Small family run hotel in amazing location on the beach. Clean, free coffee tea in lobby. Room clean ,large balcony. Bathroom compact. Large TV with Netflix. Comfortable bed and pillows. Room small but adequate. Book on hotel website for best price. Would happily return
This hotel has a fantastic location, just a 3/4 minute walk to the beautiful Jerusalem Beach in Tel Aviv. It’s very close to all the cafes and restaurants, and perfectly central. The hotel also has its own restaurant. I was welcomed by a very friendly reception and received great help carrying my luggage. They offered me drinks and water, made me feel truly at home and very safe, and checked in with...
Good The staff were absolutely lovely - so accommodating and friendly - cannot fault them. The bed was not very comfortable and rooms quite poky and small. Amazing location.
The only good thing I found was cheap price. It’s small, the jacuzzi is also the bath, no bathroom, the bath is next to the bed.
Loved this place, amazing to be right at the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The cleaning lady is always there in the afternoon. The top floor is a terrace.
Lovely hotel in central location Very friendly and enjoyable stay, good location too.
Lovely and comfortable stay, Micky at reception was super friendly. The room was a good size, there is some construction noise from outside but overall i had a great stay and would love to return.
The owner Michui is such a nice and kind person. His hospitality made my stay an A 10/10. Exceeded expectations and will stay again soon.
Once again I decided to book my stay at the 208. Miki the manager is attentive to my needs and he makes the stay a pleasure. I will book there afain

Soft drinks at breakfaSt not tasty. missing fresh fruits at breakfast.
Good deal Good location. Nice breakfast. Helpful staff.
The included breakfast at this property was one of the best I have experienced in many trips to Israel. Haifa is hilly and this property is very strategically located in a beautiful area called the Old German village. The B'hai gardens are a 10-minute walk away. I travel to Haifa with some frequency and will book this hotel again.
Quite good business hotel, locatednot far from the port of Haifa. Rooms were a bit outdated, but breakfast was very extensive. Location is also good - next to the German colony architectural area and not far from Bahai gardens. Service was OK.
Overall decent, not as amazing as expected For a small hotel, it was decent. The bed was very comfortable, the room was not too small, the shower was excellent, and the staff friendly. The sound proofing between rooms was NOT great, the neighbors were having a fight and we could make out most of what was said. And the breakfast, though decent, was not nearly as good as I expected given the hype...
Good location, fabulous breakfast. It would be nice if the rooms included blow dryers. Toilet runs all the time, and the mini-fridge is quite loud.

Ein Gedi is a resort. It has a pool that suits families. It also has a garden and trails and the water is set for families. The hotel is worth staying in. The area is semi-arid, it's a lot of fun in the garden and pool. Let's have some real fun.

We had an amazing experience at Dan Carmel. We chose to stay in an executive room with a bay view, the view is indeed amazing (see the photos I took), and entrance to the lounge on Friday and Saturday is very affordable - a worthy substitute for lunch and afternoon coffee. The location of the hotel is great, close to the Baha'i Gardens and the German Colony. There is free parking at 73 President Boulevard...
You can’t beat the Dan experience no matter which location you visit, they’re a 5 star hotel for a reason. The Friday night dinner and Saturday breakfast offered delicious buffet options, with a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. The hotel stay offers free snack coupons for kids, as well as 2 free entries to local attractions such as the cable car. Amazing views so request a room on a higher level...
Great hotel overlooking on Haifa bay and the Mediterranean. Excellent attentive service even in the August frenzy when overloaded with families. The rooms and interior are bit outdated but well maintained and give a feeling of a luxurious high quality hospitality experience. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at The American Colony Hotel Jerusalem. We visited over Christmas Eve through the day after Christmas. The staff were especially fantastic. We met Yousef, the concierge and Diana at the front desk and the bellman, who were always friendly...
There efforts that this established hotel puts into everything is amazing. The furniture, surroundings and positive attitude of the team is a shining reminder of hope and Co existence in Jerusalem
I come to Jerusalem regularly and have stayed at a number of five star hotels including king David. The American Colony is far and away my favorite hotel to stay in. It’s a luxury boutique hotel. Unlike other luxury hotels it actually has personality and charm. In spades. The grounds are magical, with fruit trees and wisteria and a classic ottoman courtyard with trees and a fountain much like a Moroccan...
A rare old-fashioned hotel that offers bedtime services; the hotel itself has a rich history.
Everything was outstanding at the American Colony Hotel in Jerusalem ! This hotel is clearly one of my favorite hotels ever, and this for several reasons: The building itself and its history; the patio where you can enjoy a great dinner at the Courtyard restaurant; the Summer Bar where you can sip very good cocktails in a truly beautiful garden; the room, tastefully decorated in a retro style; a clean...

Very pleasant room with a very comfy bed. Minimal clothes hanging space and shelving for folded stuff - so rooms are designed for short-stay guests. There's a spacious fridge and tea/coffee making accoutrements. Couldn't utilise the Safe as it was on a very high shelf, and I'm a bit of a shorty.😂, Great walk-in shower although the bathroom itself was quite small but nonetheless big enough for purpose...

We stayed at Oasis Spa Club Dead Sea and had a mixed experience overall. On the positive side, the room was large, clean, and very comfortable. The blanket is a bit narrow but it was ok. I visited the spa on 31 January 2026 at 2:30 pm, with two treatments booked via their website. At the time of booking, I paid one reservation in full online and selected to pay the second on arrival. However, despite explaining this at reception, I was asked to make two additional payments. This resulted in me being charged three times in total. I followed up afterwards with the spa, providing booking...
Great staff always ready to help. Unfortunately, despite receiving a free upgrade, there were problems with our room. The toilet didn't flush properly and we needed to call the technician 3 times. Totally overcrowded SPA, totally overcrowded SPA pool. Food - OK minus. If you want healhy food - not OK. Tiny windows in the rooms. No balcony. Stingy on towels and bath towel robe. Congestion in elevators. No body lotion in a spa hotel room. Poorly maintained rooms. The lady that made capuchino in the morning, Ayman, was simply outstanding !!! Great smile and great coffe.
We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to the beachwhich made it easy to enjoy both the sea and the sun. Two nights there. No toilet paper in the bathroom, the refrigerator froze the milk and the room was not cleaned while we were there, only towels delivered. Food the same each day. Very disappointing.
Reception area was with bad smell , the attendant wanted to charge me for the stay but his manager told him not to do so.... They chrge for parking and you have free parking just in front of the hotel. Abit old but good for the price

Friendly staff and good location
The staff is very kind and helpful, though the property has known better days. The hotel is not at walking distance from the lake or downtown Tiberias, in the middle of a residential area.
One night visit. The nice personal on reception. The hotel need renovation for example I got a room with broken floor near bathroom. Also was very noisy neighbors. I got the room without breakfast. In total:" for one night it's ok. Little bite far from the lake.".
Simple hotel with all amenities needed to enjoy. Breakfast was outstanding and well displayed. Beautiful location to reach nearby sites and access to fabulous bora bora beach. If you wish to enjoy the Sea of Galilee waters, plan to have water shoes and bring your own beach amenities and food and beer to enjoy the lovely waters.
Nice comfortable, clean room, if a bit small. Toilet/shower room small and very basic. Flooring to one room was peeling up. Generally, the decor is old and tired. It would help if the hotel had a city map available that highlighted local tourist sites- we were told just to use Google when we asked. Staff polite and friendly.
