This is a small, family-run hotel with few rooms; each room is an independent house with a small courtyard. It feels very cozy. Because there are many plants around the rooms, some small animals may appear, but they won't disturb your stay. Breakfast is à la carte; although the selection isn't huge, everything is delicious. It's also not crowded, so you don't have to squeeze with others. It's very close to hiking spots, perfect for a morning hike. The hotel staff are also very nice; I booked a day trip with a driver through the hotel, and the price was very reasonable.

We booked a villa for our family, two children, and my husband and I. It's true that the villa is outdated, but what irritated me even more was the impossibility of getting hot water in the shower. I usually only managed to shower in the evening, afternoon, and morning; there simply wasn't any. Another quirk of the bathroom were the cockroaches that crawled all over the walls and floor of the shower as soon as you turned on the water. 🤦🏻♀️ There are wonderful establishments near the hotel, but if you want to get to the center, the road leading to the hotel is blocked in the evening due to heavy traffic. Taxis either refuse to go there or charge more because you have to make a detour. Walking to the center is problematic—there's a big hill with heavy traffic and no sidewalk.

very beautiful resort, only 10-15 minutes walk from ubud central. only had one issue which was lizards, sometimes they were able to sneak into our villa, but that's really not their fault as ubud is located in a rain forest lol, I'm very afraid of lizards and the stuff was soo kind that they moved us in a more fully enclosed modern villa which was their top of the range with no extra charges. the resort itself its located in a very cute location surrounded by the forest and many picturesque views. I really recommend for anyone planning to stay in ubud to go and check it out.

The room is spacious and staff were lovely. The rooms are a little “rustic”, with frogs, geckos and mozzies all sharing the space. But maybe that’s part of the Bali charm.

The hotel is fantastic, with a great location, very friendly staff, and excellent value for money. I'd definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip. Looking forward to my next trip to Indonesia!

This resort could be so good, but it is let down by out of date facilities. The gardens are beautiful and grounds are great, but become slippery and are not lit up well at night. The rooms are not well sound proofed and the surrounding area is noisy all night. We moved to a back villa, but could hear the neighbours even at low talking volume and when they climbed their stairs it felt like they were in our room. The staff are very friendly and, but some were over keen to sell us extra tours and services.

We had a hard time contacting other hotels in Ubud, so we made a reservation in a hurry because the location of the hotel we contacted was not suitable for a family stay. The location was easy to find, and it was a two-story independent house, so the kids loved it. The breakfast was also great, and the whole family was satisfied with the cafes and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

had a very relaxing stay here , and it’s location was near to my Yoga class. unfortunately, power went off a couple of times (apparently quite common in Bali) but it didn’t affect my stay much.

If you are interested in Indonesian meal, I recommend "Bubur" for breakfast.
It is a rice porridge chicken tasted such as oatmeal of rice.

I literally just had THE BEST pasta carbonara of my life! Never thought that I'd have that in Bali, haha. The food in this place is SO tasty!

I do believe that it's one of the top 5 in ubud, amazing food and service. It

We ordered the chicken curry and the pumpkin soup - worst food in town - really. The curry was very bad, no vegetables, no herbs, just sauce and chicken pieces with bones and skin. The soup was like a cream without any taste. Maybe the other western food is better but who wants western food on Bali?!

Just prices a touch unreasonable, even for tourist levels. It's also right on a pretty busy road...So quiet and smoke free it isn't. That being said, food and service were good quality....

So if you're looking for indian food you have a couple of options in Ubud. The restaurants, good but VERY expensive, you got warung little india, with BIG prices and you got Sharaswaty. Fair and fair. Try the eggplant dish with chapati. Samosas too.

Fresh, hot, authentic, masterfully crafted vegetarian & vegan Indian food. Beautiful ambience upstairs, bamboo architecture and down-low seating. A sweet kitty met us upstairs and snuggled us while we waited to order. It's next to a noisy street. Still worth 5 stars. Nice people.

Good price. Samosa and chappati were good. Felt the paneer was cut too small and the tikka paneer dish resembled paneer tomato soup. The sauce needed thickening. Cheap tho

Good option for vegetarians in this area. Fairly priced hence good value. Menu is limited but that's fine because anyway one orders 2-3 dishes. Chapathi was nice. Food tastes more like homemade than the hotel variety. Ambience upstairs was nice. Lassi was a bit of a let down

The food here is amazing, try the eggplant dish with Chapati! It is definitely not the most authentic Indian food, but it is tasty. Their service could be better. The portion is small, and the price is on the high end.

When will balinese restaurant owner learn that dogs don't belong inside a restaurant?! First we had to fight our way passing the hauling dog at the entrance. Than three big wet dogs lingered around us and molested us while eating. Its annoying and not hygienic!

Good service, nice cosy place, good food
