Excellent service, ***** with scrumptious food at this quaint boutique hotel, is what will make me want to stay at Astor again. Its central location is also extremely desirable. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay! Maybe we'll visit again soon.

A well maintained property with nice restaurant and courteous staff. The rooms are decently maintained.I have stayed here multiple times and enjoyed the stay. The restaurant have very good menu and the buffet breakfast caters to everyone's appetite! It is closer to all the main attractions in Kolkata and offers good value for money. The room were perfect and the food was very delicious most important is the comfortable experience,the staff was very friendly and very professional Especially the housekeeper rahul,the receptionist tina and Abhijit were one of the highlights of the hotel as they made my stay really well

Day before yesterday I visited KEQ for celebrating my niece birthday..nd it was an very good experience..the food was excellent better than expected.. I had a pleasant stay at The Astor during my recent trip to Kolkata. The hotel has a beautiful old-world charm with vintage interiors that give it a distinct character. The location is excellent—very central and convenient for getting around the city, especially to Park Street and nearby attractions. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout the stay, from the front desk to housekeeping. Check-in was smooth, and I appreciated the prompt service whenever anything was needed. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and a good-sized bathroom. However, some parts of the property do show signs of aging, especially in the corridors and fixtures. The food was another highlight—especially the kebabs and breakfast spread. Awesome kebabs and food at kebab e que restaurant, Mr Sourav Kundu,ms nira and mr khursheed pampered the whole family with great service and pleasantly made our experience memorable...keep up the great work guys...the astor always made us feel special..and their service team too ..would definitely recommend this hotel and its services to people from all over the world...

I visited Kebab-e-Que today for lunch with my family, and we had a truly delightful experience. From the very beginning, we were warmly welcomed and guided by Smrity, whose hospitality and attentiveness stood out. She ensured we were comfortable, and made the entire meal feel special. A special mention to Rupashree as well, who served us with great care and professionalism throughout our lunch. The food was excellent as always, and the service made it even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Smrity, Rupashree, and The Astor team for being such wonderful hosts. Looking forward to coming back soon!

This is a great affordable luxury stay right in the middle of the action of modern and effluent Kolkata. Rooms are like any typical 4+ hotel, gives you a feel of colonial British stay (tonnes of such hotels in London Westminster area) but it has that warm and hospitality feeling. Food wise the breakfast choices are limited and they lacked local flavours in their menu (which is why 4 star rating) but whatever they made they made it deliciously. I would want to call out Ms Smrity for her excellent hospitality and guidance during my stay. Thank you Smrity for making the right food and touring recommendations. Will definitely stay here again during my next visit
