help with the luggage. The entrance lady is nice but she is not willing to help with questions about Hungary.

The staff is very responsive and kind from the beginning when you first contact them online. People from the hotel reply quickly, fulfill the requests and are very reliable. It is good to know people are always there for their guests and can be at your service. I hope you always stay this way! I recommend people to book this place.

My parents-in-law always stay here when visiting. It's obviously not a five star hotel but the price is rights, the rooms are clean and the staff does their best. It was a bit out from the town but excellent public transport to get you around. Decor a bit outdated but the room was perfect. Bed was very comfortable. Room was warm, bathroom like a sauna. Very friendly and helpful staff, location is a bit far from the center of Budapest. Rooms were decent although I wished that the cleaners would be more in depth and not just prepare the beds but also take out the clearly empty bottles that's on the table, but over all they have been a good place to stay at and very helpful with giving us locations

I stayed here for 1 night with my sister last summer and our room was really big, almost like a small home. I know I paid double the amount for rooms not even half as big before. The location wasn’t the best for our trip but there was an aldi at a gas station nearby. And the gentleman at the front desk was very kind.

Apartment style hotel. Stayed in an apartment (though rooms are also available). Big appointment, well equipped. The free spa (swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna) at the premises is a huge plus. Breakfast is rich with lots of options. Recommended if you are in the region.

Hotel Bliss offered a convenient location and a reasonable price. The room was clean, although it showed signs of age, but still met a satisfactory standard. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. A centrally located Gem The entrance lobby is a little shabby, and the pictures of the courtyard are deceiving--tiny courtyard. However, the service was very good and friendly.
