I always enjoy my stay at Dan properties. The Dan Panorama Jerusalem fufilled all my needs. Great room, bathtub, swimming pool, and walking distance to the Kotel and shops at the Jaffa entrance.

Back at this hotel after 35 years, when it was Marriot. The rooms are a bit dated, but kept up to spec. The highlights are the bay view (you can see the entire area) and the breakfast buffet - spectacular!! The lobby is also well appointed and pleasant.

This was a restorative 2 night stay helped by the kindness of the front desk, great breakfast buffet, clean/spacious room (with an incredible view of the bay), and terrific location at the heart of Carmel Center.

Incredible breakfast and rooms. Reception, all restaurant staff and housekeeping are wonderful too, very welcoming and friendly. I recommend this hotel to all who would like to visit Jerusalem. Transport links are just a few minutes walk away, all the Holy sites are within walking distance too and the community here are wonderful, a lot of happy people who always say hello (Shalom 🙂).

This is by far my favorite hotel to stay at in Jerusalem. It is the most convenient location imaginable intersecting Jaffa and Ben Yahuda. With parking on site for car rental and the best breakfast buffet (extra cost is well worth it-- especially if coming during the festivals)!

Reason for Low comfort level was due to the unclear nature of the Kosher status of the hotel. The Meat Restaurant "Ranch House" is not Kosher and is open on Shabbat. Also, the Farm shop is open on Shabbat. The fixed price kosher meals in the milk/fish restaurant were unbelievably diverse and superbly done. The facility was very beautiful, very upscale. The views of Rosh Pinna and the rest of the valley below were amazing when eating on the terrace. The staff was outstanding and very helpful and very friendly. Lots of staff.

What a find. Incredibly beautiful hide away on top of a mountain. Fantastic amenities and a killer breakfast. Wish we would have booked our massages earlier as they were sold out when we got there. Didn’t realize what a happening place Rosh Pina was. Alll the restaurants in the main city wee hopping at 10:30pm on a Monday night!

The hotel is of a very high standard Includes all spa services And has one of the highest levels of service we have seen in Israel. However, we were disappointed to discover that the heated pool was actually heated to an inadequate temperature, which meant we didn't get into the pool at all - we expected more than that.

My stay was excellent. The location id close to the train station and the bar area. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Volunteer Sam was very helpful and friendly. Another friendly guy invited me for dinner.

This would be an excellent place to make friends and meet people especially for the lone traveller. I was impressed by the sign saying sexual harassment will not be tolerated. Makes girls feel like they are in a safe space.

It's a beautiful Hotel with really nice staff. We loved being here. The food is also delicious. The rooms are comfortable and for me it was absolutely perfect. The swimming pool is my personal highlight, because it was so nice to swim like almost everyday. I would love to come here again for another time! :)

We came with a pilgrimage group and stayed 3 nights. Lovely place, super friendly staff, clean and modern. The rooms facing the sea have the best views but unfortunately alsi the noise from the building work taking place outside. The swimming pool opens on May1st.

Average hotel. Only one electric outlet in the room for charging phones. Wood floor was clean . Has a bath tub but no water stopper. Breakfast and dinner buffet are average.

This Hotel is nicely located closed to the centre of Nazareth. The Owners are very friendly and helpful. It was clean and quiet and I felt very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place for this category of Hotel.

Very well located hotel and friendly staff. Car park was good and very secure. Restaurants and the key churches all nearby. Traffic in Nazareth is never the best but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Hotel is easy to find. Breakfast pretty good and again friendly staff.

An absolute lovely stay. So glad I upgraded to a suite, its fantastic. The hotel has everything you need, it's on yhe beach, has a fantastic pool area. The only down fall was trying to get parking. It has on site parking but it's not guaranteed you will get it at the hotel but if you have the parking app there is plenty of parking around.

Dan Properties all over Israel are the best hotels with excellent management.

Excellent breakfast buffet, large swimming pool, good gym, excellent location close to Haifa Zoo and near a shopping / dining area. The hotel doesn’t have a parking lot so have to park outside the premise. Used the Pango app to pay a small fee for parking at a nearby location marked in blue and white on street curb.

Atrium Heathrow was very convenient for us as a stop over point in London between flights. Still within the Heathrow tube zone so there is no fee and the station is literally across the street from the hotel.Stayed there three different times over three weeks.Hotel and staff were 👍😃.

I stayed here for 6 nights on a business trip. The breakfast had very good variety, including an espresso bar. The bed was very comfortable. The only negative was the lack of a laundry room. They had a laundry service, but the prices were very high (e.g. $14 USD for a pair of pants). Plus, you had to turn the clothes in before 9am and they wouldn't be delivered back until the evening of the NEXT...

Excellent service, especially when resolving problems. We arrived late for breakfast after the food had already been cleared away—our fault entirely—but the staff still found a solution and went out of their way to help. We really appreciated that.

It was written that the price include everything but they charge me 18% extra be careful for this while in other hotels is written the same policy but no need to pay 18% because is included………..

The taxi driver the hotel ordered to us for travel to the Navon train station in Jerusalem, cheated us. He took 150 shekel for about 4 km without traffic in the morning about 06.30! The price should be about 60 shekel. So the hotel should be more careful which taxidriver they order for their guests.

The hotel is beautiful, rooms are immaculately clean, and well-designed. This is the second Prima hotel in Israel where i have stayed, and I am developing brand loyalty at this point!

Our experience was really bad because of the terrible smell in the hallways, on the way from the elevator to the room. The smell was strong, it made us really nauseous. It's a shame because the room was lovely, but the smell was so strong that we won't recommend the hotel to friends and we won't be staying there again. It's a shame. It ruined our vacation.

I stayed two nights with my wife for the marathon event. The hotel was fine not far from the race The service is fair and the staff are friendly. Our room floor was a bit sticky but the bathroom was clean enough. We missed breakfast due to the race but on the second day (whichis shabbat) the selection of foos is basic and adequate. There is no bidet or personal washing handheld sprayer if you go to toilet. But toilet paper shampoo, towels and hair fan are available. Service is great and they ask what you need to. Massage for additional money available. Very tasty food. Great to be there with kids.

I had a truly memorable stay at Leonardo club in Eilat. While I unfortunately misplaced my wallet during my visit, the staff were incredibly helpful and diligent, and they managed to locate and return it to me. Their honesty and efficiency were greatly appreciated. Beyond that, the room was comfortable, food was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

As all included resorts go, we enjoyed our stay here. Food and service were very good. The grounds are well kept and nicely landscaped. The gym is well equipped. The pool looked fantastic.
