I had a wonderful stay at Mughal Palace. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The cleanliness was absolutely top class – everything was perfectly maintained.
The staff was very polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Service was excellent and quick. I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout my stay.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and best service. Will definitely visit again!

Booked accommodation throughbooking.com. 2 hours before the arrival in Mumbai, they called us and said that the places had run out, despite our reservation. Please be careful! Deceive you and you will be left without housing

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The hospitality was excellent – staff were polite, helpful, and kind, always ready to assist. It’s a family-friendly place, safe and comfortable for children too.
The hotel is very close to the market, which made it easy to shop and explore nearby areas — a big plus for travellers!
There are two lifts (one was under maintenance during our stay, but the other was functional). Room service was prompt, and Bisleri water was provided at just ₹20, which is very reasonable. Overall, the charges for all services were fair and transparent.
The hotel has a good ambience, though each room has a different colour and design theme — but almost all rooms are clean and well-maintained.
Other highlights include:
Central hot water heater for bathroom
Spacious waiting hall at reception
Cloak room available to leave your luggage after checkout
Flexible check-in and check-out timing, which was very convenient.

The hotel and staff is are good and the main problem is the location and very difficult to access by cab, the road is very short. The rooms are small, but maintained neatly. According to the price it's high. There is no breakfast facility and it's not a 3 star hotel. overall good experience in hotel and staff and not with the ambience and location.

1. Looking at the locality, it feels ... , place isn't good . But when u get in the place is entirely a different world.
It's clean , Well - maintained , staff is (quick to respond, friendly , helpful).
Even the owners are considerate enough to be flexible of checkin / checkout times for your need
2. The hotel is situated such that all important places to visit & enjoy are around 15 km radius.
3. The locality has all shops that u need nearby.
4. The food tastes great . Even their food suggestions are awesome.
5. Room service is great . Atmosphere peaceful and positive.
6 . To sum up . If u visit Mumbai , it's a great hotel to stay in budget .

I have been stayed prior 31year, I have found it good and family friendly place. though location is slight dense but environment of the hotel is amazing and easy proximity area from most of the working and tourist places.

Good stay. It was good hotel in the proximity. There isn't anything to complain about because, the service was also excellent. Room service was also good. I recommend it's the best stay in the area. The staff was also polite and even agreed to store our luggage even after checkout for some time, until we departed.
