Room 211 , bathroom has been renovated. There is a gap at top of wall with perplex to let light in. There are large holes to air. These give access to the mosquitos, geckos and who knows what other creatures as they are not wired. A great value for a 20 m2 room. The air conditioning didn't work at first. The staff fixed it right away. The surrounding area is not very convenient, it is relatively remote and deserted, and the towels are yellow and tattered. There was no hot water in the middle of the night. This hotel is conveniently located for getting to the airport, Sanur, Jimbaran, and Ubud. It's situated before the chaotic Kuta traffic, so you avoid congestion. Booked a pool access room, arrived to check in and found trip.com had booked a pool view room, thus a difference in price, up 2 floors instead of ground floor. Very dissatisfied. So far, the service has been good. For breakfast, the food like nasi goreng is cooked fresh and then served, so it's fresh from the oven, haha. Hmm, maybe for the bathroom, personally, I'm not a big fan of having the bathtub and shower combined; it's a bit uncomfortable and I'm worried about slipping. That's all.

Only a 3-minute walk to Kuta Beach – the location was super convenient for everything! Just a heads-up, though: Kuta Beach and the surrounding area get incredibly crowded during New Year's, so be prepared for that! Also, if you're thinking about sunlight, the 3rd floor would be ideal. 😊

This hotel was great – very clean and spacious! The location is also fantastic, just about a 5-minute walk from Hard Rock Cafe and the beach. The bathrooms were also spotless. Just note that they don't offer laundry service.

We stayed in the hotel for a couple of days, the unique thing we didn’t like was the conditions of the hotel, need a bit of maintenance. Other than that the staff was amazing and available, the location is also very good, as negative points just the conditions of our room which was pretty dirty and the water from the shower had a bad smell.

We rent the villa for family vacation. The villa is good but I hope the owner will pay attention with the wastafel in kn room. When we stay there there is a problem with the wastafel and also water leak from wastafel in the kitchen. Hope will be fix it 👌

Big villa in the middle of sunset road area. Location pretty good, you can access pretty much anything near the sunset road, they have papaya supermarket in walking distance as well. Inside was large, 5 bedrooms available and they're huge, living, kitchen, and dining area are spacious, and they have pool. Suitable for family vacation. We were happy to be here ... the Villa has many rooms with good ventilation including Air Conditioner inside... Consist of 2 floors... A wonderful hotel within walking distance of the beautiful Nusa Dua beaches. The grounds are small but beautiful and well-maintained, with delicious and ample breakfasts, a clean pool, and polite and attentive staff. We were very happy with our stay and would gladly return to this hotel again.

We regularly stay at Sulis when transiting to other parts of Indonesia or just for some R&R pre or post our Australia flights. The staff are friendly and attentive, rooms are spacious and quiet, and the roof top pool and restaurant are very nice. Sulis is our first choice every time.

Have travelled to Bali on nine occasions, and for my first seven trips I would always pick a different hotel in the Kuta or Legian area. In hindsight, I was searching for the perfect hotel. Then in 2023, I chose Jesen's Inn 2 for my stay. A year later I stayed there again. And this year (2025) I will be there again. It's as close to perfect as you can get. I had an overall pleasant experience at Jenson Inn 2. The staff was incredibly polite and welcoming, with a special shout-out to Tantri for being exceptionally helpful. The cleanliness was acceptable, and while the room condition was average, it was perfectly fine for the price. You can't ask for more in this budget! Cozy but 3rd floor climb da stairs

Wonderful hotel with incredibly welcoming and helpful staff. The rooms are clean, and housekeeping is daily. Breakfasts are amazing! The restaurant staff was always quick to help us clean and cut fruits we bought from the supermarket, and even packed them into lunchboxes for us before we left. Nusa Penida beach is a 10-minute taxi ride away.

The breakfast was plentiful, but not really to my taste. The staff were very friendly and allowed me to check in early, which was great. The room was spotless, and the mattress was so comfortable I slept like a baby. Lounging by the pool with a book was incredibly relaxing.

Fajar, the front desk attendant, was incredibly warm and attentive! Not only did he give me a tour of the hotel facilities upon check-in, but he also gave me a traditional Indonesian bracelet! Wonderful structure, right in the heart of the city centre. Walking distance of 5 minutes from every restaurant, beach, mall and shops. Very good and safe area. You can walk alone, at anytime, even if you are a woman.

Fantastic, exceeded expectations! The old-school hotel style reminded me of the Miami Hotel in Bangkok. The pool isn't huge but it's perfectly adequate, and the facilities are excellent, although the door lock was a bit tricky.

Spending my last night in Bali with Kuta Angel ＜3 and it has been awesome. Room is spacious and clean and the staff is really friendly and helpful. Had been trying out different accommodations in Bali for the past two weeks and Kuta Angel is by far the best place. Highly recommended!

The place is okay, just a bit dirty, I guess the property is old, the painting on the wall is fading off and comes off, the batroom shower amd toilet seat is old so it looks dirty, needs some maintenance. However, staff is friendly and great, they would open the door for me and so nice, I do not think is different hotel that I have stayed do this that often.
