Love the villa, its so quiet and secluded with private pool. Spacious open kitchen and breakfast delivery service.

The hotel yard is large, the living room is open, and the doors of the three rooms are rusted and difficult to close. From the lobby to the room, you must first go down a long flight of stairs and cross a bridge to get there, which is not suitable for elderly people. There are many bugs in the house, but this is tolerable. Because the elderly have difficulty walking, we confirmed with the front desk the night before that breakfast can be packed and delivered to the room. The next morning, we were asked to wait in the room at first, but later they said it could not be delivered to the room. We were not happy to go to the front desk to take it away. The staff had a negative attitude and it took many requests before they solved the problem. This is the hotel with the worst attitude during the 17-day trip in Indonesia.

Because it is in the woods, the room is a bit damp, the quilt is a blanket, not a domestic duvet, Ubud is a bit cold this season, the swimming pool can not be experienced, breakfast is a la carte, not many choices, the sayan piont restaurant next to the hotel is very good, you must experience it once

I stayed in Ubud for one night. The hotel environment is very quiet. After entering the hotel, you need to walk over a bridge and a road to get to the room. We stayed in a two-bedroom room, but the air conditioning in one of them was not very good.

By having looking on pictures, i never got an idea that how beautiful this property is. This is amazing. Surrounded by lush green jungle vibes. Every detailing is beautiful.

Quite a nice villa with beautiful views over the river, far from the crowds. If you like staying in a quiet area, this is a good place and if you want to go to Ubud Central, it only takes 10 minutes by car.whenever your holiday at Bali island mush try stay at this villa

We stayed for five nights during our stay in Bali. If you are looking for a budget friendly stay this is ok. The villa had a nice pool and were the best thing about our stay. The rooms have nice space, but I think they are in need for maintenance. The door curtains really needed cleaning as well. There are stair getting from villa to reception be aware of this if you have health issues. You decide your choose of breakfast the night before, which is ok, but serving in the morgen is confusing. We didn’t get coffee some mornings. We could have asked but staff was busy handling guest as reception staff is also serving breakfast. There is a nice place just across the road, Sayan point. There is also a couple of restaurants in the other direction. Staff was good at helping getting a driver for us. Riverrafting is also close by and a really nice thing to do.

The view and setting is superb. The food is good but can be better I think (for the prices which Re charged). The other reviews talk about sunset time but also in the night this place becomes very nice and cozy! The tacos were tasty and definitely a recommendation.

Great view and fantastic service. Went for sunset drinks, will definitely return for dinner sometime. Japanese-Mexican (Jap/Mex) cuisine.. curious stuff

A very nice setup restaurant overlooking four seasons. I went there for my bday dinner and had a very nice food, ambience and great night. Service was amazing! Would recommend.
