The place was right beside Sea of Galilee. Place is clean and the people are nice.

If you are in for a one night place to sleep and not for vacation, this hotel is satisfactory. Price is very low, cleanliness is very good, within five minutes walk to the Tiberias broad-walk. This hotel is waaaaay better then i expected. The Staff r veeeeeeery friendly & gave me the only room on the 1st floor with a big porch. I asked 4 a later checkout & they agreed & didn't charge me extra. The shower has 2 options. A hand held 1 & 1 from the ceiling & there was hot water which is excellent 4 a rainy day like today. Food pretty simple. Television doesn't work well, the guy at the reception told me that he can do nothing for me and proposed me to pay 250 nis more to have Television.

Room looks a little bit rundown but it was spacious and the ensuite bathtub made for a great way to relax after an entire day of walking around in the city. This is a group of apartments on the entire 21st floor in a residential/commercial bldg. The main lobby has a doorman and on the 21st floor there is a front desk office which is helpful for dropping off luggage etc. staff were friendly and accommodating and I appreciated communicating via What’s Ap. This place had lots of potential but falls flat in many ways - badly in need of upkeep - peeling walls, etc. Front desk is not manned even during the hours it's supposed to be open - the description does not clearly spell out that you need to go up a narrow staircase, with no handrails to get to the bedroom and bathroom. The only good thing I found was cheap price. It’s small, the jacuzzi is also the bath, no bathroom, the bath is next to the bed.

The best thing about this hotel is the location - in the heart of the city with many restaurants and bars all around. Easy to reach with public transportation and very close to the beach. This absolutely gorgeous place is perfect! Clean and with a warm welcome! I felt like being with my family! Coffee in the morning before going exploring the city and the sea nearby. A glass of wine in the evening before going to bed. I’ll come back!

I booked this hotel the night before for one night. It's a budget hotel on the beach. Don't expect anything fancy. The receptionist was very nice to me and changed my room because the TV was broken. The room was clean and the hotel staff were very nice.

Good urban experience of Haifa. The location right above Talpiot market is great but will not suitable to everyone (my wife didn't liked it). Alot of good food and things to do around it. Rooms are basic but very clean. Highly recommend but check your expectations before booking.

It is a fantastic location. But the hotel isn’t great. Shower leaks everywhere, the fire alarms in the hall beep every 2 minutes and non of the receptionists seemed to care and there is construction or something outside that is very loud early. Located in the new town, about 15 minutes walk to the old town. If you walk while looking at the cityscape, you will arrive soon, so you don't feel like you're walking that far. The hotel did not pick up the phone after booking when I had questions. The beds and the room itself were really small. And the hotel has a set temperature for all rooms you can’t change it for your comfortable temperature, I had to sleep with an open window and hear street noise all night.

The communal areas were great, and the food was AMAZING. The rooms were clean, but could do with a lick of paint or some DIY. The pool area was nice, but above the busy road into Tiberias.

The staff is very kind and helpful, though the property has known better days. The hotel is not at walking distance from the lake or downtown Tiberias, in the middle of a residential area.

Simple hotel with all amenities needed to enjoy. Breakfast was outstanding and well displayed. Beautiful location to reach nearby sites and access to fabulous bora bora beach. If you wish to enjoy the Sea of Galilee waters, plan to have water shoes and bring your own beach amenities and food and beer to enjoy the lovely waters.

Nice comfortable, clean room, if a bit small. Toilet/shower room small and very basic. Flooring to one room was peeling up. Generally, the decor is old and tired. It would help if the hotel had a city map available that highlighted local tourist sites- we were told just to use Google when we asked. Staff polite and friendly.
