The owners and staff very kind and helpfulI Ive wanted to celebrate Pesach in Israel...they graciously invite my Brother and I to join their family...
For older hotel very clean. Well maintained..owner and staff most gracious They invited 2 sojouners to share Pesach something i have yearned to do while visiting Israel; they made me feel like family....May Hashem continue to bless and prosper them.
The place was right beside Sea of Galilee. Place is clean and the people are nice.
If you are in for a one night place to sleep and not for vacation, this hotel is satisfactory. Price is very low, cleanliness is very good, within five minutes walk to the Tiberias broad-walk. Staff extremely nice and helpful. There is a kitchen supplied with coffee, tea, milk and sugar. Breakfast in not included and not served. 50 meters from the hotel you can get sandwiches, pastries, cappuccino...
This hotel is waaaaay better then i expected. The Staff r veeeeeeery friendly & gave me the only room on the 1st floor with a big porch. I asked 4 a later checkout & they agreed & didn't charge me extra. The shower has 2 options. A hand held 1 & 1 from the ceiling & there was hot water which is excellent 4 a rainy day like today. They have a nice size kitchen & also the bathroom was clean. Location...
Nice little hotel, worth the price. Seems to be a relatively cheap renovation of an older building, adding bathrooms. Was clean

good breakfast . clean lobby . old bedroom
I was very happy staying at the hotel
Standard of big hotels, large rooms, large swimming pool, very good breakfast…… very reasonable price 👍, I recommend this hotel 😊
Had an amazing stay
Old style rooms but very nice and comfortable very nice lounge
Food pretty simple. Television doesn't work well, the guy at the reception told me that he can do nothing for me and proposed me to pay 250 nis more to have Television.
Room looks a little bit rundown but it was spacious and the ensuite bathtub made for a great way to relax after an entire day of walking around in the city.
It was located a little distance from the Tram stop, so if you dont know the shortcut, it could take a while to see and walk to the hotel.
Breakfast selection and variety was great, enjoyed the meals thoroughly.
Location was near the civic centre...

This is a group of apartments on the entire 21st floor in a residential/commercial bldg. The main lobby has a doorman and on the 21st floor there is a front desk office which is helpful for dropping off luggage etc. staff were friendly and accommodating and I appreciated communicating via What’s Ap. Great location and price IMO. Free coffee machine also a nice plus. I would stay here again. Thanks
A hidden gem of Jerusalem, the "21st Floor Hotel" is perched on the 21st floor of the oldest skyscraper of the city (City Tower.) It is located in the heart of Jerusalem, a five minute walk to the Mahane Yehudah Shuk (outdoor market.) This luxury hotel has it all. The staff was amazing and responsive 24/7. The 2-story apartments are well-appointed with quality furnishings, comfortable beds, plenty...
View was amazing. The apartment had a cool vibe. The hot water didn’t work for the last 24 hours, they offered to move me. So I can’t complain.
friendly helpful staff. great location. super breakfast options.
This place had lots of potential but falls flat in many ways - badly in need of upkeep - peeling walls, etc. Front desk is not manned even during the hours it's supposed to be open - the description does not clearly spell out that you need to go up a narrow staircase, with no handrails to get to the bedroom and bathroom. We did not receive bottled water, no concierge - basically fend for yourself...
Excellent location and very comfortable. Clean but can be maintained slightly better. Would definitely stay there again

This hotel has a fantastic location, just a 3/4 minute walk to the beautiful Jerusalem Beach in Tel Aviv. It’s very close to all the cafes and restaurants, and perfectly central. The hotel also has its own restaurant.

Good
The staff were absolutely lovely - so accommodating and friendly - cannot fault them. The bed was not very comfortable and rooms quite poky and small. Amazing location.
The only good thing I found was cheap price. It’s small, the jacuzzi is also the bath, no bathroom, the bath is next to the bed.
Loved this place, amazing to be right at the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The best thing about this hotel is the location - in the heart of the city with many restaurants and bars all around. Easy to reach with public transportation and very close to the beach. The hotel itself is nice and clean and very practical. The rooms have beds, shelves for your stuff, bathroom and mini fridge. In the lobby you have a small shared kitchen as well as coffee and water all day long....
This absolutely gorgeous place is perfect! Clean and with a warm welcome! I felt like being with my family! Coffee in the morning before going exploring the city and the sea nearby. A glass of wine in the evening before going to bed. I’ll come back!
Great, convenient stay
Really nice, central, clean place, would absolutely recommend
Central, clean,friendly and nicely appointed
I liked everything about the property. The only negative is that the room is on the small side
Great location. Clean. Quiet. Nice size of room with comfortable Queen bed. Good disability features in bathroom. Has refrigerator in room along with plates cutlery and hot plate. Microwave would be handier but is available in communal kitchen. No bowls or knife for cutting but large cutting board. Nice coffee machine in lobby that is free. No Parking nearby. Lovely hotel in central location
Very friendly and enjoyable stay, good location too.
Lovely and comfortable stay, Micky at reception was super friendly. The room was a good size, there is some construction noise from outside but overall i had a great stay and would love to return.
The owner Michui is such a nice and kind person. His hospitality made my stay an A 10/10. Exceeded expectations and will stay again soon.

Hotel was extremely over priced for what the hotel is. Service, cleanliness, food were mediocre. Staff was nice but not super attentive. Ask for pool towels took an hour to get them. I had an amazing experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The best part of this hotel by far are the people that work here, particularly management, who in a country not known for service, really go out of their way. They upgraded our room, kept the spa open a little late so I could get a massage, and when the AC stopped working in the middle of the night, did everything they could to try to make the situation right. It is not a five star. Not in price nor in fancy. But it is SPOTLESS. ALWAYS AND EVERYWHERE. The food is plentiful and fresh and the staff and super attentive. This is a great great place for location service and price. Super recommended.
I booked this hotel the night before for one night. It's a budget hotel on the beach. Don't expect anything fancy. The receptionist was very nice to me and changed my room because the TV was broken. The room was clean and the hotel staff were very nice.
I really enjoyed my stay here. A very welcoming place and I felt really comfortable here. I enjoyed the food and there is plenty of choice.
Great location and modest price. We would stay there again.
My friend stayed. Good breakfast. Room small but adequate. Reasonable price by israeli standards.
Very small rooms but some do have a balcony (if the doors aren't jammed). Otherwise quite nice and good amenities for very short stays.

Good urban experience of Haifa.
The location right above Talpiot market is great but will not suitable to everyone (my wife didn't liked it).
Alot of good food and things to do around it.
Rooms are basic but very clean.
Highly recommend but check your expectations before booking.
Very old hotel that needs updating. TVs didn’t work in the suite with jacuzzi and there were issues with the faucet and toilet too. They gave us a bit of a refund but we won’t go back. Next to the Tivoli market which was nothing like Tel Aviv’s Carmel market Kler’s Mahaney yehuda.
Friendly desk staff. Nice decor in lobby. Good breakfast. Located near a coffeeshop and ATMs. Clean sheets, comfortable bed. Hot shower. TV. Pillows were very old and stained yellow with saliva. Room with twin beds was small. Street noise most of the night easily heard as windows offer no soundproofing. Lovely rooftop terrace with harbour views.

This property has a perfect location in Jerusalem. It’s walkable to the main sites and very close to the city rail line.

It is a fantastic location. But the hotel isn’t great. Shower leaks everywhere, the fire alarms in the hall beep every 2 minutes and non of the receptionists seemed to care and there is construction or something outside that is very loud early. Fine if you get it at a great price, but know what you are getting

Very great Hotel!
Breakfast was way beyond of what was expected!
Friendly staff and good location
The staff is very kind and helpful, though the property has known better days. The hotel is not at walking distance from the lake or downtown Tiberias, in the middle of a residential area.
One night visit. The nice personal on reception. The hotel need renovation for example I got a room with broken floor near bathroom. Also was very noisy neighbors. I got the room without breakfast. In total:" for one night it's ok. Little bite far from the lake.".
Simple hotel with all amenities needed to enjoy. Breakfast was outstanding and well displayed. Beautiful location to reach nearby sites and access to fabulous bora bora beach. If you wish to enjoy the Sea of Galilee waters, plan to have water shoes and bring your own beach amenities and food and beer to enjoy the lovely waters.
Nice comfortable, clean room, if a bit small. Toilet/shower room small and very basic. Flooring to one room was peeling up. Generally, the decor is old and tired. It would help if the hotel had a city map available that highlighted local tourist sites- we were told just to use Google when we asked. Staff polite and friendly.
