Good place. Nice service. So friendly reception guys. Ofc have lilbit problems but it's basic for hotel like this. If I'll back to Mumbai I'll stay here with pleasure. Thanks!

Worst hotel ever. As a person who travels and stays at hotels a lot, I have never came across such a bad experiences. The staffs are very rude and have no manner. They didnt show respect at all .Wont suggest. And it's situated in a very shady place.

Hotel Fountain Inn exceeded my expectations! The service was impeccable, the amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The Staff were so polite and helpful. Prime location. I look forward to staying here again!

Fountain Inn at Fort area serves very nice selection of veg and non veg sizzlers. Ample seating downstairs and on mezzanine. Airconditioned. Staff is very nice and helpful with suggestions etc. We had the non-veg sizzlers: Char grilled chicken with roast sauce and their Independence special Grilled New Zealand lamb chop sizzler. Thoroughly enjoyed. The quantity is huge and quite filling. Goes well with their sweet lime soda. A special thanks to the management for their complimentary sitaphal icecream. Located in the Fort business district, parking is available but occasionally maybe difficult. Definitely a restaurant to visit if in the vicinity.

Had a really good Stay in the hotel. The staff members were nice and polite. All the safety measures were taken. Ambience is pretty good. The room was clean and sanitized. The staff took all the safety measures very well. Its on a very convenient place and everything popular in colaba is nearby to this hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The service was impeccable. I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I look forward to staying in the future.....

I visited last weekend at Hotel Fountain Inn with Family. The rooms were well maintained, Cleaned and Hygenic & Sanitized. The Staff in the Hotel was Friendly. Services Offered by them was much better than what was Expected. Loved the stay here. Planning to Visit soon.!

Its a Manglorian hotel famous for sea food. It has a good ambiance and being in south Mumbai, you can find elite people around your table. Fried bombil are awsome but the solkadhi will not be a good choice here.

Visited the place for the first time today and found the food to be ok. Personally feel Ankur and Pratap are better options to have seafood in the similar price range

Place has really fallen way below its reputation. The ambience has become that of a cheap local Indian restaurant. The paint in the air conditioned room has started to peel off where the ACs are attached. The service was way below par. I agree that I went there on a Saturday night and it was highly busy, but the waiters and managers ignored our orders more than once. We had to give our order for the main course twice, with an atleast 20 minute wait time in between because they forgot about our order.
Food is good. No doubt.
Dessert recommendation would be it's famous : Mission Impossible - a huge slice of a Swiss truffle chocolate cake, garnished with two scoops of Vanilla Ice cream and chocolate sauce, that is really difficult to finish after a complete meal. Order it only if you are with a bunch of friends or family.
Due to my bad experience at this place plus it's overall neglect towards hygiene and ambience, I am giving it only two stars.
Hopefully they will improve and i can visit it in the future. But it seems unlikely I would be visiting this place after the fiasco I faced during my last visit.

Great Chinese foods available here in Mumbai. Rocky road is famous for desert. In starters,dimsum were good. Interior was also nice. Staffs are efficient and well behaved. Mocktails were also refreshing.

Quality of food has deteriorated over time. It used to be good, but now all I can say is its average. I should add though that this is specific to this outlet. The one in sakinaka is quite good.

Great Chinese food paired with well done interiors makes this one of the best places to taste authentic Chinese in town. They have a good amount in their dish portions. Their Mongolian Pot rice and Chicken Hunan sauce are a must try. Also, the Noodles and Fried Rice dishes they serve and amazing in taste and are pretty healthy. It is very difficult to finish dinner or lunch here without having their famous Mission Impossible or the nut-laden Rocky Road. During dinner time, they are pretty crowded and you have to wait for a while until you get a seat. But, your dining experience will surely be a great one. They need to up their service a little bit. Otherwise, 5 Spice is an amazing and a perfect option to choose for lunch or dinner.

Cleanliness is not maintained. The table being dirty cutlery was placed on it without being wrapped in a napkin towel or tissue. Cockroaches were seen on the floor while we were dining. Too low standards for a place like this.

Good place and equally good food. Tends to be noisy and is a bit congested but food makes it worth. Seekh kabab, bhuna and biryani is recommended.

Not leaving up to the expectation...food is average... Overpriced... Less quantity... Hopeless service... They dont have spoons n cups... You have to beg for it...
