Location was good. Close to the Kuta beach and beach walk mall. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. They gave us welcome drinks and showed our room. Facilities was good they had gazebos, pools, bars, overall exterior was unique Balinese style and it was beautiful. Downside was light in the room was bit too dark. Great location, right next to a shopping mall, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel seems quite old, and the facilities are a bit dated, but the service is excellent, and the staff are very enthusiastic.

My parents and I loved our stay here!  The atmosphere and architecture were beautiful and the facilities were very clean! We loved how attentive they were to our needs.  Thank you for making our Chinese New Year trip so memorable

You get what you pay for, the room had not been swept very well from the previous tenants, so waves of ants would appear and there was no hot water in the shower. The location was good though and if you stayed in a better/upgraded room i expect it would have been a better experience, as we were in the leading room type. Breakfast was very ordinary and not worth paying extra for.

Booked this hotel, based on location. While taking care my family in Siloam Hospital Bali, this hotel is the closest, walking distance. The room was very spacious for solo traveller. Down points are, the building looks old from outside. The pillow cases weren't pristine white, looks dirty too. And the worst part... Noise from the busy Sunset road Bali can be heard from the room all night. Not to mentioned...

Actually i loved this hotel, there's warm water and cold, but the weaknesses are the bed very slim for 2 peoples.. So my friend who has big body can't share with the partner.. If we want get extra bed must buy anymore.. Very sad while in another place we can get extra bed for free And there's no cofee for 4 peoples.. The hotels a bit stingy for cofee and sugar. Perfect location if you are planning to go surfing in Kuta Beach as there are a lot of surf schools right across the road at very attractive prices. The room is clean and the interior looks newly furnished. The room also has UK outlets which we appreciate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Even though we stayed only one night to be closer to the airport, next time we’ll stay here a bit longer. We loved the location that’s close to the beach and everything you need. Also the spa is on my next trip list.

I needed to change my guest Air Asia ticket, and I called this hotel from Ketewel to confirm that the Air Asia office was located near their hotel. One of the receptionists on duty on the morning of November 27, 2025, was very kind and offered to help me get the Air Asia contact number I needed. I forgot to ask her name. Very comfy room and very good location. Only thing you need to improve is water system quality. The day we stayed, the water is very brown. But after that all good.

The location quite strategic at Sunset Road. The service was great, the room is tidy and quite nice. I hope they could add 1 more thing as amenity : hair comb. And the water also taste strange, so I bought water from Grand Lucky, But other than that, I’m very satisfied for staying 3 nights at Sun Boutique Hotel and will definitely consider to stay here in the future for my next trip.

Had a nice stay here, room was very nice with super comfy pillows and mattress. The pool area is nice but in the middle of all the rooms so can be loud if there's kids. Breakfast was okay, wasn't enough signs for all the food out. Shower was nice and hot but got the whole bathroom wet which wasn't a wet room and remained damp for the stay.

Well located at the heart of Kuta, while away from the noisy streets. I liked the swimming pool and the cute garden, nice to vent down in the evening. The bedroom was nice, just comfortable enough. The bathroom was rather old, worn-out and the water flow was inconsistent, but it was just clean enough.

Perfection! I've found the PERFECT place to stay in Bali, after several visits. I've already booked for next winter, for a bit of sun and warmth. Everything was perfect!

Fantastic place. Lovely gardens with chill out areas and plugs so you can work outside. Great pool. Room was spacious, comfortable with a huge balcony and a big, clean bathroom. Stayed here for one night before my flight. It's close to the airport, so I just walked over. Not a bad hotel for the price. There's a beach, a shopping mall, and a street with cheap local food nearby.

It's so near an airport , it's in a center of denparsar but sometimes noisy becauae it's stay nearly a road ,motorcycle always ran , good for a big room with an amentities

It is located near the airport and can be accessed by walking. The surrounding area may be a bit noisy, but considering the reasonable price, it is acceptable.

You can walk to Bali Airport, so it might be good for transit travelers. The rooms are clean, but the staff play loudly on their smartphones in the lobby at night, and the traffic sounds from the street echo through the room. I wouldn't recommend this place for people with sensitive skin.

Nice and cheap place to stay. Not far from the Kuta Beach. We always walked to beach. There's a minimarket, halal food, in the walking distances.

The place is lovely, super good for a one noght stay close to the airport. All the staff is super nice, they waited for me arriving at 11:30pm , and also offered my breakfast as I arrived (earlier than the time stated) bed is comfy and big, aircon works good too! the pillows arent the best.

Lovely little place to stay! We only stayed here for one night before our flight, were able to walk to the airport! Only bad thing was the bathroom smelt and it was very loud all night. Dogs barking all night then a ceremony at 04:30am.

Previously we stayed in a room on the 1st floor, but this time on the 3rd floor. We liked it better on the 3rd floor. no damp smell in the room, more secluded balcony, light and quiet. Stayed here for 1 night. The allowed me to early checkin without any charge but you need to pay IDR 25K/hour for late checkout. The room was okay but lil bit dirty (Especially the bed cover & bathup). Staff service is excellent. Great location, near Kuta beach.

Really nice hotel with low budget. I got big room with very big bed. And the breakfast very tasty. I asked receptionist for bike rent and she helped me to find it. It's about 20 mins walking to the beach.

The location is central and convenient. The hotel itself has a patio-like feel, but the quality of the rooms is not high. There was a particular problem with the air conditioner.

This fabulous homely guest house in the heart of Kuta is run by very friendly managers and staff. Set back off the street, it is quiet, clean and comfortable. There is a great swimming pool for freshening up and cooling off. Excellent value at a modest price. Highly recommended for the budget-conscious traveller.

Very convenient location near the airport. Perfect for an overnight stay before/after a long flight. In the morning you can easily call a taxi hornbeam or gouzhek, which in principle cannot be done from the airport. There are scooter rentals.

Great little guesthouse to rest before or after a flight. If you take a left when you come out of the guesthouse, you can walk to the airport via side roads in about 5 mins - don't waste the money on a taxi who will charge at least 100k!!

Rooms terribly run down not even a 2 star but listed as 4 stars? Bad lighting in room, bathroom sink is leaking half the time as faucet place too high above sink bowl and once you turn it on it's a waterfall. Pillows not comfy, towels dirty and stained even my floor rags at home are whiter

The breakfast was delightful with a great variety! However, the bedding and towels could use an update as they seem a bit worn. This hotel could benefit from some renovations to truly match its 4-star status. On the bright side, the staff is very friendly. Plus the room we had no view just a building with a blank wall! Windows were very dirty needs to be cleaned.
