It was horrible beyond expectations. And this experience I am sharing is just about my stay of 25 minutes at the property. To make it clear, it is not the fault of the staff of hotel or its ambience but because of the booking issue through app.
When we showed up to the property he informed that we have no rooms available. Then I asked him why did the hotel accept my booking to which he said it happens but thats fine I can manage other rooms for you. We went to the rooms and finalized them.
When I made the booking, the price that was shown was included with complimentary breakfast.
Then we asked about the breakfast, he said that breakfast or any other meal is not included. I was literally shocked because I traveled with 6 adults 2 kids and with a lot of luggage. The thought of searching another hotel stunned me. The other thing that bothered me was unavailability of paid breakfast or tea as well. There was no kitchen in which we can prepare or get basic food things for kids.
When I showed him the booking confirmation which mentioned that breakfast is included, he denied and said its a technical glitch. The customer care executive from the booking portal also said the same thing and no one took the responsibility.
Now the only sufferers were we, the people who came to Mumbai for a leisure trip which became a nightmare in a very short span of time.

I was extremely skeptical about this hotel after booking it, worried if it would be good. But to my delight, it is a great one at the budget it is available for. The rooms are good too, only the walls are a little dirty. But the room, the beds, and rest of the interior is good enough. The bedsheets, towels, etc. are clean. The service also, is great. The staff is helpful and accomodating to your needs. Also, it is a couple-friendly hote, in case you want to knowl. The first room that they gave me didn't have a remote for the AC, so I requested to either give me a remote or a different room where it is usable. They gave me a bigger room with all the facilities in usable condition. The hotel also has a lift and they give you free WiFi. The only turn off would be that it is inside an old building and in a locality that's isn't so great. But it is easy to reach from Grant Road station and is close to Girgaon Beach. There are several ATMs, restaurants nearby also. Overall, it was a good experience (considering the pricing).

This hotel staffs are too worst and very irresponsible behavior. I've gave them 1 star they are not eligible for that also, and I've booked their hotel at Oyo for 1300rs they have charged 1200 extra to provide me room . I request who are all reading this please don't go there for better experience 👍

And they did it again. They allow you to book OYO room at cheap price and once you reach there. They don't let you check in cause "you book the room at cheap price and you'll have to pay more money"

Very pathetic property. I booked a room through OYO app and reached the property at 11am. I asked the manager to show me the room but he refused very rudely as the check-in time was 12pm. Also, the location of the property was very bad. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Highly disappointed with staff behaviour.

An excellent place to have vegetarian food. Do try their Jalepeno poppers, pav bhaji & sandwiches. The place also serves alcohol. You must pay a visit if you like to have good delicious vegetarian food. One of the best veg restaurants in Mumbai.

Went to this place after several years and a lot has changed in terms of the menu. We were seated upstairs this time as the section below was booked for a private party. Ordered Pani Puri Shots which were nice, the filling was of ragda which I am not very fond of but nevertheless it was good. Broccoli Soup unexpectedly turned out to be nice. Hara Bhara Kebab for starters had eight pieces and tasted fab with the chutney provided. Service is quick and courteous. They serve alcohol too so good place for vegetarians who drink as well.
