The hotel looks like a 3 star hotel but don't even expect about it. Rooms are not so much clean, Charger socket is quite shoking, ac not working properly, fan is turning on and off automatically. Food was good. For just one night it's worth it for money. The room and the entire premises feels like haunted.

Stayed for three nights. Small but good enough room. Washroom too was a bit too small with no separate bathing area. But the food and service were very good.

Its a shame but the fact is this hotel is over priced compared to others. My first room was awful with no hot water, a fridge with the door hanging off, dirty places & overall a huge let down. They did change it but the second room was not much better. For this price I moved & got a much better hotel nearby. Staff were great though & bed was comfy.

Most important in life for a person who is on official/business trip is Night Sleep which I found in this hotel room. The bed was so cosy and comfortable, clean..I had wonderful sleep. I didn’t feel anything I was missing while I away from home.

The place is pretty clean and fresh. Bedsheet and pillow covers are fresh ones. They also provided a thick blanket which holds a good amount of cold. The bathroom was clean and ventilated. Everything is perfect.

This is a very chic hotel in Kolkata also it's rent is lower than others. Rooms are clean and tidy. It has good Indian food options which are also reasonable in price. With such low room rent the quality of this hotel is great. It's architectural design is functional and safety factors for building is also covered like fire fighting. Nice hotel to stay with friends. All the important places of the city can be easily accessed. I stayed here during IPL, and Eden Garden is merely 15 minutes walk away. This proved to be of great help while returning late night after the match.
