conveniently located. café & restaurant opposite was great. fan helped keeping us cool. our room was cleaned daily. it felt great.

Spent a week in this property located a few meters from the beach where we had a really good time, excellent food and plentiful rooms not very large but there is everything from the 55 inch TV to the comfortable fridge and the safe and ceiling fan in some ways better what air conditioning. Dear owners and staff who try to satisfy the needs in every way. I highly recommend it and if I return to the area I will definitely use this hotel.

One week stay in July 2022, by my 6 year old daughter and my parents.
Hotel in an excellent position, 100 meters from the sea, in what is one of the iconic walks typical of Versilia. The rooms were very clean, both upon arrival and during the stay.
Excellent food, having taken full board.
I have to make my warmest congratulations, especially for the professionalism, availability and courtesy of both Mr. Nicola, his wife and all the staff, who made the vacation of my parents and my daughter very welcome. I take this opportunity to thank you again. Good work…

We spent a week there. Good food, excellent location facing the sea, but for the free beach it is a bit far on foot. Luckily there are bikes, a little rickety, without lights but working (check them before leaving)

The hotel is very comfortable, the owner Nicola is always very attentive to customer requests, with sympathy, goliardia and enthusiasm even during meals that make the stay unique. Really great .. !!! In the super top Inga room, attentive and caring, she takes care of all customers with great professionalism and cordiality. You are great..!!

Casual beachfront hotel practically on the beautiful seafront promenade. Friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness ok, good food. The hotel is not air conditioned, but there are ceiling fans. Our room was large enough but with rather bulky retro furniture; on the other hand, despite being on the inside, it had a nice terrace overlooking the sea.
Paid parking kindly offered by the owner. Beach service for a fee, agreed with the hotel. There are bicycles available for free. In conclusion, a good value for money.
