The breakfast was very healthy albeit I would have loved gluten free options
Staff great and clean and functional. The breakfast however was disorganzied and just not-that-good.
Somewhat old, pool is too crouded on the weekend. Limited bar and dining on weekend
Excellent stay!
Excellent stay at Dan panorama! The staff was extremely courteous and helpful!
I always enjoy my stay at Dan properties. The Dan Panorama Jerusalem fufilled all my needs. Great room, bathtub, swimming pool, and walking distance to the Kotel and shops at the Jaffa entrance.
The staff were not only helpful but so nice! We had a great short stay and can’t wait to come back again!

Back at this hotel after 35 years, when it was Marriot. The rooms are a bit dated, but kept up to spec. The highlights are the bay view (you can see the entire area) and the breakfast buffet - spectacular!! The lobby is also well appointed and pleasant.
This was a restorative 2 night stay helped by the kindness of the front desk, great breakfast buffet, clean/spacious room (with an incredible view of the bay), and terrific location at the heart of Carmel Center.
The room was great, staff were friendly, the spa was nice
The staff was extremely helpful and the hotel was wonderful
The bathtub was very tall and slippery so we had to be careful getting in and out and had to ask for a stool to use as a step.
The hotel has a great scent, and the beds are spotless and cozy.

This was our rescue hotel after the one I originally booked was not as it seemed😮💨. I should have booked this one from the beginning. The breakfast (kosher), had many food varieties and was delicious. Breakfast staff (elderly man), was really sweet and helpful!
The hotel stored our luggage in the morning while we went on a tour. Location was right smack on the pedestrian ***** that could take you...
Incredible breakfast and rooms. Reception, all restaurant staff and housekeeping are wonderful too, very welcoming and friendly.
I recommend this hotel to all who would like to visit Jerusalem. Transport links are just a few minutes walk away, all the Holy sites are within walking distance too and the community here are wonderful, a lot of happy people who always say hello (Shalom 🙂).
Wonderful place for our family. We made a last minute reservation and wasn’t expecting much. Was exactly what we needed and went beyond our expectations. Breakfast was so good with lots of options. Highly recommend
Central modern hotel
Central, comfortable hotel. Everything.works. Most staff very nice. Very good 4 course breakfast. Comfortable bed
This is by far my favorite hotel to stay at in Jerusalem. It is the most convenient location imaginable intersecting Jaffa and Ben Yahuda. With parking on site for car rental and the best breakfast buffet (extra cost is well worth it-- especially if coming during the festivals)!
Overall it's okay, but the room is a bit small. But the location is very good, it’s convenient to go everywhere

Rosh Pinna, Safed Road 89 🧭 Map
Excellent in every aspect. Highly highly recommend
Reason for Low comfort level was due to the unclear nature of the Kosher status of the hotel. The Meat Restaurant "Ranch House" is not Kosher and is open on Shabbat. Also, the Farm shop is open on Shabbat. The Hotel itself serves kosher Dairy food with a very good Hechsher from Rav Eliyahu of Tzfat, but if someone is going to stay for shabbat that is the only option. I think that given this is...
The fixed price kosher meals in the milk/fish restaurant were unbelievably diverse and superbly done. The facility was very beautiful, very upscale. The views of Rosh Pinna and the rest of the valley below were amazing when eating on the terrace. The staff was outstanding and very helpful and very friendly. Lots of staff.
What a find. Incredibly beautiful hide away on top of a mountain. Fantastic amenities and a killer breakfast. Wish we would have booked our massages earlier as they were sold out when we got there. Didn’t realize what a happening place Rosh Pina was. Alll the restaurants in the main city wee hopping at 10:30pm on a Monday night!
Wonderful hotel!!
Lovely place and everyone there wanted to please. Beautiful environment and the food was outstanding. The pool was absolutely terrific. At night a guest musician would come in and sing and everyone would joyously join. Wonderful hotel. And the staff was extraordinarily caring! B
The hotel is of a very high standard Includes all spa services And has one of the highest levels of service we have seen in Israel.
However, we were disappointed to discover that the heated pool was actually heated to an inadequate temperature, which meant we didn't get into the pool at all - we expected more than that.

Well my visa got denied so I never got to experience the place
My stay was excellent. The location id close to the train station and the bar area. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Volunteer Sam was very helpful and friendly. Another friendly guy invited me for dinner.
Good value for the money / however cleaning can be improved ..
Nice location, friendly staff. Room are big enough for a family room
Great place. Clean . Basic rooms but has everything you need. Friendly staff and a great seating area outside. If you don't want a fancy hotel this place is really good. This would be an excellent place to make friends and meet people especially for the lone traveller. I was impressed by the sign saying sexual harassment will not be tolerated. Makes girls feel like they are in a safe space.
We arrived at 03.00, the check in good, the room was clean and according to the questions we had, breakfast was ik. We've had a very good time

Disappointing second stay with poor staff response to noise issues
Place
This was my second time staying at the hotel, but the experience was completely different from the first. The property is a bit worn and in need of care.
Staff
The staff felt neutral and below hospitality standards. When serious issues arose, they were unable or unwilling to handle them properly. Communication was also difficult...
It's a beautiful Hotel with really nice staff. We loved being here. The food is also delicious. The rooms are comfortable and for me it was absolutely perfect. The swimming pool is my personal highlight, because it was so nice to swim like almost everyday. I would love to come here again for another time! :)
We came with a pilgrimage group and stayed 3 nights. Lovely place, super friendly staff, clean and modern. The rooms facing the sea have the best views but unfortunately alsi the noise from the building work taking place outside. The swimming pool opens on May1st.
Average hotel. Only one electric outlet in the room for charging phones. Wood floor was clean . Has a bath tub but no water stopper. Breakfast and dinner buffet are average.
Needs improvement !
It is a dated place.
I expected more...
The food was ok.
Too noisy area.

It was clean and quiet and I felt very comfortable.
Would definitely recommend this place for this category of Hotel.
Very well located hotel and friendly staff. Car park was good and very secure. Restaurants and the key churches all nearby. Traffic in Nazareth is never the best but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Hotel is easy to find.
Breakfast pretty good and again friendly staff.
Webreally enjoyed our stay . Room was clean , manager and staff were very friendly and breakfast was great. Would highly recommend to anyone.
This is my first time to Israel. What a wonderful welcome received from the Mary’s Well Hotel. Very comfortable beds in clean and tidy rooms. Good air conditioner which is much appreciated as it is very hot weather.
Amin from room service is such lovely man. Polite, friendly and speedy with anything I asked for. He is a credit to the hotel.

We will never come back to this hotel. These are the reasons why. - Location - far away from the seaside, so many garbage outside. - Parking - far away from the suites. - Overcrowded on weekends. - Dark public spaces (lobby, dinning area, bar, etc.) - Tiny gym. - Messy rooms (one day our room wasn't cleaned at all, fresh towels and toilet paper!!! were lack). - TV did not work. - Queue to the dining...
The hotel is very unusual and authentic comparing to "average all inclusive for families with kids". The suites are great, comfortable and authentic. You have both a nice swimming pools inside the hotel, and free entrance to Water attractions park outside. The food is cool, they somehow manage to make meals "thematic". Just for example, by arrival we had a dinner with dishes reminding "fast food chains...
The food wasn’t the best, but aside from that it was a great stay. I would go there again, and would definitely recommend it to my friends.
The hotel crew is mostly nice and very helpful.Food is diversed , plenty, for each kind of taste, its fresh and besutifully served. The only thing I reallybdisliked was the un cleanliness of the public areas, the ways to and from thebrooms, and the rooms themselves. A perfect place for families, a high-level all-inclusive hotel. The rooms are clean and well maintained, Indoor and outdoor pool, jacuzzi and more. the food is varied, fresh and delicious. The staff is very helpful. Highly recommended.
I was in a latino dance festival. The festival and the hospitality were good. But they were some points: The air conditioner was broken in 'Maale Ha Shemesh' hall with full capacity crowd, also in the hall in front of reception while dancing bachata there were problems with air conditioning. Also there was a leak in my toilet room. In addition, I have an advice for the hotel to speak with transport...

Wonderful couple's getaway! Spacious rooms with sea views, delicious food, great location by the promenade, relaxing pool, and attentive staff Perfect for a romantic and peaceful vacation.
An absolute lovely stay. So glad I upgraded to a suite, its fantastic. The hotel has everything you need, it's on yhe beach, has a fantastic pool area. The only down fall was trying to get parking. It has on site parking but it's not guaranteed you will get it at the hotel but if you have the parking app there is plenty of parking around.
The best beach view you can ever experience from your room and at the poolside
The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. Unfortunately, the dining experience left much to be desired, and the level of service did not meet our expectations. Everyone was nice. A used bottle of water was left in the room, which was a little odd. The room was clean.
Check was slow and inefficient-more training is of staff is necessary. Breakfast was good with great variety and pleasant staff.
This hotel can be described as "tired". It is adequate and safe. But the rooms could be updated with better windows for ease of closing and opening. Showers/beds are small. It is just an older feel to the place. It is what it is. Door locks are a bit loose. Comfortable enough. Centrally located in the city. You code the elevators from the outside and there is no need to push your floor once inside...
Dan Properties all over Israel are the best hotels with excellent management.
Excellent breakfast buffet, large swimming pool, good gym, excellent location close to Haifa Zoo and near a shopping / dining area.
The hotel doesn’t have a parking lot so have to park outside the premise. Used the Pango app to pay a small fee for parking at a nearby location marked in blue and white on street curb.
Atrium Heathrow was very convenient for us as a stop over point in London between flights. Still within the Heathrow tube zone so there is no fee and the station is literally across the street from the hotel.Stayed there three different times over three weeks.Hotel and staff were 👍😃.

I stayed here for 6 nights on a business trip. The breakfast had very good variety, including an espresso bar. The bed was very comfortable. The only negative was the lack of a laundry room. It was written that the price include everything but they charge me 18% extra be careful for this while in other hotels is written the same policy but no need to pay 18% because is included………..
The taxi driver the hotel ordered to us for travel to the Navon train station in Jerusalem, cheated us. He took 150 shekel for about 4 km without traffic in the morning about 06.30! The price should be about 60 shekel. So the hotel should be more careful which taxidriver they order for their guests.
The hotel is beautiful, rooms are immaculately clean, and well-designed. This is the second Prima hotel in Israel where i have stayed, and I am developing brand loyalty at this point!

I had a truly memorable stay at Leonardo club in Eilat. While I unfortunately misplaced my wallet during my visit, the staff were incredibly helpful and diligent, and they managed to locate and return it to me.
