The included breakfast at this property was one of the best I have experienced in many trips to Israel. Haifa is hilly and this property is very strategically located in a beautiful area called the Old German village. The B'hai gardens are a 10-minute walk away. I travel to Haifa with some frequency and will book this hotel again.

Quite good business hotel, locatednot far from the port of Haifa. Rooms were a bit outdated, but breakfast was very extensive. Location is also good - next to the German colony architectural area and not far from Bahai gardens. Service was OK.

Ein Gedi is a resort. It has a pool that suits families. It also has a garden and trails and the water is set for families. The hotel is worth staying in. The area is semi-arid, it's a lot of fun in the garden and pool. Let's have some real fun.

Mohamed at the reception was very kind, he lended me an iphone charger and helped me out for my tours. Bravo to him 🫶🏽 the housekeeping were very kind and polite. Located in the new town, about 15 minutes walk to the old town. If you walk while looking at the cityscape, you will arrive soon, so you don't feel like you're walking that far. The hotel (apartment type) has the same facilities as a hotel, so I was able to stay comfortably. Breakfast will be taken at a nearby hotel.

In the 3 days I stayed there I had to change room twice -- 1st being the room was too hot as there were large windows and central heating was in place as it was still winter, 2nd being there were cigarette smoke smells coming through the air vent due to smoking other rooms. Simple hotel with all amenities needed to enjoy. Breakfast was outstanding and well displayed. Beautiful location to reach nearby sites and access to fabulous bora bora beach. If you wish to enjoy the Sea of Galilee waters, plan to have water shoes and bring your own beach amenities and food and beer to enjoy the lovely waters.

Great hotel for couples. Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, excellent kosher breakfast. Comforable, large rooms with balcony, good quality bedding and towels. The pool is small but it wasn’t busy and the rest of the spa facilities are top notch. For shomer shabbat guests the hotel provides candle lighting, shabbat keys, hot water urn plus teas/coffee.

The room was very comfortable and pretty clean but the toilet wasn’t cleaned. The staff were quite surly and the receptionist in the Spa was particularly unhelpful when I was trying to book a facial.
