Perfect, high-quality, clean and comfortable accommodation. The room was fresh, beautifully decorated and the bed was comfortable. Free drinking water, coffee and tea and a safety box for valuables in the room. Beautiful green garden surroundings. We were offered a welcome drink upon arrival. Breakfast could be ordered to the balcony or alternatively to the accommodation's restaurant. The room was cleaned every day during our stay. The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful, they also offered a shuttle service around Bali. We booked a shuttle to Sanur harbour at a good price. The accommodation was located on a quiet street near the busy main street. Restaurants, cafes, shops and spas were within walking distance. I highly recommend it.

We stayed at The White Villas Ubud and overall the villa itself was nice and comfortable.
However, we booked the white company car service for IDR 450,000. The next day, it was replaced by a regular black car without prior notice.
We were not informed that we needed to specifically request the white vehicle again.
In addition, there was no assistance with luggage when departing.
The inconsistency in service was disappointing, especially since we paid for what was advertised as their company car.
We hope the management can improve communication and service consistency.

Unlike some other places we experienced on our trip, The White Villas are exactly as they look in the photos. The scenery is stunning, and the villas are exceptionally clean, stylish, and comfortable.
The service and food have been outstanding, including a delicious breakfast delivered to our veranda table each morning. We loved the touches of pot plants inside, the amazing landscaping, and the candle-like lighting around the grounds and pool at night.
The location is perfect! You can look out from the infinity pool across a tropical jungle valley, yet it's close to town area and situated up a quiet road well away from traffic noise. We loved this place and would absolutely come back to stay here! It was the perfect way to finish our Bali adventures - very relaxing.

Love this place. It’s like a hidden oasis in Ubud. The staff is so kind, the rooms were spacious and love the morning breakfast that was served at our terrace. Definitely worth the money and experience

I stayed here for a week and the staff were incredibly kind. The villas are cozy, quiet, and have a nice boho style. The main street is walkable, and the team is very responsive on WhatsApp-they helped with everything quickly.
The only downside is the bathroom door; it doesn’t block any noise, so you need to be comfortable with your roommate. There’s a small parking area for cars and motorbikes. They also offer airport and local transfers, though the price is higher than Grab/Gojek.
Overall, I’d stay again and highly recommend it.

I like this hotel very much. The bed is very comfortable, the room is large, the swimming pool is beautiful, the greenery is very good, and it is close to everything on foot. The front desk service is good, and they also helped me pay for the taxi fare, and I went to get cash and returned it to them. Not bad, I will come again next time

This is the most satisfying hotel I booked during this trip to Bali. It is located on a street near the Royal Palace. The breakfast is great. I feel very comfortable when I sit in the courtyard and eat breakfast. The greening has a unique design, with green plants separating the individual houses, and the privacy is also very good.

A wonderful oasis of peace and quiet in Ubud and at the same time a 5-minute walk from the central street with cafes and exchange offices. Excellent breakfasts served on your own terrace. There is a swimming pool. Transfers and individual excursions are provided for an additional fee. There is a small bar where you can have a snack during the day. In short, a carefree holiday.

Very clean and well maintained. Nicely decorated. Good room layout, separating the bed from a „living room“. Very good breakfast! Loved the complimentary afternoon tea. Close to everything, yet in a quiet area. Good value for money.

The service is very good. The young man and the young lady will help deliver the luggage to the hotel. The breakfast every day is also very delicious with many choices. There are also delicious drinks. It is worth staying.

The staff are very attentive, and the place oozes innovation. We found these guys in the Bali Incentive Book where they give you a full 15% discount on everything from food & drinks to their funky merchandise.
I think you like the place. Tear out your voucher and tear into Seniman Coffee. The food and drinks are very well presented. You can even go across the road and have a look at the innovative things they are inventing and recycling.
