The staff was amazing, so sweet and helped alot . I was sick for couple of days and the reception kindly offered me tea twice just by mentioning it . Food was super good I enjoyed my stay , would definitely come again
We had a wonderful time in dan jerusalem hotel !!! Great service from reception <3
Great hotel. The front office was very nice, friendly and helpful all the time!
Stayed at this hotel the last five visits to Israel. Love the staff, love the food. Everyone is so kind and attentive. Rooms are always clean and roomy. Thanks Dan Jerusalem!
The hotel is Big and nice inside .
Our rooms were on the top floor over looking the city with the most beautiful sunset and sunrise. Service here was great the front desk helped us with getting transportation. Very friendly, some spoke English this was helpful with our group " Me " lol. The rooms had sliding doors to go out on the rooftop with chairs and relax with a View. I recommend this hotel

The staff were very nice and the room was big. The rooms did feel tired though, even though they were supposedly the 'deluxe' rooms. The bathroom could also have been cleaner.
Staff was very friendly from start to finish. We were able to check in upon arrival even though we were there before check in time. Rooms were clean and nice size.
I will be back in Jerusalem in July and would definitely stay here again.
Although the hotel building itself is a little dated it is extremely well maintained. The staff are delightful and always ready to help. We enjoyed the breakfast very much. We were very happy to receive an upgrade and have access to the executive lounge.
We had a good stay. The hotel is very conveniently located. It is nice and clean. A bit aged and no
We were upgraded to a room with a balcony.
Which we really appreciated.
We were given one free dinner.
The room was cleaned very efficiently on a daily basis
My aunt and uncle stayed in the rooms and the staff was greatly accommodating. I was able to join them overnight and share the breakfast buffet with them. Liat was incredibly helpful!! She pointed out what was safe for my allergy restrictions and made delicious recommendations.
The only issue was that there wasn't toothpaste provided and front desk said it wouldn't be available until the morning. Oh...

This is our second stay at the Numa, and definitely not the last.
We've stayed in several of the more well known boutique hotels in Tel Aviv.
The Numa is not fancy. The building is not historical. There is no fancy restaurant on the premises. And no, no bathrobe or slippers. But what do you get?
Clean, quiet, comfortable room, with an espresso machine, a kettle, coffee, tea, mineral water, a small...
When I first saw the 4.8 rating on Google, I honestly couldn’t believe it — or didn’t quite understand how it was possible.
But after my own experience, I completely understand why.
Even if we set aside the beautiful design of the rooms (and the entire space), the artistic photos, the flawless breakfast, and the perfect location right on Jerusalem Boulevard — just a few minutes’ walk from the Flea...
New, functional and stylish hotel close to the Jaffa Old Market and Beach. Very kind staff - Minu & Idan in particular! Also, great breakfast on the terrace and parking in the property. Highly recommended.
Great location, excellent service and client attention, highly recommended
We stayed at the hotel for a day. Very good location, everything is nearby: the old town, the sea. Near the hotel there is a beautiful walking alley and a tram. Special thanks to Victor for the early check-in and to the elderly employee of the buffet (I apologize for such treatment, I don’t know the name), who, with his kind attitude towards the guests, turned our breakfast at the hotel into a pleasant...
The location was good, with a 24-hour supermarket nearby and walking distance to the beach. There was a lot of sound leakage from the next room. Other than that, it was a satisfying stay.

The prime location of Tel Aviv, high standards rooms and service l.
I absolutely recommend on the hotel.
I would like to begin by highlighting the positive aspects of our stay.
The hotel is situated in an outstanding central location, conveniently close to Habima Theater, Rothschild Boulevard, and Dizengoff Center. The surrounding area offers a wide variety of dining and entertainment options.

It's a poor man's all inclusive. Not a club or resort, unless having a pool makes it a resort. Everything is average. It's a party scene, hence "club". It's confusing here. 3 hotels by same company, sometimes lunch is served at one and not the other, no advanced notice. They were kind enough to let us stay in Be Unique hotel instead, Be Club is for kids and parties. Inclusive drinks is a joke. Tiny...

This is our second time in this hotel since the beginning of the year! As like before we did enjoy very much! The staff are very helpful & gave good service. The staff in the front the front desk (Michael & Dima) attended every needs we needed. And Issam the evening duty manager pampered us! Me & my friends really appreciate his service & assistance to us! The food is excellent in our entire stay!...
everything was excellent.
my daughter is gluten free and the kitchen staff went all out to give her some of every kind of gluten free food item they make: the choices were very extensive of salty and sweet type foods.
Excellent hotel The hotel is at a high level in all parameters: reception, rooms, lobby, dining room, Carmel lounge. Lior, who has a high sense of service, should be mentioned from the lounge, as well as Luda, and also the chef named Saba, who made especially delicious gnocchi. From the dining room, Javor, who passed by every few minutes and asked if everything was okay and if they needed anything...
Excellent hotel, excellent service, excellent food, everything in the dining room is delicious, this is not the first time I've been to this hotel, and I've been to other hotels in Eilat, I like to return to this specific hotel, a month ago I was with my family at Herods, during the Sukkot holiday, Dan Panorama is in no way inferior to the hotels that are considered more luxurious in Eilat.
The best breakfast ever!!! Our room had a hot tub on the patio and entrance to the Business lounge!
Low bed comfort, corridor overly noisy by night, room cleaning (old carpets), TV remote sticky (’disgusting’). Breakfast very few choice of fresh fruits (just watermelon and melon on the four days we've been at the hotel).
Public transportation: station access is fairly too far, wont recommend for families or elders.
Overall not 100% satisfied of the room, very expensive compared to other properties...

Orchid is very nice place for family vacation. There are pools for any children's age. In opposite, it might be unacceptable for disable or old people. Non standard solution. Fantastic breakfast, etc.

Great service and location. Rooms could use a bit more cleanliness.
From the very first seconds after entering the Addar hotel I was surrounded by care:) Very friendly and thoughtful manager Yaya and the team were very helpful! Hotel is in a authentic style, large rooms with AC and fast WiFi. Good breakfast, with a different type of hummus and a perfect location, just a 15 mins walk down the sreet and right to the old city. It's the best offer in town for this price
On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate the hotel a solid 8. The location is almost perfect, 10 minutes walk from the Damascus Gate of the old city of Jerusalem. Restaurants and shops are within 5 minutes walk, mostly budget ones and this is a big advantage for travelers. Fast internet, new mattresses, breakfast included in the price - nice bonuses. Breakfast is included, but too "European" in the sense...
Ok , for the price is ok but if you are used to good hotels, please skip this one , this Hotel it's more for backpackers...the location is great must admit that's it

Excellent hotel in the center of the city. Great breakfast with a view. Gym & indoor pool all a very reasonable price
Having the wine in our room, a punch check in and not arriving four hours later. Better parking options… Paying 120 shekels a night is ridiculous… And we have very loud partier in our room next door keeping me and my mother up late after calling the front desk four-five times.
Beautiful hotel. Nice lobby. Check in didn’t go well- we came to property at 10:30 am to put our name on a list for early check in and leave our bags. Ultimately, we couldn’t access our room until after the 3 pm check in time which had us running late for a commitment. The TV in the room don’t work unless you use your phone to screencast. They came and tried to fix it, but this was all we could work...

The facilities and maintenance are in very poor condition. There’s a lot of rust, and stains on the furniture. My bathrobe was extremely worn out.
I really think the overall appearance needs a serious upgrade—it just doesn’t match today’s standards.
There was also a group of tourists who
Johnny checked us in with a friendly welcome. Our rooms were excellent. Bed very comfortable. We took the option of eating at the restaurant Tocana’s. Don’t miss that opportunity. The food was 5 star!
Very friendly staff and great breakfast
The hotel is nice, staff was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was super diverse and great. The pool was nice and we had a good time.
I did need the staff’s help in the middle of the night and there was literally no one at the reception and I received no help though I tried going down to the lobby, calling and texting. Nothing.
Beautiful Hotel!
This hotel was beautiful and the terrace was amazing. I loved the views and the people were safe and welcoming!
Hotel looks good from the building appearance but it has issues:
1, they do not provide toothpaste and brush.
2, the refrigerator makes noise each 20 or 30 minutes , when I was sleeping it made me wake up several times.
3, they have vacancy of rooms but arranged me one at the end. I told them to change one for me, they said this room is good cuz it’s close to shelter. However people hiding in shelter...

We really enjoyed it! Super clean and great location. Value for money is very good
Location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the beach - beautiful beaches stretching as far as the eye can see in both directions.
But the room was a bit crappy, and the bed did not smell clean. Luckily I had a light travel sleeping bag with me, to keep me clean in bed.
Too small for an hotel room. Too simple. Very kind and cooperative staff.
We had a small problem finding someone when we were checking in in the night and once we managed to reach the reception it took time to find the room and the key but all the wise the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful the next day extremely kind the rooms are clean and the location is amazing 1 minute from the beach
The hotel was in a great location beach area. The hotel isn’t new but it’s decent and the staff is great. I feel comfortable and safe in this hotel. I will definitely come back again. Everything is at walking distance. However, if you are high maintenance, this hotel isn’t for you. This is a very comfortable and low-key hotel. It really is good.

In my opinion, you should only book this hotel with a city view. That's the whole point. Waking up early in the morning, I'd sit by the window and watch the sunrise over the city. The views are gorgeous. But there aren't many rooms like them. Without a view, all the magic of this hotel disappears. Firstly, it's a bit difficult and remote to access. The buses were a lifesaver. We walked, climbing up...
The best view of the old city in Jerusalem. Stunning sunset over the city. Not an easy walk up and down the Mt of Olives to the old city but otherwise an excellent location.

Great location, good service, and very friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.
This hotel has the most amazing view overlooking Jerusalem, but the whole hotel is tired and could do with a refurb.
