The food offerings at the Vista Club lounge were frankly uninspired. Same food every day. No variety. The downstairs breakfasts are included in most room rates so upgrading to the Vista floor is not worth the extra. The staff have a strange snobby stern like attitude. Early October time. It's 32 C outside and the pool regardless of your location is cold. Not sure why the hotel is not taking step remediate. Where at 7 The room itself was big enough to accommodate the family and the kitchen was a great addition. However, the carpet and the sofabed is very outdated. Overall not a good value for the money we paid.

Absolutely amazing resort! Rooms were spacious, the pools were lots of fun, and the food was delicious! The only downside was that it was crowded when I was there, but that is not the fault of the hotel.

Excellent hotel. Spacious and comfortable rooms and the hotel is maintained to a high standard. There is a spa but for some reason they do not accept Apple Pay. The pool is small and is located next to the spa. During our stay the entire street was under renovation.

We had a very nice two day stay at NYX Herzliya. The rooms are spacious and comfortable; the staff was consistently welcoming; and accommodating and the entire property was modern and well maintained. The location is central with the beach and many restaurants an easy walk (we actually didn't move our car once we arrived).

In comparison with the alternatives it is a better hotel. Clean, calm and a great breakfast. The rooms are small though.

I gave such a low rating because this hotel is dirty! It's dusty, hairs in the sheets, finger prints everywhere. I am staying in a suite and paying alot of money for it yet it's nasty dirty . Breakfast wasn't bad until I saw a bug crawling on the plates . If you are okay with a dirty place this is your place . Otherwise it " looks great" they really need a good cleaning staff

No complaints about staff, however I’ve been coming to this hotel since 1984. I feel like your construction has only made the hotel feel more crowded. You may have created more space for hotel guests, but much too crowded at meals… particularly buffets.

Clean, conveniently appointed room just steps from the art museum. Only issue is that setting room to “night mode” turned off the outlets—meaning we had to sleep with some lights on so we could use our CPAPs.

Miriam And Noah at from desk are wonderful. They should be paid well. And, they should both get bonus payments as they go above and beyond especially for new tourists like us.

Noah and Miriam (the front desk staff) were really helpful. Both spoke great English so communication was easy and both went out of their way to advise and guide a first time visitor to Isreal. Hopefully they are paid at the top of the pay range!!

Link hotel is a nice Boutique hotel. Small hotel and small rooms but truly well equiped. . The hotel includes amazing functional amenities. The property was under repair/updating. This created a lot of dust in the elevators. The hotel was mostly empty. Breakfast on some days was served downstairs. You were just given a plate. It was nice but not necessarily what we wanted. The waiter also had to go upstairs to get it. He was great and as accommodating as he could be.

The hotel urgently need to get renovated, around the pool is old and dirty, sun beds are not invited. The bathroom is not clean and not enough amenities. The backdoor to the beach is broken, and injured my husbad. Too bad cause the hotel is on the best location. The room has amazing view. And many options for food. So those things made me have such a great time.

I don’t know how some people gave very bad reviews for the parking or the pool. When you are in Tel Aviv and on the beach that’s all that matters. Best ocean. Just pool is over crowded. This hotel was nothing special. The lobby requires upkeep. Rooms are small. Balconies were dirty. Pool area wasn’t kept well. No chairs or lounge chairs or beach towels provided to guests. Was only there for one night two days but it was very enjoyable for my family. There are water slides, all meals were included was just very pleasant experience.

They did not honor the Seaview room they gave me a mountain view and the only way you could see the ocean is if you walk to the end of the balcony and even then it was a little hard. I asked him nicely to change my room and they refused they offered me another mountain view with a little bit of sea view. So I would not pay for the extra sea view room if I was you cuz he'll probably do it to you also...
