Excellent location and surprisingly affordable! There's a large shopping mall right across the street, making it super convenient for all your dining, shopping, and entertainment needs. The hotel's decor definitely shows its age, but everything is made with solid, quality materials.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and overall, I would highly recommend it. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of major attractions, great restaurants, and public transport. The staff truly made the experience special; from the warm welcome at check-in to the housekeeping team, everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. The service was prompt and professional throughout my stay. The only drawback is that the facilities are a bit outdated—the furniture, carpet, and bathroom fixtures could use some renovation. That said, everything was clean and functional. Given the exceptional service, unbeatable location, and reasonable rates, I would definitely stay here again despite the older amenities.

Very bad service, not recommend to stay in Hayam Wuruk area. I have book room for 2 night and i don't use the first night because i still stay in another city, the problem is When I arrived for check in on 22nd March the receptionist make me Wait long arround 30 minute because my room is still check, how come, the room must be ready 1 day before from 21nd march because i pay from 21-23 march. And the tv was so old not even smart TV and when i Watch tv pause all the time not because connection but because the tv was old.
And the last day, on check out day my friend go to the restaurant or lounge in lobby to drink beer, and the staff not ask payment for the beer to my friend and just spam me to call my WhatsApp Number to pay , how stupid they? I don't even do any consume why they can leave the guest without payment in counter?
Please to General Manager and Hotel Management to consider about the staff attitude and make them get training atleast how to handle guest when guest have consume.

I stayed for two nights in a deluxe room; the dust under the beds had accumulated over the years, forming a layer, but there were insects everywhere. The building is quite old.

Very old building needs updating Area is very congested and not good for families stay as the area area not nice as it is situated in commercial area very basic amenities however service and the staff are very cooperative and excellent breakfast is good but basic

Old and dirty, there was blood on the sheets. The air conditioning only had an on/off switch, no temperature control. There was no standing shower, and the fire alarm went off several times throughout the night 😱

The rooms wc miserably outdated with rusting stains on the tub and rusted bins. O/w location is good..
