If you value your sleep then request a room that isn't upstairs near the bar that plays very very loud music until the small hours
However having said that after bringing it to the attention of reception staff they changed our room and we had a perfect stay. The breakfast was good, grounds very pretty, pool, sunbeds and services all very good. Staff always available and everything done with a smile

My room numbers 324 & 323 are just opposite the upstairs check-in front desk. Their workers help to carry my luggage, about 20kg to my room and another luggage to my daughter's room. The staff are friendly and nice, even though I have not given them a tip and am busy putting my bag in the room. Appreciated his help so much and would like to say THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

Giving me a shock while reach inside the hotel room. I have not living at such unique hotel before. It's really an experience for me and my families. I believe everyone will enjoy it too for the first time. But overall the hotel and the room is clean. IT'S REALLY CLEAN. The garden is nice and well-maintained. Its fresh and cozy in the earlier morning. But its a music band sound in the night time because the CP LOUNGE is just beside the hotel. It might be noise for some guests but for me is okieeee because I like a happening environment.

The food provided is the breakfast that I have ordered online with the room. They will served you the option of the menu provided you choose and might be will give you more if you ask for it and might be have some charges too. Its really depend on the staff serving there at the being time. Overall, the food is not the best, but can eat. BUT BUT BUT their hot ginger lemon honey lemongrass is the best must have is about IDR30,000 only. Remember must try.....

The room was clean and well-lit. The bathroom had plenty of hot water, making for a very enjoyable bath. The hotel is adjacent to rice paddies, giving it a rural feel. The hotel's entrance is right next to a busy shopping street, making it very convenient. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again if I were to visit Ubud again.

It was so great.

1. It's so close to Ubud Kingdom and the Monkey Forest.

There are lots of delicious restaurants nearby, including a dessert cafe.

2. We stayed in Bali for 30 days and stayed at 10 hotels, but this was the only one where the filters didn't get dirty.

3. The breakfast wasn't a buffet, so it wasn't crowded and we were able to enjoy a satisfying and delicious meal.

4. The view from the terrace was as beautiful as the ocean.

5. Just ask for something in your room and it'll be done in under three minutes.

6. They also have a secret, sweet service.

Facilities: No toothbrush, toothpaste, or towel provided; you need to bring your own.

Hygiene: I think the hygiene was... well, a little bit dirty.

Environment: The outdoor environment was, to be honest, excellent—wheat fields, gazebo, swimming pool—fantastic. The indoor environment was rustic, befitting a building from 1992, so it has some history.

Service: The service was quite good. They even gave me a drink at the front desk, which was very thoughtful.

The main point: At night, when I was trying to sleep, there were chickens crowing, dogs barking, birds chirping, and... well, I can't say... In short, it was a bit difficult to fall asleep.

The hotel grounds are beautiful, overlooking a rice field, there are two swimming pools, each with a children's section. There are two talking birds on the grounds, and fish in the lobby. There is a restaurant that serves delicious breakfasts with a choice of menus. We used the car service for excursions, we went on individual excursions to places of interest to us, the price is negotiable, there are also package excursions. There is no iron in the room, they did not provide it upon request, keep in mind if someone needs to iron things. Convenient location in the center of Ubud, shops, restaurants, attractions, an exchange office with an excellent rate within walking distance.

Very nice hotel big room and bathroom with swimming pool next to rice field. Overall a very good experience

I stayed here for three days at the end of March. I will definitely return to this hotel, the main thing is to guess the time when the rice field is in bloom :)
Cool large well-groomed flowering area, two large swimming pools, national authentic style of buildings, incredible rice field! Ordinary but tasty breakfasts. Located in the most active place, a minute's walk and you are in the thick of restaurants and shops.
Of the minuses: terrible old scary bath. And a fairly dark room. I think that we need to choose a more expensive room, and I think it will have a newer bathroom
