Overall experience was good the staff was helpful but the rooms were small, but the nearby area was really good specially for food

Lift not working, very small room, no parking nothing provided properly even though they are not accepting for late checkout for hour also

For around 36,000 won per night, you can get a decent single room in India. However, this hotel is not up to par in terms of facilities and cleanliness. The building is too old and the interior is not very clean. There is only one hanger in the closet, the bed sheets are worn and have holes in them, and the two bath towels provided were too old and gray. The location is a complex commercial area, so transportation is not good. However, the staff is friendly and does their best to serve the guests.

They denied us because we have not comply with their policy of showing our marriage contract, and they said we can cancel it but to our surprise, they have rejected our requested cancellatiom.

When I was talking to a local friend I had made in front of the hotel, he called out to me out of concern. He gave me his business card and told me to contact him if anything happened. (Even Indians say that there are a lot of bad people in India...)

Location is very good hotel staff as well friendly and very helpful. Problem is which i found pictures and when i entered in hotel it’s totally different. I think we paid more for this hotel.

Not at all a good place to stay, rooms are not hygiene, no better resturant to have food. Qulatiy of towel, bed sheet and blanket was very poor.
