Extremely Disappointed – Booking Not Honored

I had a terrible experience with Hotel O Indore, Mumbai, booked through the OYO platform. Despite having a confirmed online booking and payment receipt, the hotel staff told me there was no booking under my name when I arrived. They were uncooperative and refused to help, leaving me stranded and frustrated.

This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I booked in good faith through a reputed platform, only to face unnecessary stress and inconvenience. If this is how OYO hotels operate, I would strongly advise others to stay away from this property and double-check bookings before arrival.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The service was terrible, starting with the rude receptionist who made us feel unwelcome. To make things worse, there was a rat in the ceiling, which was both disturbing and unhygienic. Despite having 30 minutes before check-out, the staff kept reminding us every 5-10 minutes to leave, making us feel rushed and uncomfortable. The room was also extremely small, barely suitable for two people. I would not recommend staying here

The bedding has holes in them, are torn or ripped. Towel are not good quality either - some towels are torn or ripped and has holes in them. Upon requesting they changed it. I saw cockroaches in room. Cleanliness is of a poor or low quality. Breakfast - tea cup, plates and cutlery can’t be used straight away because they can be dirty. I had to change my room once - was given first floor. The second room I was in was located ground floor had issues with bathroom door, extractor fan wasn’t working, handle of shower + tap was broken - requested to repair it but wasn’t done. The hotel doesn’t have lift, neither does it have fridge as I was made aware by the room service staff. They also give you wrong information when asked about laundry service. The staff response can be rude. When you request room service staff to clean the bathroom they would tell you it’s clean enough.

More than worst. They won't accept the booking even you've paid online

Worst experience ever .
Full amount was paid in the booking and when hotel reached extra 6000 rs was pending to pay in the app.
Behaviour from the hotel management was very bad.

Rascal. Hotel is big scammer.dont book this hotel , hotel owner and both are doing fraud with customer. 300 rs hotel is charging 1700 . Price showing in Oyo is wrong when you will go to counter they will ask you to pay double payment.poor service, high cost

It done cheeting with me when I booked then it booked in 900 rs but when I reach hotal reception person asking that give 2900 rs and he say that OYO IS FROD ,
