Beautiful outdoor setting. Nice breakfast. Comfortable bed. Good value for money and close to the airport so you don’t need to spend hours in traffic after a long flight/or before an early flight. The rooms are a bid tired and could do with a makeover but the price reflects what you get so it’s fine.

Booked to stay for 1 night very disappointing. Base of bed was all chipped, fridge hardly worked, bathroom was outdoors with green slime on the pebbles on the floor. No shower curtain and not a good location.Pool area very uninviting and messy. It was that bad we didn’t even stay the night. Have stayed in much better places for that price and even cheaper place were better. Saying that the staff were very nice.

To start, they tried to charge me AGAIN after already paying my reservation with them before hand online. The check in process was very tedious and when I got to my room the bed sheets made me really itchy

Staff are very helpfull and I was able to check in at 4:30am. But the rooms are dirty, and they smell of damp, stained sheets, no hot water and the whole bathroom is outside and not in a bother way. Absolutely fine for a quick sleep before heading for the airport but nothing more.

Booked here for the convenience of being near the airport (to catch a flight the following day) but I regret my decision!! The walls had mould, the sheets and bed were dirty with nasty stains on it. The bathtub was disgusting, mouldy and dirty. The toilet was outdoor and full of insects. Everything just felt so UNCLEAN!! I couldn’t even bring myself to sleep there because it was that horrible and was not like how it was advertised on the site!!! On top of that there are no plug sockets near the bed and only one useable plug socket in the whole room which was across the room (outrageous as it was a double room!) I will never come here again and I don’t recommend staying here even if is a couple hours or a day!!

They lied about refunding my 2nd night. I accidently booked 2 nights, confirmed with the front desk that I was getting a refund. ******* comes back to me saying that they are not processing the refund anymore

We stayed for approx 7 hours in between flights. Staff are lovely but I wouldn’t recommend it for families. No handsoap in the hand-sink, towels tired and need replacing. The aircon is right about the bed so not the healthiest. Pros is that it was a spacious room and close to the airport. Definitely aimed at backpackers

BAD SERVICE FOR EXAMPLE, WE ASKED FOR OUR GLASS TO BE EXCHANGED FOR A NEW GLASSES BUT AT CHECK OUT WE WERE CHARGED FOR A TEASPOON, EVEN THOUGH WHEN GIVING THE GLASSES WE WERE NOT GIVEN A TEASPOON, IN THE END WE WERE TOLD TO REPLACE IT FOR IDR 10,000. THIS IS NOT A PROBLEM OF THE MONEY BUT WHAT WE ARE ISSUE IS THAT WE DID NOT GIVE IT AWAY AND WE WERE NOT GIVEN THE TEASPOONS BUT WE REPLACED IT.

When we came here other guests were greeted with juice, we weren’t and we don’t know why. When we came to the room the room was disgusting. First the stains on the bed on the pillow, then the stains on the towels, it looked like it wasn’t cleaned (the towels were very old and disgusting). The pool was very dirty and the sun beds also we needed to clean them with wet wipes. At the end I left staines on the towel from my hair and i needed to pay 8€ for cleaning. I mean i understand but the towels already had stains. Bad experience all and all.
