Acre, Old City 11/83, Near Ha-Hagana Street, 2471616 Acre 🧭 Map
Well located, awful premises Oh boy, what to say? The owner is very, very nice, and the place is right at the seafront, close to nice restaurants and the main sights in the city (it's a tiny city, though). However, it was very difficult to find, since it doesn't have a sign (is it a legal hospitality accommodation?), the public spaces are filthy and the private rooms, though reasonably clean, worn...
People sometimes mention friendly hosts but this time it's really a great host, not just friendly. Just a few examples: 1. Our "agency" which used booking for us didn't bother to send us his phone number, and we arrived late, but Nzar waited for us there. 2. There's a kitchen, and everything there is included in the stay, so we could make a supper for ourselves instead of eating what snacks we took...
I have to put on the context. We've landed at Ben Gourion International quite late on Saturday evening, and decided to go straight up to Akko...the only solution was the Sherout to Haïfa, and then the train to Akko. We were afraid we wouldnt find it, or it would be too late. First of all, it as really easy to find, from the train station, go to the sea, then walk along the shore toward the old city...
Nzar the owner is very nice and helpful, the location is perfect. I recommend it.
Lovely stay in true B&B style. Owner Nzar is friendly and will always assist you with knowledge of the area. We had only minor issues with finding parking and always succeeded in the end. Akko is a great spot to discover northern part of Israel. Highly recommended!
Stayed for a full month. The owner really wants to help you have the best stay possible. The rooms are spotless, the beds comfortable, has an amazing patio overlooking the ocean which is perfect for enjoying the sunsets ... he loads the kitchen up with goodies... and it's AFFORDABLE

The main highlight of my stay at Jo Hotel was of course the rooftop pool. The view from there is just stunning. The view from my balcony was also lovely. The rooms are OK, perhaps not as great as they look online but still perfectly fine for a good night’s sleep. Some reviews say the rooms aren’t quiet but I found mine and actually the hotel in general to be very quiet and with a highly relaxed atmosphere...
Had a great time while I stayed in TLV, staff were very nice and welcoming, the breakfast wad amazing, the view on the rooftop is astounding, and overall the stay was wonderful. Will visit again for sure.
Tel Aviv Restaurant only did breakfast so no food whatsoever, no room service. View from room was an office block which was like 10 Meters away, tap on bathroom was falling off. At least they had a bottle of water in the room!
I stayed at this hotel for 11 days as I was working in the area and didn't need or want to be in tourist area. The immediate area is busy with car and motorbike garages but that wasn't an issue for me. There are coffee shops and supermarkets in close vicinity to meet your needs. Sarona market and a large Designer Mall are just a short walk away. There are buses that will take you into Tel Aviv and...
Jo Hotel is a well built modern hotel. It’s comfortable and peaceful As soon as you go in you see the luxury of the place. The reception is right there with immediate help. You go up the elevator to clean and modern room with a good wardrobe fitted with a fridge and other amenities. In short it’s a good hotel to stay if you are looking for comfort and peace. I will certainly go back there. Families...
I'm glad I chose this hotel for my one week holiday to Tel Aviv because it's located in an unusual, Shoreditch style area of the city. The rooftop pool has magnificent views. Reception let me check into my room early on arrival and I liked the fact that they let me pay for my refundable deposit by cash. Some of the staff were more full of smiles than others. Personally I wasn't keen on the breakfast...

Our 40-day stay in Jerusalem was exceptionally calm and comfortable. The hotel consistently delivered excellent service throughout our visit. In particular, we would like to commend Randa Toubassy at the reception desk—she was always welcoming, professional, and helpful, greeting us with a warm smile and ensuring our needs were met promptly.
Nice hotel- Nice views and nice people. You can take a local bus home for 5 nl- all busses going from the local bus station is stopping here. The breakfast was not amazing- but okay. Very friendly place-
I have stayed there the last 25 years when i have visit Jerusalem. Great service, good breakfast and close to the Old city.
Staff members were very helpful and nice. hotel is very clean, well kept and pretty, highly recommended. Breakfast is diverse, fresh and tasty. One of the best hotels in jerusalem.
We had a truly wonderful stay at the Ambassador Hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and enjoyable. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. Perfect rooms, very welcoming even had a welcome card and some chocolates in the room when we arrived. The location is perfect and everything was walking distance. Would stay again!
Great hotel easy walking distance from the old city, plenty of restaurants and pubs. Room was clean - had snacks! Good rest - couldn’t ask for more.
Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff, free wifi
The best location in Jerusalem. Very good service, very friendly staff. Very small rooms. Nothing is lacking, but they could be better.
Sort out the issue of no breakfast, no information.
Remarkable friendly staff, Good dining room, Excellent location. The Basic Room (vs. to the Deluxe Room last time), needs more attention to cleaning and maintenance details in the bathroom (sink and bathtub) and in the room (carpet, walls, furniture, mattress), or even consider a small renovation. Same comments need to be applied to some public areas (lobi, coridors and the elevators).

My stay was wonderful — and what made it so is first of all the staff. Couldn’t be friendlier and more helpful — first person I met was Or at the front desk, kindness and desire to help was the best! He took time to ask me about my Israel trip and chat. Jeremy, Bushra and Alice were also very kind. Very friendly staff. Comfortable room and wonderful location. Will gladly stay again.
Our room was clean and comfortable, the hotel well situated, and close to the beach, but the best part about our stay at the Scarlet hotel was the welcoming, friendly, helpful and excellent staff that greeted us each day that we were there! Excellent customer service by all staff, Bushra, Jeremy, Alice, Mohammad... Made the stay very pleasant and gave us an upgraded room for no extra cost. Reasonably priced for Tel Aviv, good location, very clean . Staff very open to suggestions.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Staff were friendly, rooms were clean and cozy, and the food was amazing! Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
Room was clean, staff was extremely kind and friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, with so many different tastes.
I didn’t stay at the hotel but I came to the restaurant to have a cool drink. Highly recommend the lemonade with mint (more like a fresh lemon slushie) which felt like a real treat. The food that was being served to the groups coming through looked amazing and I hope to make it back for a meal. A beautiful space with beautiful hosts. Don’t miss it.
It was absolutely great! I would stay here in a heartbeat.
My wife and I spent a little over a week at the Jerusalem Hotel, and it was absolutely perfect! We did not stay at the hotel, but only visited it and went up to the rooftop observation deck; we sat in a cafe on the entrance floor. The service is good and the staff is courteous. The rooftop observation deck offers an amazing 360° view. There are 2 rooftop restaurants that look great (we didn't have time to make reservations). A recommended point of interest, even if you are not staying.
From the moment I stepped out of the shuttle, I knew I made the right choice! The entry is gorgeous, proximity to Christian Quarter gates, shopping and everything a tourist would want, is conveniently located nearby.
Was here for lunch with my tour group, service was friendly and the food was delicious, although no gluten free dessert option. I chose to get a coffee at the bar, which was excellent 👌🏻. I also shopped at the gift shop, which had some lovely and unique items, and very good service from staff. The interior was very nice. I am keen to go back to stay next time I am in Jerusalem.
The room was very small but clean and simple. Breakfast had no vegetable salads and lots of dairy and cut meat. No hot eggs - only hard boiled. I feel it was very expensive for what I got. Of course the location is great and it included parking.
The rooms are very old, there is no design and amenities in them, the location is the only thing that makes it great and the external appearance
The staff were helpful, the dining options were great, its proximity to the Old City was perfect. I was most impressed that Mass was said in the beautiful Chapel every evening. If you're in Jerusalem on pilgrimage, this is the place to stay.

I really enjoyed myself here and the staff were great! Staff were honest and suggested things to do with my free time. Hiking trails behind hotel and historic sites everywhere. Food available at this site and a water park down the road with swimming areas on the Sea of Galilee. I would absolutely consider this hotel again and would recommend it..

Very nice and pleasant experience.
Beautiful views of the Sea of Galilee a few hundred yards from the shore. Staff was friendly and helpful. Comfortable rooms. Good food. Nice, open lobby. Small bar. No gym. Go to the roof to watch the sunrise over the Sea of Galilee! 🌅🤩 A five-minute walk to some little shops and restaurants on the water.
The room has a great view of the Sea of Galilee, with a balcony to enjoy the sunrise. There was no iron or ironing board in the room and when they were asked for, we were told there was one set per floor. I guess it's a clever ploy to encourage cooperation amongst the guests. While housekeeping provided clean towels, it was puzzling that they left dirty coffee cups in the room. Maybe they were needed...

My room had an incredible view of the Temple Mount! Very nice people!
Room could have been a lot cleaner. It was smelly and had a dusty odour. The bathroom drain was full of hair and the fake flowers were full of dust and we had to rest them outside on the verandah that had no table or chairs so impossible to enjoy unless standing.
Room is big, but is no parking in the facility. So is hard to find parking in the street

A jewel just meters from the beautiful Tel Aviv beach!! After the tense days, Talia and Itzik provided outstanding service, pampering us and giving us a great room!! The SPA and the treatment by Sapir also at top level!! Well done and thank you!!!
Wow! Best place ever Wow! Cannot convey how amazing this place is. kept us safe during the Iran war. All the staff were amazing and kept us as calm as possible. I am sure they had worries of their own and families to take care of but they did their absolute best! We had a 2 BR apartment that had a Mamad. Lifesaver as missile landed close by.
