the room was clean . Staff was very helpful, especially the front desk. we also enjoyed using the spa.
Stayed in room 970. Hotel Needs better maintenance in many areas, including the rooms, corridors breakfast area. Reception is nice
One room was upgraded and one room was available very early for us
Great breakfast; the lobby restaurant serves great seafood, albeit on the pricier side. The well-sized room was in good condition, with some clearly refreshed areas (bed, shower) though some other areas, like the balcony and general condition of room and hotel are definitely tired and in need of some refresh and maintenance. Pool area is spacious with fair amount of loungers, though also tired...
We enjoyed our stay a lot. The hotel was wonderful, the service, food and room were great. The pool and the approach to the beach are real advantages!
Beautiful pool and view, so sad that the hotel is little old because the place is amazing

Great location in Jerusalem next to central bus station. Check-in was efficient. Room nice. Breakfast pretty standard.
Room was in good condition. Recommend that the no-Jewish guest be informed that there is no service on Shabat. Elevator is too slow.
The room was spotless and newly renovated. The shabbat meal was superb and the dining area was huge. The lighting of the Hanukkah candles was spectacular. The staff was friendly and professional. It seems to be a well run hotel.
The hotel was extremely noisy - all through the day and night. You could hear through the walls.
Clean room, nice view, great area, location is amazing, only complain is breakfast is not included and i paid for it but it wasnt worth it, it did not look appetizing
paid for half board, and received bed and breakfast, not half board. Room was clean. Bedroom manager very polite.

I booked on line, got answers to all my questions, the room was available immediately when I was arrived. In short, excellent. Great location, excellent service, good breakfast, clean room, smiling staff, good facilities , free private parking. For sure we will be back!
I had a wonderful two-night stay at Astral Maris in Eilat. The boutique hotel is in a fantastic location, right off the beach near the Mul Hayam Mall. The price was very reasonable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a balcony room. The breakfast was very good, offering a nice variety of options. The...
This is a no frills, budget friendly hotel that serves all the basics with efficiency, attentiveness and a smile. The lobby is pleasant and well maintained, with free coffee and tea avaliable. The rooms are clean with a comfortable bed and the breakfast is good and the dinner decent enough. The pool is a good size, facing the sea..There is no wow factor here, but then you get what you pay for.
I went with my partner for 3 days/2 night at the Astral Maris hotel beginning of August to relax/break the routine. The positive point - The room is a good size, with a bathtub and shower. The bed is comfortable. You get everything you need even a kettle if you want a tea or coffee. - The staff of the restaurant is great, helping and in a good mood. The dinner food was good with a good choice of...
Truly boutique . The best location in town, great service, tasteful rooms and lovely balconies overlooking the boardwalk and some sea views . The food was good . Really good with fresh ingredients . This would be an ideal hotel for solo travelers or couples looking to get a true botique hotel experience right in the Red Sea. This is a superb 4 star hotel .

It’s hard to get to the hotel. Reception is on the third floor??‍♂️
Basic hotel, nothing to write home about. Location is very central; convenient for guests arriving by train. Efficient service. Room cleanliness could be improved slightly, and my single-bed guestroom could have been a bit bigger. Stayed in early October 2016, single room,no breakfast.

My friend and I went for dinner. We were staying at another hotel and fancied a change for dinner. The meal, buffet style, was excellent.
Friendly, helpful front desk staff. Average quality buffets. Great location to Mediterranean Sea. Older building in need of updating, very dated.
My wife and I were looking for a nice little pesach vacation. The drive from Jerusalem was about an hour and a half. The hotel is centrally located with the beach and other attractions nearby. The rooms provide a beautiful view of the beach however it was old and musky but the service was very pleasant. The food was decent and plentiful. All in all it was a good choice.
Plus points: - Best view of the sea from the balcony. - Good room finish, with lots of storage space - nice upholstery - dinner was OK. - free Wi-Fi Minus points: - room is extremely small - the room AC is centralised. Hence can't adjust the temperature as per our wish. - the bed was too cushiony (soft), might get back pain after the sleep. - bathroom tiles slopping is not properly done. Water stagnates...

Very well located opposite the King David Hotel, very close to the Old Town and parking. Very clean. Attentive staff.
The front desk staff was outstanding. The gentleman that was at the desk when we picked up our bags to head to the airport was so knowledgeable and proud of the property that I think he should be allowed time to provide tours - they would be excellent!
The staff was great minus their 7am to 10 am breakfast. I cant eat somewhere if I show up and you tell me its going to be another 20 mins before you open. The YMCA gym is a great bonus. Just like a YMCA in US. Just add a smoothie snack bar. The location is great. The gym hours are odd. It would be nice if you could work out before the city got going. 10am to 10pm... granted people in israel work out...
Restaurant has very limited offerings in the evening. Only 2 pasta dishes or a salad.
An exceptionally polite and calm hotel and an oasis of achitecturao beauty and old world charm, suffused with modern touches and full amenity. A real hidden gem.
We stayed as a couple at the YNCA Hotel for a long weekend. While the hotel itself was generally fine, our experience with the breakfast was extremely disappointing. We had booked and paid for breakfast in advance. Upon check-in, we were told there was a “temporary problem” in the hotel kitchen, and that breakfast would be served at the cafeteria in the adjacent sports complex. The breakfast there...

The location is perfect. Close to transportation and near shops/attractions. Hotel itself is tired and a bit rundown. The bedroom floor was covered in footprints and the bathroom could have been cleaner.
The front desk staff were kind and helpful. Location is very good, when the road construction is finished that will be excellent.
Super value. Building needs some renovation but is kept very clean and everything else is super and staff is friendly, courteous, helpful and abundant. Lots of delicious Jewish holiday and Sabbath meals available for purchase at competitive prices and also lots of religious services held in the hotel.
Clean. Good price. Outstanding location. Meals are delicious and plentiful. Helpful staff. Large room. Problem is that room has been renovated in a substandard non workman like manner. I would stay again because I don’t mind the deficiencies and it’s a great value.
Was a great location and rooms were big and updated

So important for shabbat visitors!! Beautiful, lovely view, good food.
This is not a a hotel for a regular vacation. It's on the premises of Hadassah Ein Karem hospital. If you are visiting a patient and need a place to stay nearby then it's a great solution. The baby hotel for new mothers is amazing, with nursing care on-site. It's a good middle ground between being on the maternity ward and heading home.

We stayed twice at the David Tower in 2025 and enjoyed it very much. It is adults only so ideal for couples looking for a quiet break. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms comfortable and clean (no wall to wall carpets) and the (small) indoor pool and spa facilities are lovely. We also liked the breakfast and during our second stay they did Shabbat meals but check beforehand as
Beautiful view from the room. Good selection for beeakfast and the cook Jaime was very helpful. The pool area and sauna were clean and welcoming. The staff was nuce.
Stunning hotel great position amazing room spacious with a wonderful view. It was spotless and most enjoyed.
Great room . Great cleaning staff and very central location steps away from the beach
Great hotel for couples. Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, excellent kosher breakfast. Comforable, large rooms with balcony, good quality bedding and towels. The pool is small but it wasn’t busy and the rest of the spa facilities are top notch. For shomer shabbat guests the hotel provides candle lighting, shabbat keys, hot water urn plus teas/coffee.
The room was very comfortable and pretty clean but the toilet wasn’t cleaned. The staff were quite surly and the receptionist in the Spa was particularly unhelpful when I was trying to book a facial.

A quiet place, mostly for adults and couples. Breakfast was great, room was cleaned on daily basis. Staff were wonderful and reception desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was a bit small, and in the pool area there are not enough shady spots.
Quaint, stylish little place with a nice pool. Not as loud or busy as larger Eilat hotels. The hotel is generally in need of a bit of maintenance but nice overall. No view. Strong perfume used as fragrance in public areas for some reason. Breakfast was okay but did not live up to the reviews. Very small parking lot, though there is a paid city lot a block away.

Excellent hotel in the center of the city. Great breakfast with a view. Gym & indoor pool all a very reasonable price
Having the wine in our room, a punch check in and not arriving four hours later. Better parking options… Paying 120 shekels a night is ridiculous… And we have very loud partier in our room next door keeping me and my mother up late after calling the front desk four-five times.
Beautiful hotel. Nice lobby. Check in didn’t go well- we came to property at 10:30 am to put our name on a list for early check in and leave our bags. Ultimately, we couldn’t access our room until after the 3 pm check in time which had us running late for a commitment. The TV in the room don’t work unless you use your phone to screencast. Solid 3 star hotel in our perception. Great breakfast, shower, bed. Room is not really soundproof, Friday night techno music and neighboring doors slamming kept us awake at times. rest was really nice and the location is fantastic

My review begins with compliments to the Indigo team at the Ramat Gan / Tel Aviv location. I submitted several requests in advance of arrival... none of which were outrageous but where of the type that the hotel could have legitimately replied no to. In my opinion, you should only book this hotel with a city view. That's the whole point. Waking up early in the morning, I'd sit by the window and watch the sunrise over the city. The views are gorgeous. But there aren't many rooms like them. Without a view, all the magic of this hotel disappears. Firstly, it's a bit difficult and remote to access. The buses were a lifesaver. We walked, climbing up...
The best view of the old city in Jerusalem. Stunning sunset over the city. Not an easy walk up and down the Mt of Olives to the old city but otherwise an excellent location. Very good service from staff.

This hotel has the most amazing view overlooking Jerusalem, but the whole hotel is tired and could do with a refurb.
