Generally an ok hostel, quite old and you can see it, everywhere is decaying slightly. But the biggest problem is if you are given a room on the 7th floor. They make so much noise on the 8th floor bar till 1am you will never get any sleep. What's the point of staying in a hotel if they don't let you sleep well? They do this even when there are no customers in the bar, does not make any sense!

Not a high end place at all, if you are looking for a posh place. But amazing behaviour by the staff . Personally, I love this place. The food is finger licking good . The drinks are super cheap with their menu card themselves declaring - Happy Hours All Day. The place is so cheap with its price that it is almost unbelievable.

I booked for a Christmas buffet and got highly disappointed. We went for a brunch on 24th December afternoon. The list of the food that was given on the menu were missing from the counters. I had to call the staff repeatedly and order things which were supposed to be in the spread out buffet. That was embarrassing. Sonnet is a big brand and yet the kitchen staff doesn’t seem to know their duty properly! I kept waiting for the food to arrive from the buffet menu. The same happened with deserts as well. There was nothing there for desert other than the yule log. This is unfair. You promise us a lot of food and you highlight and advertise your special Christmas menu, you charge a lot, but you end up not even serving half of the said dishes. If sonnet doesn’t know how to serve why is it sill in this kind of buffet thing. Stop making fools of us. Not recommended at all. Telling all my friends not to visit sonnet at all.

Went to Sonnet for the second time. This time for the dinner buffet. Quality wise no complain at all though the variety is bit less. It starts with 5 starter and salad, in main course 5 veg and 4 non veg items are there apart from the rice and noodle. The ambience is nice but the best part of it the courteous and helpful staff, which makes your experience more delightful.
