Great seaside hotel right on a beach and walkway. It’s an older hotel but still nice for the area. Staff was very attentive and everyone spoke English. Lots of local restaurants in the area but you will want a car to go to some of the more trendy restaurants.

An absolute lovely stay. So glad I upgraded to a suite, its fantastic. The hotel has everything you need, it's on yhe beach, has a fantastic pool area. The only down fall was trying to get parking. It has on site parking but it's not guaranteed you will get it at the hotel but if you have the parking app there is plenty of parking around.

Practically perfect Nothing is too much trouble, we did experience some delay at breakfast however due to the lack of tourism there were language barriers which are being worked on. I stayed here for 6 nights on a business trip. The breakfast had very good variety, including an espresso bar. The bed was very comfortable. The only negative was the lack of a laundry room. They had a laundry service, but the prices were very high (e.g. $14 USD for a pair of pants). Plus, you had to turn the clothes in before 9am and they wouldn't be delivered back until the evening of the NEXT...

This was my first time staying in a capsule hotel. I really liked the free space and the terrace with its great beach view. The capsule itself was also relatively clean, which was reassuring. My only minor complaints were the slight sewage smell from the communal showers and toilets, and the lack of amenities like a hairdryer or toothbrush.

The hotel urgently need to get renovated, around the pool is old and dirty, sun beds are not invited. The bathroom is not clean and not enough amenities. This hotel was nothing special. The lobby requires upkeep. Rooms are small. Balconies were dirty. Pool area wasn’t kept well. No chairs or lounge chairs or beach towels provided to guests. Hotel is understaffed. Concierge always needs to be called, front desk usually has 1 person working. It’s a cheap beach front hotel I only stayed here because I had to.

We had a very nice two day stay at NYX Herzliya. The rooms are spacious and comfortable; the staff was consistently welcoming; and accommodating and the entire property was modern and well maintained. The location is central with the beach and many restaurants an easy walk (we actually didn't move our car once we arrived).

I gave such a low rating because this hotel is dirty! It's dusty, hairs in the sheets, finger prints everywhere. I am staying in a suite and paying alot of money for it yet it's nasty dirty .
