Stayed 3 nights family of 5. 2 adults and 2 teens in superior rooms and grandma in Junior Suite rice field view. All rooms were spacious and clean with nice amenities including robes and slippers. Junior suite also had fruit basket and 10% off restaurant. If you happen to be around between 3-4pm you can also get free afternoon tea which includes a small selection of canapés and a cuppa. Staff here are delightful - nothing is too much trouble and they are always smiling. They also recommended several eateries in town. The pool is gorgeous and overlooks the rice fields. The swim up bar looked nice but usually unstaffed as the place was so quiet (only around 33 rooms all up). If we'd asked, I'm sure they would have been there in a flash. Restaurant meal portions were on the smaller side but food was tasty. Breakfast buffet had small variety but enough choice for most people. Only complaint was the hot food never seemed that hot which may or may not have contributed to my Bail belly (we'll never know lol). Resort is a fair way from Ubud town - but the free shuttle goes there and back several times a day and better than walking uphill in the heat. If you've arranged transport make sure you tell them it's the resort and not the hotel which is 10 minutes away - happened to our driver. We didn't mind being a little way out of the action - to be honest Ubud itself was quite overwhelming, especially at night with all the people and traffic - and would happily stay here again.

Stay was realy nice,helpfull stuf,good location,breakfast was good ,nice and quit place,relaxxx. Only one think was realy annoing the fridge sound,so loud!10 min stop and 1 h go🙄 Owerall was realy plesant stay Thank you.

The hotel has a view of the rice fields. It's clean. You have to take a taxi to get to the downtown area. The hair dryer is old and doesn't dry your hair at all.

Excellent stay at this resort. We booked a 2 room villa. Three Angles Villa in out opinion is the best. With private pool and direct views of the rice fields. The service is excellent. Food and Drinks are available until 10pm. The staff are brilliant. They helped when others couldn't get updates on our lost bags. We didn't stay around the main pool area but it looked nice and clean. It could do with a little refurb in places but overall it was perfect. The free shuttle in to and return from Ubud in the evening was perfect for ensuring you didn't have to sort taxis. Thank you to the reception staff were perfect.

A hidden gem tucked away in a small alley, the hotel offers views of rice paddies. The friendly staff proactively helped with luggage and explained the hotel's amenities. The room also came with a personalized check-in card, a thoughtful touch. A free shuttle bus is available to Ubud Palace, Ubud Monkey Park, and other destinations.

Good reviews. There's a car to pick you up at the palace, and Didi is very close to the hotel. Supermarkets and popular bars are also not far away, just a few minutes' walk or taxi ride away. Better than expected, very satisfied, highly recommended.

Beautiful surroundings, lovely poolside view, great helpful service. The hotel went above and beyond, upgrading us because it was our anniversary and giving us an anniversary gift too.
Very convenient for getting into Ubud too, just needed to ask and they arranged a car. Will definitely be returning here!

Let me talk about the only bright spot first: the room is relatively large, the view is good, and the floor-to-ceiling windows on both sides provide good lighting.
But the hygiene is really hard to explain. The sheets can only be changed once every three days. It is said to be environmentally friendly. If it is clean, forget it. The pillows smell of human oil and the sheets have various stains. It is okay to stay for one night. However, we put the sign as required. On the pillow, the bedding was still not changed the next day. A hotel with more than 1,000 yuan per night is of this standard. After staying here, the hotel in Bali with more than 1,000 yuan is really not as good as Atour in China.
There is no WIFI signal in the room. This is known as a gathering place for digital nomads. How can you travel if there is no Internet? There is no WIFI signal in the room, and the WIFI signal in the hotel lobby is intermittent.
Service: That is to say, we have already walked down the steps of the lobby with our large and small bags, and the staff is still watching you motionless. When checking in, a staff member next to you was still staring at you. Why have you never seen a Chinese person? What does it mean? It's so unreasonable and speechless.
The location is far away from the main city of Ubud. You have to take a taxi everywhere. You know the traffic in Bali. We rented motorcycles for a few days, so the location is not important.
Breakfast only consists of simple white rice and Indonesian must-have fried rice and fried noodles. Even if you order an Omlet, you have to ask for your room number. Maybe eggs are already considered a delicacy there.
