Big hotel, not fancy but well located just few minutes from the Old City by walk. Rooms can fit any request from handicap to family rooms, twins, triple etc. and are spacious enough usually. Huge dining room with possibility to host private events in a separated area. Synagogue, parking, lobby bar, souvenirs shop also available at the hotel.

They did not honor the Seaview room they gave me a mountain view and the only way you could see the ocean is if you walk to the end of the balcony and even then it was a little hard. I asked him nicely to change my room and they refused they offered me another mountain view with a little bit of sea view. Great seaside hotel right on a beach and walkway. It’s an older hotel but still nice for the area. Staff was very attentive and everyone spoke English. Lots of local restaurants in the area but you will want a car to go to some of the more trendy restaurants.

An absolute lovely stay. So glad I upgraded to a suite, its fantastic. The hotel has everything you need, it's on yhe beach, has a fantastic pool area. The only down fall was trying to get parking. It has on site parking but it's not guaranteed you will get it at the hotel but if you have the parking app there is plenty of parking around.

This Hotel is nicely located closed to the centre of Nazareth. The Owners are very friendly and helpful. It was clean and quiet and I felt very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place for this category of Hotel.

No complaints about staff, however I’ve been coming to this hotel since 1984. I feel like your construction has only made the hotel feel more crowded. You may have created more space for hotel guests, but much too crowded at meals… particularly buffets.

I stayed here for 6 nights on a business trip. The breakfast had very good variety, including an espresso bar. The bed was very comfortable. The only negative was the lack of a laundry room. They had a laundry service, but the prices were very high (e.g. $14 USD for a pair of pants). Plus, you had to turn the clothes in before 9am and they wouldn't be delivered back until the evening of the NEXT...

Excellent service, especially when resolving problems. We arrived late for breakfast after the food had already been cleared away—our fault entirely—but the staff still found a solution and went out of their way to help. We really appreciated that.

Clean, conveniently appointed room just steps from the art museum. Only issue is that setting room to “night mode” turned off the outlets—meaning we had to sleep with some lights on so we could use our CPAPs.

Miriam And Noah at from desk are wonderful. They should be paid well. And, they should both get bonus payments as they go above and beyond especially for new tourists like us.

Noah and Miriam (the front desk staff) were really helpful. Both spoke great English so communication was easy and both went out of their way to advise and guide a first time visitor to Isreal. Hopefully they are paid at the top of the pay range!!

The property was under repair/updating. This created a lot of dust in the elevators. The hotel was mostly empty. Breakfast on some days was served downstairs. You were just given a plate. It was nice but not necessarily what we wanted. The waiter also had to go upstairs to get it. He was great and as accommodating as he could be.

Our experience was really bad because of the terrible smell in the hallways, on the way from the elevator to the room. The smell was strong, it made us really nauseous. It's a shame because the room was lovely, but the smell was so strong that we won't recommend the hotel to friends and we won't be staying there again. It's a shame. It ruined our vacation.

This was my first time staying in a capsule hotel. I really liked the free space and the terrace with its great beach view. The capsule itself was also relatively clean, which was reassuring. My only minor complaints were the slight sewage smell from the communal showers and toilets, and the lack of amenities like a hairdryer or toothbrush.

The hotel urgently need to get renovated, around the pool is old and dirty, sun beds are not invited. The bathroom is not clean and not enough amenities. This hotel was nothing special. The lobby requires upkeep. Rooms are small. Balconies were dirty. Pool area wasn’t kept well. No chairs or lounge chairs or beach towels provided to guests. Hotel is understaffed. Concierge always needs to be called, front desk usually has 1 person working. It’s a cheap beach front hotel I only stayed here because I had to.
