Beautiful outdoor setting. Nice breakfast. Comfortable bed. Good value for money and close to the airport so you don’t need to spend hours in traffic after a long flight/or before an early flight. The rooms are a bid tired and could do with a makeover but the price reflects what you get so it’s fine.

We stayed for approx 7 hours in between flights. Staff are lovely but I wouldn’t recommend it for families. No handsoap in the hand-sink, towels tired and need replacing. The aircon is right about the bed so not the healthiest. Pros is that it was a spacious room and close to the airport. Definitely aimed at backpackers

I accidentally left my laptop charger upon reaching my destination. Emailed the hotel and later received a reply from them that they found it and will keep it for me. Got my friend to retrieve it. All is good. Well done to the housekeeping and front desk of Diana Suite.

Room just nice but the toilet door lock from inside , bathroom too small for first class room , Actually i book for 2 days but feel not so comfortable so just decided to move out

The Deluxe Pool View room is spacious with a balcony overlooking the pool area, I stayed here for a week in September 2025. There are two large single beds joined together although they are individually made up, this is not the double bed I had expected or booked (see photo). Overall, it's a fairly nice, older property. It typically takes about 5 minutes for water to get hot in the shower. Power options are limited - none by the bed. Adding some USB outlets would be a great and inexpensive addition. There is a bit of a gap underneath the door leading to the balcony, and that definitely let's in noise from the pool/courtyard area. Great for backpackers, lots of stairs to the top floors so will need to be fit. Rooms are cleaned daily and the pool is lovely! Highly recommend

For the price, this really is value for money. But you do get what you pay for. I had a change in plans and needed a cheap booking in a rush, Persona Beach Inns had options but the service & staff are the shining success factor. Location also an absolute gem as its a straight shoot down the road to Kuta Beach, Hard Rock Cafe or whatever finds uour fancy in Kuta, day or night.

I only spent one night here but it was pleasant. The room was nice and clean enough. The bathroom is dirty to North American standards but was pretty standard for this area.

Maybe I stayed in the wrong room, but I had a room without a window, but it was quiet. The hotel's biggest advantage is its location. The beach, cafes, markets, etc. are nearby. Overall, it was okay for the minimal price; everything worked.

Strategically located near Kuta, there's a laundry service right in front of the hotel and a convenience store. Coffee and drinking water are always available, but toothbrushes and toothpaste aren't provided. There's a swimming pool. One of the staff could be friendlier in the future.

Ozz Hotel Bali Kuta is conveniently located near the beach. The staff is always welcoming and greeting you with a smile. The food nearby is easily available. I will definitely return back to this hotel whenever I come back to Bali.

The exterior is misleading. The highlight is definitely the swimming pool are with its landscape. My room was initially on ground floor but asked to move to 1st floor facing pool. Room was OK for the price. Water is weak and have to wait a while for hot water. Toilet is basic and bed is pretty comfy.

Unbelievable hidden gem in the busiest town of kuta! near to Kuta Beach, Legian beach (10-15min walk), eating place, mall etc. u even can hire a motor bike to get around from the hotel.. so convenient Near to airport too..around 10 min if no traffic.. we booked 2 type of room.. 1 with 2 single bed and 1 with 1 bed (deluxe) both spacious and clean and deluxe room even have water heater and fridge...

This place is "hidden" between poppy lane 1 and 2. Simple and clean room. Friendly staff and fast check in. I arrived about 10:30am and i'm in the room within 15 mins. Nice pool and free simple breakfast. 10mins walk to the beach and 5 mins walk to Legian street.

Comfortable hotel This is a very comfortable hotel. I stayed there for a total of 7 nights. It was very quiet. It was close to Poppies 2 and just the right distance to walk to the beach.

Disappointment: It was a comfortable hotel close to Poppies 2. However, I booked a cottage, and it was a shame that the room didn't have a balcony on the second floor. I wanted to relax on the patio or balcony.

Good value/money. Pool opened after maintenance after our first day and is turned out to be a nice addition to our stay. Friendly staff, quick laundry service, decent wifi outside the cottages, inside the signal is a bit weak. Would book again.

The hotel speakers in the lobby are too close to the rooms on the first floor. If the receptionist turns on music, it can be heard from the rooms. They play music until 10 PM, making it difficult to sleep before 10 PM. The hotel room windows are not equipped with soundproofing. The room door sensor often doesn't work.

It's a walkable distance from the airport and the location is extremely convenient. Generally the cleanliness is okay, don't expect sparkling clean room.

Very affordable price for a single bed with a private bathroom, which is great value for the area. It’s also nice that you can check in early, making arrival more flexible. The location was good, there was a convenience store in front of the hotel, but there was no hot water. The only amenity was a bar of soap. I arrived in Bali in the middle of the night, so I only stayed one night. The staff were nice.
