The hotel is beautiful, warm, and thoughtfully maintained in every detail. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The entire staff was kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The room service was also excellent — prompt, delicious, and beautifully presented.

We would especially like to thank Budi. After a long journey, we were exhausted, and she truly worked magic with her hands. The massage was incredible — professional, deeply relaxing, and exactly what we needed to relieve the tension from our trip. It was the perfect way to start our stay.

We sincerely hope to return many more times to this beautiful and welcoming place. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

Wonderful hotel not too far from the city, but still far enough to get peace and quiet. The nature with the small rice field and surrounding greenery is simply magical. Super friendly staff, excellent service. We stayed in one of the villas for eight nights and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Its a lovely property with rice fields around and away from the noise of city. The rooms are good and kept really well. We felt very welcomed and got complementary 30 mins massage their amazing spa.

Would like thank Wahyu who took good care of us and ensured we get breakfast box as we were leaving 3am in morning. Thanks to Suarma who was always helpful and welcoming.

Our stay in Menzel was a warm hug to the heart! Everyone was so kind and lovely. The villas are beautiful and have such an amazing view. We had massages and a great yoga class. The food is also delicious and beautifully served. We had dinner with live music and they even let us be part of the performance. Overall it was such a rounded and complete experience, filled with laughter, love and full bellies!! Outstanding hotel :) Kind hugs to our friends: Komang, Windu, Badut, Rista and everyone at Menzel Ubud! hope to see you all again soon!

Our stay at Menzel Villa was absolutely perfect. The villa itself was luxurious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean — every detail felt thoughtful and elegant. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, making it the ideal place to unwind.

The food was absolutely amazing — fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. Every meal felt like something special. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay.

I couldn’t recommend Menzel more highly. It’s a stunning place that exceeds expectations in every way — we can’t wait to come back! 🌿✨

We stayed at ethnical one bedroom villa with plunge pool. The room is good. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast is good. The coffee is amazing. The only complaint was, not enough lighting in the the room and bathroom. If you wanna shave you can’t do it.

+ location - located away from the noisy street, but you can walk to the shops in about 20 minutes at a leisurely pace. About 10 minutes away there are cafes in a rice field. + the hotel provided a transfer from the airport (the driver met us with a sign, very convenient). + Great pool! + Gorgeous bath! + Excellent breakfasts from the menu - we chose a fruit plate, coffee or tea, a main course and pastries!
- the villas are a little old, but this gives them a special charm. The plastic above the bathtub and terrace is already very old. There is only a tropical shower in the bathtub. There is no shower with a flexible shower head, which can be problematic if you do not want to wet your hair. The hair dryer is old, the wires are already sticking out, which can be unsafe. And the main minus - it is not clear why there was an automatic air freshener in the bedroom, which regularly sprayed a chemical smell. There was a feeling from this smell that you were in a public toilet. Even my head hurt. I had to take it out from above and put it on the terrace

This is a very unique hotel in the fields, but there are a lot of mosquitoes. It would be better if the hotel can provide anti-mosquito equipment. The breakfast is delicious, the service is also very good, and the service staff are also very kind. It is worth recommending. Friends come over
