The food was delicious and the ambience was good. It was worth trying it. The staff were also very humble and polite. They are also very active.

Good support from reception during check in and later on the courtesy extended by staff members was very good. House keeping is really good and response time is great. All the best Kavita / Ritwick and maintenance staff has shown promptness to arrest the issue

I recently had my daughter’s rice ceremony organised in Sonnet. I must say the experience is very seamless starting from the beginning. Thanks to deepak for all your efforts to make it a success for my daughter’s first occasion and thanks to gautam for the lovely decoration. All your hospitality will be remembered for long time.

Dear Sir, This is in regards to an event we hosted in the Emerald banquet hall at The Sonnet, Kolkata. We celebrated our daughter's first birthday on March 27th, 2025. I wanted to share our wonderful experience with different teams working at the hotel. Firstly, we want to thank and appreciate the efforts of the housekeeping team with the decorations. The team handled all our requests very patiently. Both, Mr. Rajesh Pandey and Gautam, worked hard on realising our expectations and the end result really exceeded our expectations. I have attached few pictures showcasing the tremendous job done by the team. Cake was prepared exactly as requested and was the highlight for us. Everyone enjoyed and appreciated the taste and quality of food served and the courteous service by the team. All support staff were really polite and helpful. Finally, I would like to convey my gratitude for all the support provided by Mr. Dipak Mondal (Banquet Manager), he helped coordinate the event from beginning till end and was there throughout. It was a really pleasant experience for us, all thanks to several teams coming together and working with customer satisfaction as their top priority.
