The hotel is Big and nice inside . Our rooms were on the top floor over looking the city with the most beautiful sunset and sunrise. Service here was great the front desk helped us with getting transportation. Very friendly, some spoke English this was helpful with our group " Me " lol. The rooms had sliding doors to go out on the rooftop with chairs and relax with a View. I recommend this hotel

The staff were very nice and the room was big. The rooms did feel tired though, even though they were supposedly the 'deluxe' rooms. The bathroom could also have been cleaner.

Staff was very friendly from start to finish. We were able to check in upon arrival even though we were there before check in time. Rooms were clean and nice size. I will be back in Jerusalem in July and would definitely stay here again.

My aunt and uncle stayed in the rooms and the staff was greatly accommodating. I was able to join them overnight and share the breakfast buffet with them. Liat was incredibly helpful!! It's a poor man's all inclusive. Not a club or resort, unless having a pool makes it a resort. Everything is average. It's a party scene, hence "club". This is not a a hotel for a regular vacation. It's on the premises of Hadassah Ein Karem hospital. If you are visiting a patient and need a place to stay nearby then it's a great solution. The baby hotel for new mothers is amazing, with nursing care on-site. It's a good middle ground between being on the maternity ward and heading home.

Orchid is very nice place for family vacation. There are pools for any children's age. In opposite, it might be unacceptable for disable or old people. Non standard solution. Fantastic breakfast, etc.

Location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the beach - beautiful beaches stretching as far as the eye can see in both directions. But the room was a bit crappy, and the bed did not smell clean. Luckily I had a light travel sleeping bag with me, to keep me clean in bed.

Modern hotel right in the center of Tel Aviv. It is very close to Nahalat Binyamin and the Carmel Market. The front desk staff were friendly and check-in was easy. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The lobby features a spacious coffee shop.

Great location eventough the street is under construction. Rooms, aircon and staff is very nice. I like to say a special thank you for the lady from perth (she said to me; no one knows Perth , hahah, except me) . she helped a lot in the early hours of the day. the cafe downstairs is also great with the ambience. the inly thing is the difficulty to get a cab quickly there .
