Riviera in Celle Ligure

Absolutely awful experience. The hotel had no electricity on the day we arrived for the entire day, which meant no lights, no air conditioning, and no way to charge our devices. When we asked for help, the woman at customer service was incredibly rude and dismissive, offering zero solutions. Her exact words were basically, “Not our problem.” We ended up leaving the hotel at 10 PM just to escape the situation. No apology, just total disregard for guests. Would never stay here again.

There is no air condition in hotel room. Around 30 degrees all the time. Its impossible to even sleep for a while because of temperature in room and train station noices. Dinner was worst in my life, breakfast not even better. At the dinner, i get a bitten slice of cake probably leftovers from last day. The smell in toilet is bad all the time. Worst hotel in my life.
