The hotel is located in a very convenient location right opposite CST Station, making it easily accessible. The property is newly renovated and well maintained, which keeps the rooms and common areas clean. However, the rooms are quite small, and there is no ventilation in either the room or the bathroom, which can make the space feel a bit closed. Pricing offered is also a bit high.

Close to station, single rooms(€15) top 2 floors(lift), very small and low ceiling! But very clean! (1'80m.) Spotless (communal) bathroom, good, cheap option (for Mumbai)...

Very convenient location as it is located at a prime location. Walkable distance to various locations in South Mumbai.
Lots of eateries available just below tge premises. Rooms were always very clean and well maintained.

I am rating this as a budget hotel for my 3 night stay.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
Front desk Staff speak English well.
I was in a single room with shared bathroom.
Room is clean. Much like a university student room. If you are taller than 5 foot 10 inches you will be bending over and banging your head.
Shared bathroom is clean. For Westerners bring your own toilet paper, you are in India. The toilet and shower are in a single wet room. There is a shower however easier to bathe using the stool, bucket and scoop.
No queues in waiting for the room.
If you have accessibility issues then let the hotel know this before booking as upper floor is via a spiral staircase.
The hidden gem of this hotel is a roof top balcony with 360 degree view.

Rooms are really small, Up from the 6 Floor you can't even stand straight no more.... Like really. The price is quite expansive for what you get. It's really loud!!! The streets, AC, Personal ... Got woken Up at 2 am by AC as it would Start to Beep uncontrollably!!!! You either sleep with No AC, meaning No airflow in a 6qm room in 30+ degrees or get woken Up randomly If your sleep is Not deep enough. Location is good. I would Not come Back!

Make sure you get the higher floors level 6 and above, but do note it's a shared bathroom , which is perfectly fine since it's regularly cleaned. Hot water shower was perfect. If you're more than 1.75, you are gonna hit the ceiling really, especially in the toilet, but it's padded so get ready. Top 2 floors are created at low-ceiling height in order to accomodate 2 floors of rooms. Everything is brand new now and the place is quite good. has a lift too.

Great hotel, greatly located in the center of Fort neighbohood. Personnel always helpful, they helped me manage everything, from SIM card to Forex change to food ordering. Absolutely recommended. Have in mind that you'll be in the middle of the city center, so don't expect quietness, room cleaning could be better but to me.it was just perfect.

A quality food to eat with a home made taste. Specially stuffed puris and their varieties is finger licking. Price is very reasonable and good for 1 person. Even a less hungry person can take a share with the hungry person and it will not be less for both

I have been having food for the last 25 years on a regular basis ,the food is exactly the same taste, hot filling and value for money. The current management have preserved the current age old tradition . Keep it up

Wow. Such a nice place, couldn't imagine such pocket friendly place to be right in front of CST. Per person less than 100 bucks? Yeah, it's true.

Even after being seated for 10 minutes and asking, we were not presented the menu. The order of one thin crust pizza took 25 minutes which can be considered due to the rush. But the part of billing put a bad image. Rather than giving back 100 rupee change in a bill I was given 10 COINS of rs10 as change.

Ambience is really good. They have good menu. Service is very slow though. They have verities of pizzas in veg and non veg categories. Many options available in beverages also. Seating arrangement is perfect. It’s near from CST Station. It’s near bike parking. All seems right except the delay in service.

The service provided here is far too slow as they lack numbers in staff so you will have to wait for a good period of time. Also the number of sitting tables are less so you might have to wait for sometime. The staff is good mannered and polite. In short even though you will have to wait for sometime you will surely enjoy your meal.
