A truly unforgettable experience! The Victorian-style house was incredibly cozy with its interior and furniture, and it was just a short walk from the lake, making it very convenient for getting to Syrmãe. There was a church nearby where I was surprised to see a wonderful combination of Caravaggio and Tarkovsky's works – truly befitting Italy, the country that housed Tarkovsky's final years.
The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful, and the staff even helped us with our luggage – we were very grateful.
I highly recommend this experience if you have the budget!

Words cannot describe this beautiful bed &breakfast in Desanzano. It’s the family home of the owner Christina. It feels like you are staying IN A BEAUTIFUL, luxurious family home but it’s been meticulously updated. It’s just special . Everything is fancy and we loved every minute ! We even stayed in one day because it was raining outside and we wanted to enjoy how special it was there! 100% would go back JUST to stay there !!

We stayed here as our central location in Garda. It is right in the heart of Desenzano. The suite was very clean, unique and spacious. Breakfast every morning was a delight. Alessia was wonderful. Would recommend..

This is a castle-like building with elegant rooms and aristocratic furnishings. The location is fantastic. The hotel has a limited number of rooms, classifying it as a boutique hotel. The main entrance is usually closed; guests are given a key to the green door next to it, ensuring security. Overall, a very good experience.

This hotel is absolutely stunning and the attention to detail is spectacular. The rooms are spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable. The service from Alessia and Sophia is so personable and the communication is excellent. The breakfast is fantastic and Alessia will provide her home made bread and cakes which are a delight. The location is very central: near the square, duomo, Porto veccio.

Beautiful converted 19th century villa in the mountains near Sorrento. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds. Full breakfast with fresh fruit, eggs, local cheeses, hams, bread and cakes. Peaceful location n with amazing hosts!

This was such a find, stunning rooms decorated luxurriously and with all you could want. Very helpful and friendly staff who could not do enough. Also very. Entral for everything.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Very quiet as it is tucked in between the Lake and the secondary street. Steps away from the great restaraunrs and ferry service. The walk from the train station is downhill, but can be a challenge returning to it, with or without luggage. The staff is awesome, the rooms are clean, the included breakfast is exceptional. Everything is fresh and prepared as wanted. The chef is incredible. Highly recommended

One of the best hotel rooms we have ever stayed in. It was stunnning and there was such attention to detail. A must stay if you’re considering a visit to Desenzano

This place is just magical!
Starting off with the service, I have never been welcomed so warm and nicely in any hotel before. Cristina and Triin are absolute stars, you can feel that they love what they are doing!
The rooms are perfectly thought through and the design is beyond beautiful.
As well as the location, situated directly in the pedestrian zone with lots of bars, restaurants and shops near by.
And to top it all of, we got breakfast service to the room which was lovely (as you can see)
All in all you will not be disappointed here. One can definitely say, our stay exceeded our expectations.
