I had a booking in my name (Manav Gupta) at Fab Hotel Oriental Suites, and we had taken 4 rooms for 2 days. Our stay was really good. The receptionist was very friendly and professional, and we were provided a welcome drink during check-in.
All the rooms were clean, freshly painted, and the renovation work (as informed by the receptionist) has made the place look neat and fresh.
Many of my friends were visiting Bangalore for the first time, and the hotel staff suggested good nearby places to visit. We also came for visa purposes and needed multiple PDF printouts—more than 100 pages. The night-shift manager helped us with all the printing and refused to take any charges even when we insisted. This was extremely kind and helpful.
Overall, we had a great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends, and we will surely visit again in February.

Excellent stay for long duration
I stayed at FabExpress Oriental Suites for a long-term stay and had a very comfortable experience. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well maintained. We booked one room yesterday for 3 guests, the stay was comfortable and hassle-free, the hotel provided car parking,which was very convenient, we also had a driver with us,and on our request, the manager arranged a place for him to sleep with a bed, without charging anything extra, this was really kind and thoughtful of them,overall, a good experience and supportive team.

I had a good experience of staying at this hotel for a short vacation with friends. The host is kind and helpful. The property is at a great location in BTM layout. Lots of places for good food nearby. Room is spacious enough and clean.

Location is good. Everything I needed on a daily basis was close by. Restaurants, laundry, tapri, etc. Very peaceful stay. No issues at all.

Worst hotel..worst staff.. terrible rooms..no reception..made us wait 3 hours outside the hotel and said they are maintaining the rooms..than refused the check in for no reason..the other similar hotel chain in btm layout is much better.. location is also terrible

Rooms are nice but please replace the reception person I called up to enquire and he was very rude and hung up thrice on me....not very hospitable

It not that great hotel.But a decent one.But dont compare it with a 3 star or 5 star hotel for sure.It provides all basic facilities and is pretty clean too.
