Wow! What an enchanting place! Every room has a balcony looking out over the Sea of Galilee. The best food in the land! The owners are just wonderful people! If you ever stay here, you will never want to leave! Our favorite hotel in all of Israel at any price!

The place was clean, had good food, and friendly staff. The room had amazing views of the Sea of Galilee and location was close to attractions.

We just came back from a great weekend at the hotel, the owners are a lovely family that keeps everything clean and organized . We had a lovely Friday dinner and a lovely breakfast the food was fresh and delicious. It has a nice size swimming pool and a direct entry to the Kineret. We will definitely come back again.

The receptionist are nice and professional. The room is clean, but is old and here and there in the room you can see it. The bed is not good. Blanket, quilt, pillows are supposed to be white, but actually looks old and yellowish, give a feeling of not very clean. No blanket sheets

the problem is that the stuff smoking all the time, even inside the lobby. and if you order a room - DO NOT order it with breakfast.

This was an amazing hotel. The view was phenomenal. We ended up having dinner in the hotel and the food was delicious. Breakfast was also amazing, so many choices of delicious cheeses and the best shakshuka my wife has ever had. The pool was a little cold but we got used to it. The hot tub was great. A short walk to the beach, though it was too cold when we went. I would recommend this hotel any time...

The staff was very friendly and the lobby was clean and nice. The room was dingy and not updated at all with water stains on the walls, old furnishings and patch work repairs. The door between us and the adjoining room was so thin and had such a big gap under it, that we could hear the conversation of the guests next door and see when they turned their light on and off. The hotel is directly across the street from the Great Synagogue in Jerusalem. Super convenient for the holidays. They offer meals for all of the holiday days.Shabbat elevators. Kosher. Services in the hotel itself if you don’t want to go across the street. They provided the Yahrzeit candle that I let for my parents.

The pool is very dirty, looks like they didn't clean it for a long time. I was disgussed to enter it. The bathroom was dirty and old, tte shower door was broken and they said that nothing can be done because the hotel is old and all the rooms are the same. Staying doesn't worth the money.

Keep away! The hotel needs a total refurb. The bathrooms are ancient and the aircon sounds like a tractor in reverse and controls are not accurate. Parking is just impossible as the car park is always full. The only plus is location and breakfast was amazing. But room comfort is not even one star. And general staff service is ....they dont really care. The security guys are out to show force...

Supposedly 4 or 5 star hotel. Friendly staff but the bathroom was dirty esp inside the bathtub scree - nobody cleaned there for decades. Absolutely hate when an expensive hotel uses cheap toilet paper. Little choice at the bar. Really disappointing!!!

This buffet is unbelievable. You will find everything hot, fresh and tasty. The meringue dessert melts in your mouth. The lamb is incredibly tender. There is beef and bone marrow as well. The breakfast is an amazing Middle Eastern feast. The bourekas are out of this world.

It is a good hotel although a bit far from main city. It has a nice seating area with a good view to look and relax. Amenities like swimming pool and gym are available. Rooms are decent sized and comfortable with good hygiene maintained on daily basis. Buffet breakfast is great with many options available. Staff is helpful and provides great service.

A nice hotel but has become in need of some renovation. The food is plentiful and tasty. Bus stop to city center is close as the hotel is not in the center. The pool looks nice (though we did not have a chance to use). The gym has 2 elliptical, one treadmill, a weight machine and a few free weights. Staff is helpful.

The hotel is located close to the Dead Sea beachfront, with towels and gowns provided. Also available are spa facilities, pools, Jacuzzi, and a sauna. The all-you-can-eat breakfast and dinner menus made lunch redundant. A coffee machine with capsules in the room was icing on the cake!

Nice updates rooms that are a good size. The pull out sofa is a good size and my 17 year old picky son was comfortable.

Practically perfect Nothing is too much trouble, we did experience some delay at breakfast however due to the lack of tourism there were language barriers which are being worked on. The immediate area and volunteer guides were excellent. I really enjoyed being close to the beach and sitting by the water. The chapel is outstanding for a place to pray and meditate. I would like to thank the wonderful staff of Prima Park Hotel esp. Aineline from house keeping. Our rooms are always fresh and clean and in perfect order. She paid attention to our needs and is always smiling and friendly. Food at the dining hall was great too! Walking always greets us good morning with a happy smile. The Prima Park Hotel Jerusalem staff, particularly Maam Annielin, who cleaned our room every day, was incredibly kind and accommodating. Also, Sir Walin and the other dining room staff were always very friendly and willing to help us with anything we needed.

I really liked the hotel, the rooms are huge and very nice, the hotel is very clean and generally very pleasant. The breakfast is pretty good. There's also plenty of parking, though can get a bit tough when it's busiest. Clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location with carpark. I checked in on a Saturday which was Shabbat and was upgraded on Sunday to a larger room. They offered me a free fruit platter. Good value for money. The breakfast is basic but not bad.
