Best experience at Aauris hotel. Highly recommended! Amazing hotel staff ( sanjeev, Manik, Seraj) lovely atmosphere and food

Overall good location and clean rooms. The minifridge and snacks in room were chargeable and higher than MRP. The housekeepers Sukumar ji and Payal ji were welcoming.

Nice hotel and nice hospitality.... Especially the service of Mr. Jagdish and Aslam is outstanding. All staff are nicely behaved

Overall it was good. There were some initial miscommunications but overall staff were nice especially Souvik and Ashish who helped with luggage and late night entry. I wish the cleaner use vacume cleaner during the room service. There was quite a bjt of dust. Using a quick mop just hide the dust for a few hours and when it's dry they come again. That's my main point.

One strange thing to come accross is they don’t allow Outside food !!!! I.e Swiggy - Zomato etc , so it’s clearly that you have to get abused by their food ….if this the policy of this property then kindly have it posted on your listing also - !!!!!!! All your listings across the online platforms should be mentioned as “NO OUTSIDE FOOD” - you cannot keep the customers in the dark and tell them when they come in for check in !!!!!!! Bad !!!

Excellent room service room is neat and clean Santanu from room service was really recommend highly recommend. Location is also quite and good.

Very pleasant stay and very warm host Souvik. The food is reasonably priced and tasty. The property is comfortable. The rooms are new and clean. The accessibility to city is very good. I would definitely come again for the good hospitality and service.
