I don’t blame the cleanliness of this hotel; perhaps the building is just a bit old. However, the hotel has a fantastic location with easy access to a large shopping centre. Most importantly, the staff are absolutely wonderful—from the security team and housekeeping staff to the reception staff. They are all truly amazing.

Rooms need sound proof, housekeeping cleaning rooms can be heard dragging of furniture.
Kids running in hallway and talking can be heard.
Shower water very slow
1 pillow for each person
Pillow is super soft and bed is hard
My neck and body hurt
Level 5 room that I get, do not have a fridge and only 1 dustbin in the toilet for the whole room.
Not sure why
Will think twice to come back as this is my 2nd time here.

The hotel location very strategic, love it. Very convenience to go anywhere. Would like to stay here again next time

First time stay at Favekuta hotel its was quite surprise the check in nice and smooth and most staff are very friendly friendly and helpful I was only stay overnight due to my connecting flight to another destination but overall it was quite pleasant stay. Had dinner at the restaurant food was tasty and service excellent will recommend this hotel to others thank you.

Absolutely amazing everything I come to bali we go here. The food is the best in bali. The pasta is better than australia. Try the bug pasta it's to die for! I dream about there food. It's next door to waterbom park so u cannot miss it. At night they have fire dancers out the front it's amazing

Have been visiting daily all holiday. Coffees have been good.

Generally speaking, I'm a huge fan of Starbucks. However, I'm very unimpressed with this particular branch. S L O W service and cocky, disrespectful staff. They're trying too hard to be hip/cool/pose, than to serve customers in a polite, respectful fashion. This must rate as the hands down worst Starbucks that I've been to anywhere.
The arrogant little "princess" that I had the honor of being served by couldn't have been anymore rude if she had tried ?? She was trying to impress (that failed spectacularly), me with her feeble, broken heavily accented English, instead of doing her job.
They do a brisk service, based on the sheer volume of tourists passing through, but I'm betting due to their attitude, they don't attract repeat business from local customers who have visited and experienced their style of "service".
My cup of brewed coffee was as weak as pi$$ and tepid. Brewed coffee is seriously difficult to botch up.
They've alienated me, and they can include the 10 friends that I've personally told my experience here to. Word of mouth hurts!
