Room was just ok bcoz the bathroom lock was not in proper condition. Also, the drainage system was worse. There was no exhaust in bathroom that cause smell there. Yet staff was supporting and well behaved

I am a repeated guest at this property. Since last 5yrs I am staying at Hotel Pan Asian Continental. Hotel location is at prime and on road side. Atmosphere and all the staffs are very cooperative. Specially Front office. Ms Rudrrani and Ms. Philomina. Rooms are well decorated. Only one suggestion kindly fixed one hand shower in the bathroom for bath.

I stayed for a night on a personal visit to Kolata for a day! The hotel is conveniently located in South Kolkata's Southern Avenue, proximity to many Cafes & Restaurants on the same street and on the adjoining Lansdowne (Sarat Bose Road) is an added advantage.
