I'd like to leave a brief review. It was a very satisfying stay here...
I stayed here a while ago and all the staff were very friendly, the room was clean, and the bathroom amenities were clean.
The location is also very strategic. It's a very comfortable place to rest because it's away from the noise of the main road.
For breakfast, everything was delicious, especially the mie kocok (shaken noodles).
I hope you continue to be successful and shine. It was a great experience staying there.

Terrible experience. The room was dark and damp with lots of mosquitoes and small cockroaches. The staff service was exceptionally poor. I was bitten awake in the middle of the night.

I stayed 2 night in Fave hotel gatsu jaksel, the location is near to govt building, quite place, the staff fast response and very helpful, i got a chance to check in early on 12 pm, receptionist and all staff friendly and always smile, highly recommended to stay here if u has busniess to be done near govt location area

So disappointed with the breakfast. All the dishes that should be hot are cold. The bain marie are shut down even the electric stove that should be an automatic things are turned off. I have to ask the staff for the hot food. There are no service tong on krupuk side which is can be a cross contamination when people take the things. I did report the issue to the front desk but no follow up. This already not compliance with food safety procedures and against the HACCP. The fruit are mixed up. What if someone have an alergy if you put the fruit in 1 plate.

It's a budget hotel, but it's worth it on every penny. The location is great, though in a deep one. The breakfast has a good taste even not had various foods. The cleanness is good too, including the bathroom. And they have smart TV and netflix

Breakfast is decent and full of variety. Location of hotel a bit secluded and access can be a bit difficult. Otherwise, stay is generally enjoyable.
