I only stayed there for one night. I enjoy my time staying there. The breakfast buffet is awesome and staff was very helpful. I like the room, it’s comfortable. The see through shower room makes me feel shy haha.

The location was the only thing that was good. Other than that everything was average.

The hotel is surrounded by the Kuta commercial area, with lots of shopping malls and restaurants nearby! If you're driving, I wouldn't recommend staying here because the road to the hotel is very narrow, unless you're an experienced driver! This hotel has a fabuleus swimmingpool in the centre of the hotel, as well as one rooftop swimmingpool. The breakbeat buffet is just delicious! The rooms are clean and the beds are very good. Higly recommended. On walking distance of the beaches, restaurants and bars.

Located on a small street in Kuta, the traffic was terrible in the afternoon on the way there. If you're catching a flight, make sure to leave at least half an hour early. The room was a bit small but clean. It's a ten-minute walk to the beach, but the path is quite narrow.

The hotel is a bit old, about 28 square meters but the rooms are very small, and at 100 Singapore dollars a night it feels like a budget hotel.

I love the location of the hotel, which is within walking distance to restaurants and shopping malls. The rooms are clean, spacious and quiet, and have comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet is reasonably good, and the service staff are friendly. Overall a great experience which offers a relaxed atmosphere.

Quite disappointed with this hotel services and facilities given its good rating and higher than average price and no free cancellation. While it is relatively well upkeep, clean and has a beautiful garden, its service is not good as no one greet guest at the arrival area and take the luggage up the stairs right away. The reception said the normal check out time is 10 am unless extended to 12 noon...

Stayed 2 nights on a tour guide 's advice. Overall stay was ok. But some of the rules I never saw anywhere else in the world. You have to deposit money first for ordering food in the restaurant. I was away and my wife ordered some food in the pool restaurant , to be honest she said the food was terrible, normally they put the bill to your room but here the waitress kept asking again and again for money...

The room felt spacious and was well-designed; I'd definitely go back. However, the service process needs attention, as it was the only thing that made me very uncomfortable.

The hotel location is excellent, just a stroll to Mall Galeria. The breakfast is limited and average, not many options. The staff are helpful including the security and parking staff. Unfortunately the hotel was on renovations during my visit, but the hotel tried to minimize the impact by placing my room as far as posible from the noise. Overall it was a fine but not impressive experience.

Great hotel to stay around Kuta area. Location is perfect, right next to galleria shopping mall and opposite of BIMC Hospital. This is the best option if you need to travel to bali for medical tourism. There’s a 24 hr Circle K minimart in the lobby of this hotel

Excellent staff, great manager. While not too walkable area it’s right next to galleria mall which make it great convenience and very short grab ride away to the beach. Recommended specially if you want to stay away from the crazy crowded area

booked grand deluxe (supposed to be king bed) but given standard queen room only - see no point in paying more, front desk service is rather poor, lobby stinks, room very dated, only stayed for 1 quick night chose not to complain, believed they won’t have any better room anyway.

Decent affordable hotel with superb location, just 10mins away from Kuta Beach for sunset and few convenience stores just outside the hotel.

The room was very clean, and they provided shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. They even had Chinese power outlets, a sofa, a TV, and air conditioning. The front desk service was excellent, and the environment was especially beautiful.

The building is old and the room is also kinda old. Amenities, service, and everything is good. The only minus point is it smells when I first entered the room and someone smoke close to my room.

The hotel near to the beach, but there is only one entrance for the car to reach the hotel. Breakfast is nice with local dishes but only start at 7am and some of the day trip need to leave the hotel earlier. Easily access to local food like warung and fast food like McDonald's and KFC.

I like colorful hotels and I book here for that. About 300 meters from Kuta Beach. Nice room design with a ready made shower room with toilet. It is well located in Kuta and overall it was quiet. Cam be noisy in the morning if on the second floor but that's it. Staff are helpful and friendly. This was my second stay here. It's really close to the airport, just a 10-minute drive, and there's a shuttle bus to the airport every hour on the dot. Stayed at Novotel for one night as our plane arrived past midnight. We tried following the signs to the hotel from the arrival hall, but ended up walking through the carpark to reach the hotel (not sure if that was the correct way). The first time they arrange me to 6th floor, the room was ok just the toilet not clean n have odors. It was a great experience staying here unlike the prev hotel stayed in night before. The breakfast/room service served, the attentive staffs and the amenities are well maintained. Stay in Grand Zuri Kuta Hotel was excellent! Room was very spacious and the view to the pool was also nice! There is a small convenience store just next to the hotel. This hotel is genuinely requiring fully overhaul. The room and public spaces are super worn out. Water taps and the pipes corroded, the floor pealed off and the list is going on.

Aircon was not cold enough, the toilet area was big but the purple towels was disgusting as the purple colour can stain your skin and it had a smelly odour from the towel. The next morning, the breakfast was terrible, the fruit areas had flies around it.
